Formula Racing at UC Davis was fortunate enough to experience the incredible generosity and expertise of Richfield Auto Center. Just a day before our competition our team urgently needed help fixing and press fitting our cars wheel bearings. The kind and knowledgable staff not only accommodated us on short notice but also provided their services free of charge.Richfield Auto Center has our heartfelt gratitude and highest recommendation. Their exceptional service and genuine kindness are a rarity that deserves to be recognized. Thank you Richfield for your service to helping student teams, we are incredibly grateful!Our team ended up having a great time at our competition, some pictures from our competition are attached

Richfield Auto has been taking care of our cars for about 15 years and they have always been outstanding. The prices are very fair, the service is excellent and I can trust that the information they give us about repairs is accurate and honest. The staff at Richfield Auto Center are always friendly . Their honest, and the price is fair. Mu family has been taking our cars their for years. And even though we have moved out of the area, we still trust them with our vehicles.

Always a great experience. They do a great job at a fair price. And I trust them. I don't trust the 5 minute oil change places because they've done shoddy work. This is the only place I will go for all my vehicles. Support local businesses!!I love this place. They are efficient, close to home, do a great job and have great prices.I will never take my car to the dealership again. Richfield Auto Center is it. Yesterday my tire icon appeared on my dash and since I got my tires there (great tires by the way) I stopped in to see if Vinnie could check them. He pulled my car right in and filled them up. Wonderful service and its great having them so close and able and willing to help. Very grateful!Service: TiresService: Tires

I recently moved to Richfield and needed the 45,000-mile service performed on my car to keep my warranty active. I was informed on exactly what would be performed with that service and was provided an estimate before any work was performed. Everything was completed on the same day within the estimate amount. It looks like I found my new local mechanic!

Got an appointment within 5 days of calling, and came here for an overdue oil change. They have a great looking interior waiting area, filled with antique auto shop equipment. Worker at the desk was polite, and the service was quick. Often times when I bring my car to big-chain auto shops, they always try to upsell me on unnecessary services. However, I did not experience anything like that here. Went home with the cheapest bill I've ever had after taking my car to the shop.

Not being from Richfield and finding myself in a panic as I tried to pass through (because unfortunately my car did not want to). I didn t know what to do. So I took to google to see who was close by and yes, to look at the reviews. I was not disappointed! They were very compassionate, calming and reassuring. They squeezed me in and handled everything with my car quickly and professionally and handled me with grace & understanding. The shop has a really cool vibe with old gas pumps and pinball machines in the lobby area. Vinnie was great. I hope I don t need a shop again anytime soon but if so I ll be back.

We have been going to Richfield Auto Center for probably about 5 years now and have always had a very positive experience. Van as well as the mechanics I've talked to (Kevin and Vinnie) are extremely professional, honest and friendly. They all take great care of the vehicles they are working on and perform excellent work. With the high quality of service I will keep bringing my cars back to Richfield Auto even for oil changes!

My Honda Richfield Auto s professional and expert service! Me? I enjoy coffee and their eclectic waiting room filled with antiques & memories. Vinnie and Kevin are my go to experts whenever I have an issue or need a question answered. Always patient and spot on.

I've been taking my Camry to Richfield Auto since moving to Cleveland four years ago. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else, in spite of the drive to get there. Amazing service. Changed oil, rotated tires, checked my brakes, and changed one of my tail lights and a license plate light. Also alerted me to an issue with my battery but did not pressure me to have it fixed that day. Thank you!!

They completely butchered the brake job and could have caused a serious accident. When we went to them with concerns they didn t seem to care. Would strongly recommend that you not use this shop. I can't say enough good things about this place. I was driving cross country from Boston to Upper Michigan and my brakes started making a horrible grinding noise. Vinnie was patient, polite, and informative. Two hours later I was back on the road with a warranty in hand. I highly recommend this place.

I've had my vehicle serviced by Richfield Auto many times. Always an excellent experience. Staff is professional, courteous and will stand behind their work. Always able to get me in quickly as well.

I can't remember not using Richfield Auto Center - all others are a bad memory - for my work trucks, personal vehicles and my 1969 Canned Ham camper. They kept my wife's car going for 11 years until it became a rusted hulk "not worth repairing". "The Men in Back" know what they're doing and do it with the utmost in professionalism and creative thinking. They take the time to explain the whats, whys, and wherefores of each item and if it needs doing immediately or not. Thanks for your many years of guidance and reliable service. These guys are a class act. they take the time to explain the situation and make it very clear as to what needs done. They are quite polite and patient.Their prices are in line with what I have paid elsewhere, and the services was quick. And their shuttle service made my life much easier.

BEST SHOP EVER!!! RECOMMENDED HIGHLY!!! GOT THE CAR THERE AND WAS IN AND OUT OF THE SHOP IN 10 MINUTES AND WE WERE STRANDED FROM OUT OF TOWN!!!
