Absolutely the best as an owner-operator I am very nervous about going to a dealer. This is by far my best experience, professional staff and understanding that my repair was under the NTP warranty program. They did not hesitate to get me In-N-Out so that I could get on the road as fast as possible. Even offered me a ride to subways to get a bite to eat while waiting. Absolutely the best service I have ever had. I highly recommend this location to any owner, operator or company that needs prompt, courteous and professional service.

Came in 2 days ago, they said they couldn't get to me til yesterday. Called them yesterday, they said they'd get to me soon. Called them today, and they forgot about me. I've been living in the truck for 2 days paying 30 bucks a meal for door dash.

Hissong has been around a. Long time, I used to beg my dad to drive by to look at the row of new trucks. I had hats & keychains. So, now that I have my own KW , I took it to Richfield for A/C work. Then they called and said we are terribly sorry the technician crashed it into a pole pulling in the garage, they promised to make it right !And make it right they did !! After making contact with Denise the service director it was just a matter of time . Due to structure damage the hood had to be replaced.She put it all together replacing hood & bumper in 2 working days. Which basically eliminated any downtime...The guys in the body shop did a great job transferring all the fixtures over , you can tell by looking at their work ,that paying attention to detail is one there shop qualities.Thanks again to the service department for making it right just like they said.

Nothing but great service here, the parts guys go out of their way to make sure they sell you exactly what you need like sending me a diagram for verification. The service associates are just as good they had no problem with helping me out with torque specs for the part we bought. It's the little things like these that will keep us coming back to our first choice, Kenworth of Richfield.

We purchased a truck and this dealer also sold us a $6k warranty. The truck needs a new engine and the warranty company will not replace it. Premium 2000 and NTP

Very nice n patient group of people - got an estimate on damage that occurred 26th from another backing up, struck the grill part with some bumper rubbing paint damage on this 680 model

Do not buy your truck here if you're like us. Expecting good service. 2 trucks. The one truck, the hood mirror is facing the wrong direction for some reason. No one could help there on how to adjust it. Had to call another to find out it has to be dismantled and put where it needs to be. Service department is a joke and sure am not trusting a place that can't adjust mirrors on their own trucks they supposably specialize in.

I've been a customer for 13 years, and the one time I had a poor experience, I told the management and they made it right. Great service quality. Never had to bring it back for the same defect twice.

had a unit towed in after roadside was unable to locate issue. Was told they would try to diagnose it that day, if not then the next day. I was told if it was a transmission issue, then they were a week out on repair. Next day I called for status, still not even looked at, now two weeks out for a transmission repair, they they haven't even confirmed that it needed yet. Was told they would get to it that day. Next morning called again, still not looked at, can't say it they'll look at it or not? What type of business is this, horrible customer service. Will NEVER use this place again. Terrible, not truthful! Would have never had our unit towed here had they just been honest in the first place.

Took my truck there after 5 other shops with the same problem. Bill actually took the time to figure out what was wrong and fix it. Delaney was great about keeping us up to date on what was going on. Been a week since we left there and no more derate codes on truck. Thank you guys for getting it fixed finally for us and not throwing parts on it and sending us out the door just for it to happen again, like the other shops did

This Kenworth has a Technician that works off the clock using their equipment to diagnose for exit 111 truck and trailer repair and misdiagnosed my truck 3 times, I feel Kenworth should be liable.

I don't recommend this place I always been fixing my truck over there some stuff came up missing in my truck and they charged me $1,000 for each airbag but they fix it after that and now they charge me $1,500 for diagnose because I didn't let him fix my truck because they tried to charge me $9,000 for a spring leaf horrible customer service and the ladies that work over there on the front desk and always talk with attitude I hear them couple times talking behind my back as soon as I step out of the door I will never go back over there again and I've been talking to someone about fixing this problem the dealership don't want to respond back to me if someone want to fix their truck don't go there

One star is being very generous. ZeroStars should be an option. The service department is absolutely terrible. Communication between all parties involved is bad. Things was on my bill that were never completed on the truck. Then they completed things on the truck that we never discussed for them to do. I would not recommend this place for service to my worst enemy. Worst experience I have ever had at a service center.

All employees are very unprofessional in person and over the phone. Took 5 days until I was able to drop my truck off then had me waiting for 2 hours just for them to tell me they cant look at it. Didn't touch my truck for another 2 days.Can't follow simple requests. When I finally picked up my truck there was missing pieces under the hoop and in the cab and they said they can't do anything about it. I will never go back to this kenworth location Truthfully you get 0 stars

100% Awesome Experience. I had a DEF sensor go bad, called them and was told it would be the next day until they could get to it. I arrived there and explained I had a load to deliver the next day and would really appreciate anything they could do to try to get it fixed sooner. Zac in service worked his magic and made it happen by 8pm that same evening and I was on my way. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you again to Zac and everyone in the service department for helping me out, I really appreciate it.

I've had two different trucks at this service department over the last couple of years. I'd have to say there communication skills are horrible, not very proactive when it comes to getting parts ordered and service order estimate done. I'm an owner operator on day number two of waiting to find out what the repairs I wanted done are going to cost me. Each time I call I get a different excuse as to why I haven't received a call yet. The reason I do give it three stars is Jack in your service department was very helpful going over everything with me, got it right it in and started the diagnosis process. He's about the only one that seems to care that an owner operators truck is down. Update to this post, over 8 days for a clutch, front leaf springs, and a fuel pressure sensor. Really 8 days for something that shouldn't take more than 3, ridiculous. Probably the last time I bring any trucks of mine to this place for repairs.11/10/2017Much better service experience this time around great communication and the repair time was excellent. I can now say I would highly recommend bringing a truck here for repairs.

My rating could be a 0 stars. Every time we go to get something done at the dealership is always the same thing no matter how big or small is the problem. At this dealership, I dont know why they always have to wait for the students for the mechanic to get started on something, they dont even finish any jobs. They even start something then they leave it and never continue. The mechanic remember that the student is not at that class yet. Hopefully one day we can get a mechanic for jobs and another for students.

SPENT OVER $30,000 ON A PLATINUM REBUILD ON A CAT 15. AND PAID EXTRA FOR THE 3 YEAR WARRANTY. 20000 MILES LATER ENGINE IS LEAKING OIL. ( A GALLON A WEEK ) THEY WILL NOT WARRANTY THIS REPAIR BECAUSE THEY SAID IT WAS A GASKET THAT WASN'T REPLACED... WHO DOES A COMPLETE OVERHAUL AND DOESN'T REPLACE ALL THE GASKETS OR AT LEAST ASK IF I WANTED IT REPLACED? THE REBUILD PROCESS WAS PAINFUL ALSO, TOOK THEM 6 WEEKS OR MORE TO DO AND GETTING ANSWERS AND GETTING THEM TO CALL BACK WAS TERRIBLE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NEXT TO NONE. IF I COULD NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. I AM A LOCAL COMPANY AND NOT SOMEONE PASSING THROUGH. I WILL DO MY BEST TO NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THE HISSONG GROUP AGAIN. IF I COULD RETURN THE 2 TRUCKS I BOUGHT FROM THEM I WOULD....

A great small dealership to get repairs done on your truck, I got there before they closed and was able to check in and park overnight and sleep in my truck till the next morning and they got to work on it and solved the problem in about 4 hours!! And that s fast service!! They have a drivers lounge upstairs with satellite tv free snacks and bottled water and also coffee too!! I recommend them to anyone who needs repairs done to their truck

I own a W-900 I take it to Kenworth of Richfield for all my service work.The parts dept. always does a good job of finding what I need. The Service Dept and Main Office People are always helpful and very nice to deal with.I will continue to do business with the Hissong Group. Thanks for taking care of this old guy and his old truck!

The mechanics here are the best! They will take time to explain what was going on with our truck in detail and help us get on back on the road as quickly. I could tell they love what they do and care about the customers:)

Truckers have been denied access to their bathrooms after being stuck on property due to waiting on truck repairs. Truckers are essential workers, just like the on site staff and there is absolutely no reason why a trucker should be stranded 4 days on site and not given access to the bathroom. Totally unacceptable!

Great experience. Thanks to Scott the mechanic who worked on my truck. He fixed the problem and put the truck through some other tests to make sure all the problems were taken care of. Thanks again, she may just last me another 5 years.

Not a positive experience. Took my truck there, had a bad clutch and bad inertial brake, they replaced all these, plus some other things like rear engine seal. Bill was $8542.4 weeks later the truck was again in another shop with a transmission issue,(more downtime over 3 days and another bill for $1079) this time bad speedometer, how a technician that work on a transmission, unmounted it, mounted it, didn t realize that a sensor that is attached to the transmission was corroded and cracked, even when I asked to an agent in the service department to check all sensors in the transmission, I m not a mechanic but it s common sense when you go to the doctor to get a general idea how is your health, it s like telling the doctor to look in your ear because it hurts and have a noise bleeding and he didn t care of the bleeding because you told him to look in your ear, it s frustrating anytime this happens, also the truck is leaking oil again through the rear engine seal, how is this supposed to happen ? All about there company and not really for the customer at all rude office personal the one lady kinda refused to even deal with me but the guy in the middle of the office was great was patient when I had to get items out of my truck but confused on when exactly parts would even be in let alone when the work would be done I mean 3 to 5 weeks is extreme on getting a part won't go back during home time I'll go to Canton mhc instead

Shop did a good PM on my paccar mx13. But they put wrong oil in engine. I requested 10w30 semi-synthetic blend and the tech put in 10w30 natural oil.. I told service writer and tech what I wanted and they still put in wrong oil. Very disappointed, I even looked at the drum to verify where the oil come from and it wasnt semi synthetic blend . $641.00 and didn't get what I requested. this is not a good way to do business.

Worst dealership I have faced all over USA .. they started working for coolent leakage complaint and gave me quotation for $250 parts and 8hrs of service will b done in 2 daysIts 10th day I am still calling and no one telling me exact time.Very unprofessional and rude staff
