Blew out a tire after travelling all day, managed to limp in on rim to Comfort Inn at Exit 11. Hotel recommended this tire service.GREAT customer experience. Came to hotel, took rim back to shop and the tire (non standard)was installed before 10 am.Thank you !!!

Very nice and polite front desk lady. Not sure about the shop I just went to pay for parking.It s $20 per night after 1600 or they will tow your truck.It s next to Pilot (very busy one).But their parking are the ones with the yellow dot on the ground.

Still call them even after they close. The guys got me in and fixed at 2am. They were fast , courteous and professional, highly recommended.

Took my 25 year old F350 dually in for an alignment. They squeezed me in and got it done right. Truck drives straight and no longer pulls. Fair pricing! Thanks a lot! I'll be back for sure.

Called in a panic from the highway. Office person was very helpful and calming. They got us right in, fixed, and back on the road fast. Appreciated the friendliness and professionalism.

We had to get a fuel pump replaced and it was something we didn't expect. We had called multiple places and many of the places couldn't get us in until next week. The guys here found time to work on the car and I appreciate that immensely. They were very polite here and worked hard to get us back on the road as soon as they could. The front desk lady ( Roe I believe) was amazing and funny to talk with. Definitely return to them if ever in the area. THANK YOU all for getting us back on the road and doing this on such short notice. You guys are amazing

Very respectful pple the job done without any delay. They communicate very well and let you understand the priorities that you need. I got there with brakes issues and airbags damaged . I was in less than an hour

My mom and I got two flat tires while driving on the turnpike but these guys turned what could have been a bad experience into a great one! Got us in promptly and made the time fly by. The place is family owned, which is a plus! Met the owner, Jim, and his son, Justin, and they are good guys. I would highly recommend.

Traveling in our RV and the tire came off the bead. I called to see if they could fit us and and if they had the tire in stock. They didn t have it at their shop but went and picked it up at a partner warehouse while we were on our way to their shop.They worked efficiently, replaced our tire, and we were out and back on the road in under 2 hours!!If having a tire go out can ever turn into a good situation, I d say this was it.No complaints at all!

This truck stop is a mad house at best lol but these guys offer parking at $20 a night so once the small truck stop fills up you can maybe catch one of these spots. Didn't use their services but definitely friendly people.

If you're looking to get new tires put on your truck, then come here. Prices are fair, the work is excellent, and the people are polite.

Friendly staff, fast service and reasonable prices. A small mix-up resulted in the tires I expected to have installed being unavailable. An acceptable substitute was made with a fair discount. Will definitely use Exit 11 again.

Since getting the wheel alignment on my 30-foot motorhome, the handling and ride are 100 percent better. Thank you, Guys. They were small adjustments, but made a large difference. Thank you, Justin, for your excellence in handling the appointment on the phone, to Clinton for handling admin, and especially to Alex who did the work. We were in and out in about an hour. Thank you, thank you, thank you.A few days later: Stopping back today at Clinton's invitation and suggestion to have the wheel lugs retorqued.

I've used these guys twice. Once a few years ago on the 4 of July and he came & changed a tire in less than an hour. The other day I had a trailer tire changed in less than 30 minutes, I had a spare, they only charged me $28.00. Fast, professional service. Located next to the Pilot .

They repaired my brakes while I was at work. Called with a reasonable estimate. I picked it up at the end of the day and total matched estimate. This place is what we all want in an auto repair location. I'm very happy with the service and the price.

This guys are scam artists! You park over here, no problem until 4 pm, then they wake you up to pay $20 to park over night but it is free up until 4 pm! Doesn't matter that you will only be there for another Hour! I think these guys need to be reported to the feds for waking drivers up on their 10 hour break! It is against the law!!!

These people are a scam. They charged me $280 to put a sensor on my vehicle that take 5 minutes to install then it wasn t even what the vehicle needed. The time before that they charged me $45 to diagnose another vehicle and they said they wouldn t work on it, it turned out it s the wrong diagnosis. They charge $50-$60 to put a tire we provide on a wheel($15 everywhere in the area). They will sell you words not a service.

Once again driver taken advantage of.. I park for the night unknowingly there is a $20 charge, the owner comes out and explains there is a fee to park. I ask why would they do that to drivers ? He says now with the new ELD (electronic log books) drivers have been requiring more spaces to park and legally can t move their truck . I replied so you basically seen an opportunity to take advantage of them knowing they have no other choice. Not to mention all the business this brings to your shop being connected to a truck stop . It s just a shame. For those unfamiliar drivers are no longer allowed to move the truck once their time limit has been reached for the day, they re stuck. Unbelievable!!

Great and friendly place Tire started coming apart on the highway . I called a friend that lives in this area and he recommend me to pull in there.. a young man named John that works there had me back on the road period after taking my spare out from under my truck replacing the valve stem and installing it on my truck. Before I left I would have four tires that I thought was at a very good price and I highly recommend this place.

Was about to lose a tire on our 5th wheel, they got us right in and put new tires on for us. Quick and friendly.Highly recommended

What a scam these people are running with truck parking. It just looks like you are still in the truck stop parking lot. But apparently i need to be looking for the YELLOW DOTS on the ground and then associate that with a small sign on a nearby shop. I swear, the whole time i thought i was still in the truck stop... til a guy comes knocking. On top of this, theyre charging $20. (It is $14 a few feet away, or free if you can get a free spot)If you dont want people thinking youre being conniving scammers (in addition to price gougers) put up some real signage!I wont make this mistake again. But all these crooks need is a fresh supply of truckers each day, thinking theyre still in the truck stop. And im sure they get them. They got me. (I was sleeping & just didnt feel like hunting for a new spot & driving illegally in the middle of my 10. Im sure thats what theyre counting on, since its free during the day.)
