03/30/2024I bought tires online and scheduled an appointment for installation. Arrived 15 minutes early, was told an hour and a half and returned two hours later. Nothing was done. "Our lift won't lift your truck." A Ram 1500 pick up. They had my phone number and my wife's. No call to either of us. They did offer to put them in my truck if I wanted to take them somewhere else for professional installation.........Walmart Taylor Road Reynoldsburg

Ordered new tires and scheduled installation with the Reynoldsburg auto center. I specifically asked if new installation included valve stems because they needed to be replaced. I was told yes. When I picked up the vehicle the paperwork the service order said customer refused valve stems. I asked why when I specifically requested new stems that they didn't replace them. I was told that they didn't have any. A few days later I checked the air in my tires. One tire was completely flat two tires were at 38 PSI and the other at 55 PSI. Avoid taking your vehicle to this center it could cost you more than you might expect. Very sloppy work.

Got an oil change 2 weeks ago , car has been driving funny since had to take to auto shop to find out oil is COMPLETELY DRYYYY!! Will be stopping in to speak with manager will NOT be coming back!

There s no care in this auto care center.I have been trying to buy tires for a few days, and the phone is never answered. So I go in, let them know my needs, and I am told that I have to use the app/website to order tires. What if I didn t have access? This was an opportunity to secure a sale and exceed expectations.So, I went on the app, the app told me which tires would fit my vehicle and I ordered them. Two days later, I arrive to my appointment, and let them know I ll be walking around while they fix it. I was told we will send you a text when we are done .An hour goes by, I didn t get a text, so I walk past to see if my truck was still being worked on, I didn t see it but I kept walking. They then yell for me to get my attention, not come up to me, from the counter, and wave me there. So, I go to the counter and immediately this all that was said we cancelled your order, you bought the wrong tires .Then, i just said okThen the guy responded that I called for you over the intercom a few times i told him that i was on a business call and was told I would be sent a text. No response.This was another opportunity to close a sale, because, clearly, i have a need. Nope. Just a refund and a have a nice day. They told me the correct tire size and told me they had none on hand.I would never suggest this location for auto care Service: Tires

I went in to get a tire patched. Was charged $30. Took them about an hour and they also charged and claimed they rotated my tires and charged me for that. Which was NOT discussed. I had to get an oil change two days later, they did NOT rotate my tires. I won't be back.

The guys at the Canal Winchester Walmart auto center were very nice and helpful. Much better service than the Reynoldsburg Walmart Auto Center. I was having 2 tires put on my car, on the front, and I think they did a good job. It didn t take very long either, only about 30 minutes or so. We just walked around Walmart until they were done. Originally I was planning on having my tires put on at the Reynoldsburg location but when I tried to schedule my appointment, the guy tried to tell me that they were all booked up until next year. This was around Thanksgiving weekend and I bought the tires during Black Friday sale.

This place is Horrible they don't care they are so sloppy, this is the 2nd time I have had a oil change done they just throw the oil in and it gets all over the place then all you smell is burnt oil! I have tried to call several times no answer this place is for rejects who can't work at a real shop!

This Walmart never answer the phone. I don't care what department you call. This is bad customer communication because you never get any communication. I have shopped her for close to 20 years it has definitely went down.

I tried to reach repeatedly and they don't answer the phone. Even the main store number called them and paged them, no answer. I had ordered a tire for install and couldn't even make an appointment after my first appointment was canceled due to tire not being in by my time. I don't know what has happened to this place.

My tire psi was reading low; so I go to Walmart Auto Center in Reynoldsburg, OH to get the tire checked out. Twenty minutes later they call me and said my car was ready. Sita, the front desk person says their is nothing wrong with my tires and that I would not be charged for it. She handed me the copy of the receipt. I said thank you and I left the store. I get home and look @ the copy of the paper that she gave me and at the bottom of the paper it said that I needed to replace my back rear tire, because it had a broken belt!!! I don't understand why they could not have told me that while I was in the store. So, I went back to the same Walmart Auto Center and I asked to speak with the person who worked on my car. So, someone got him for me. I asked the man who worked on my car; why didn't he come to me and tell me that I needed a new tire? His response was," Why didn't I read the paper copy that I was handed to me?" So, let me get this straight; you work on my car and you are not responsible for telling me what's wrong with it?!?! At that point I was fired up!!!! So, I asked for the manager and Guai said," that he was in a meeting." So, I said, I can wait! After that, I called Walmart Auto Center and asked to speak with the manager. Justin, the manager answered the phone. I tell him everything that happed and he says. so are you calling to get a new tire?" So, then I said I am 3mins. from the store and I can come and explain my experience at the store that you manage! I went to the store and found Justin the manager and handed him the paper that I received and he said," so you didn't bother reading the bottom of the paper that clearly states the you need a new tire.?" I said, "why didn't anyone tell me that I needed a new tire while my car was being checked for a tire leak?" His response was ,"I don't know and I should have read the copy of the receipt before I left the store." Does any company take responsibility for their wrong doings? This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I will never take my vehicle to any Walmart Auto Center again!!!Service: Tires

Terrible, Terrible customer service!!! One of the guys in the shop can barely speak English and has a smart mouth and nasty attitude. The other guy is just rude. He doesn t even acknowledge customers.Service: TiresService: Tires

If you want a business that has no clue about cars and can't even tell you what mm measurement your tires are then walmart auto center is your place. Just find a real auto center. Save your time and money.Service: Tire rotationsService: Tire rotations

The tire center at Walmart off 256 is great ! When they closed for the pandemic I was sad, I tried a few other places and NONE compared to them.Friendly honest on time and affordable and my car rides BETTER when my oil change is done here compared to Midas Jiffy FiRestone!They take care of my NissanShould offer a rewards program since I drive so much and have to get an oil change once a month

Went in for an oil change. The tech was very arrogant, bragging about the hundreds he had done. When I picked my car up, it had a huge scratch down the side and my horn assembly was completely broken! They also did not replace the sticker that reminds you when it will be time to get another change.

they tell you you need to sched an appt for tire work. called multiple times and finally one of the employees picks up the call but does not answer, as if the ringing of the phone is merely an annoyance and not a source of their business.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

AVOID THIS SERVICE CENTER. WE TOOK OUR SUBARU THERE ON 12/4 FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE. IMMEDIATELY AFTERWARD, THE CAR STARTED HAVING ENGINE PROBLEMS. DROVE AND LEFT IT AT THE DEALERSHIP AND FOUND THAT THEY COMPLETELY DRAINED THE TRANSMISSION FLUID CAUSING US TO NOW HAVE TO GET A NEW TRANSMISSION AT A COST OF $8,000!! THEY DON'T SEEM TOO CONCERNED AND HAD US FILE A CLAIM FOR THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY. DO NOT GO HERE AND HAVE THIS HAPPEN TO YOUService: Oil change

I purchased 4 tires from Walmart.com with a warranty. During James Road construction I acquired 3 flat tires and took it to another walmart where they said the put a new tire old. This place let's me know one tire had no tread. Apparently the other Walmart took a flat tire and gave a old tire. They also informed the flat they fixed was plugged they would do the same. This place is inform able. But Ealmart.com. If I have to be harassed demeaned about my purchase. Cheated I will never buy a tire from your company' again. A warranty is a warranty. Stringtown Rd. Main Street. Customer service and attitude suck.

Was there to get 4 new tires. Forgot to write down my tire size. Ran out to my car to take a picture of the size. Come back to find 2 other customers being served before me. Finally left after 15+ minutes. Such sad customer service. Never wasting my time again.

I dont care what anyone says, I would gladly take my car here over any place, any day. I've been getting my oil changed here for about a year now. I have never had any complaints other than waiting around for awhile ONCE. Oil changes take time and there could be others ahead of you. The price is great and the mechanics always treat me very well. On more than one occasion they have filled my tires, cleaned my windshield off, replaced my windshield wiper fluid, and vacuumed my floor matts when the only thing I asked and paid for was a standard 27 dollar oil change. Great costumer service. Would never take my car anywhere else.

I went to the store and they have new employee with just graduate not experience at all. They install 4 tires and balanced and full synthetic oil For $111 totalThey wrote on the paper costumer needs new sensor TPMS but hard to read . Copy reset was not clear and my tires went down loss air. The next 3 days I went to rebalanced the tires because shaking and fix my flat tire . They fix and have same issue again loss air leak and they send you home not safe.They not even explain that you need new TPMS sensor or anythingI will not recommended these is not safe place to go

Coming from out of town & got a flat tire Christmas Eve so we couldn t get it fixed until today, the 26th. My husband waited until 15 minutes past 7am for them to open, only to be told that they don t have the wheel weights necessary to service our vehicle. I mean... what? You re an auto service shop, you should PROBABLY be prepared to service vehicles.

The customer service at this Walmart's tire and lube is severely lacking. I dealt with 2 cashiers and they were both rude and acted like they were miserable. When will these businesses realize that customer service matters? Then, the mechanics were standing around on their phones, smoking and joking. They did get done with my care fast, not sure if that's good or bad.

Horrible. Flat tire within a week of buying 4 new tires. Just checked me out with no explanation of different warranties. Filthy waiting room and service people who could not care less. Took my repair to Tire Discounters whete I should have gone in the first place. Ps. They do not do alignments!

Get here at almost 5:30p (they close at 7p) and I'm told that they aren't taking anymore customers due to pending orders. Mind you, there are only 2 other cars in the garage with no other waiting customers. This place used to be my go to. I'm officially done with the auto care center. I still love the store though.

Great experience. Employees were good spirited. They quoted 3 hours, done in under 2. This is the place to go if you want good prices, great service and short wait time. The other Walmarts in the area could learn a few things from here.

I just got off my 3rd shift job at 7am this morning. Walmart auto opens at 8am. I wait and 8:10 am, 2 guys walk out and unlock. One guy leaves and a broken english tech tells me and 2 other people that they won't open til 9am because his manager never showed up and he is the only one. Seriously!!!! Reynoldsburg Walmart on Taylor Square road sucks.

Don't recommend this locations auto center. Got terrible service, ended up walking out (my self and two more customers) and going next door to Sam's club. The guys there were fantastic, great job and super helpful. Just save the headache and wasted time, and go next door.

Terrible place for auto maintainence...bad customer service. i went there to rotate my tire but they don t want to do it. They just told me your tire is worn out. I can see my tire is not that bad. I would have given 0 star if i could.

tried to call for three days now to try to get a couple of tires for a vehicle because i'm driving on cords and wanted to call in to no waste my time and see if they had some in stock mind you 14 inch tires are hard to come by an finally got a person this morning at they asked me to hold its 815 in the morning i will never go to the walmart tire center again this is horrible service would have gave -5 starts if i couldService: Tires
