I have never in my life experienced horrible customer service any other place. They re very disrespectful and rude. They sent a guy to come tow my car and he never came or even called. Would not suggest going to these guys. Plenty other better tow places!

Excellent customer service experience. Got five quotes to tow my SUV from Columbus to our new home an hour away. They were the lowest quote and they actually seemed to want my business unlike some others. Rather work with this kind of self employed family business anyway. Took care of us same day and I couldn t have had an easier time of it. Thank you for your hard work. We appreciate your professionalism and care very much. You guys will be our first call if we need any roadside help near Columbus!! Highly recommended.

I have no idea why it takes soooo long for them to come for the smallest things. I've been waiting 2.5 hours for a jump. I go to the link I received to track movement and according to the link service was completed even though nobody EVER showed up or even called me. I contact my dispatch company and they tried calling We Tow 3 times with no answer. So now they're trying to find someone else. Great way to start my day. Yay . I get that other people may have services that needs a little more attention, but 2.5 hrs for a service that takes less than 5 minutes to complete is ridiculous and the fact that there was NO communication on their part and they refused to answer the phone is really blowing my mind.

Daniel provided excellent communication, was very quick to arrive and once at my vehicle changed my tire to save me a tow charge. He did this all while receiving phone calls and dealing with neighbors approaching trying to hire a tow. Great service, professional and fast. Wee Towing was prompt to answer my text asking why I needed a tow and the distance. They quoted the price for how much to tow my vehicle within minutes.I was sent a text 15 min before they arrived. When the guy arrived he tried to start my vehicle, figured it was the starter and able to get my vehicle started.I was able to drive my car to the mechanic which saved me $20.Their truck was super clean and their service prompt. Would definitely use again.

We use Wee Towing often at work, several times a week. Jeff and Christa are wonderful people and they do an incredible job. Their service is Excellent and the prices are extremely reasonable. We use Wee Towing exclusively! I would highly recommend Wee Towing to anyone who needs a vehicle towed.

I decided to use this company because of all the good reviews. I completely agree with all the good comments. They were professional, friendly, fast, and the price they quoted was reasonable and lower than most. I will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend!

To start with I was very upset with the 180 to 195 m8n ETA for a tow truck. Let me say that this was through my roadside assist on my insurance. I feel that the roadside should have more contracts to get assistance to customers. AAA at the same time as my service request was half the time. So enough about the roadside service. Wee Tow was so professional and friendly I was able to not focus on the 3hrs it took. The driver never skipped a beat to smile and make conversion. I know he was running his tail off but he seemed to really enjoy his job. Top not service would call with towing needs anytime. Next time I will probably bypass roadside call Wee Tow and submit the bill to my insurance.Service: Car towing
