I got my differential oil changed here. I made it 18 miles down the road, and the rear end of my truck got ripped out. My truck worked perfectly up to that point, and my wife was driving it at the time it happened. I had the truck taken to the dealership and informed Valvoline support of what happened. I figured that they are professionals, and people make mistakes; that s why they have insurance. The dealership called me the next day and told me that people from Valvoline were looking at my truck; they never told me that they were even going to look at it. The dealership also informed me that there was no oil put in the differential, and that it caused $18,000 in damage. To make a long story short, after months of arguing and lies from the people at Valvoline, I ended up turning the damage into my insurance company. I recorded every conversation with them and took photos. I also asked difficult questions that only trained mechanics would know. In the end, they settled with the insurance company because of the evidence I gathered against them, and I got my deductible back. It s sad because I felt like the people at the shop were nice.I tried working with your Customer Care team but they gave me the run around and hung up on me.

The experience at Valvoline today was exceptional! The manager comes second to none. They are very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough! The best experience I ve had hands down, keep up the great work!

EhhhToday I had an oil change, I think.On my invoice they claim they checked my tire pressure. DIDN'T!Invoice also says, they DIDN'T check my drain plug. WHY?Also they claim to have checked my battery and power steering, they DIDN'T!They used an oil extraction device that I know for a fact doesn't extract ALL OF THE OLD OIL! Why didn't they just drain the oil??!! No explanation!So I'm most likely rolling around with oil debris and oil left behind!!New employees every time! Are they trained properly?!

What sould have been a 15 min visit took about an hour in ahalf and even them i left with a damaged oil filter case.They damaged my cars oil filter case. Didn't say a word about it at first. They took my payment of 119.00 without hesitation. No one saying a word they broke a bolt off on the oil filter case. They say that they are almost done.told me to start my car. When I did I hear someone yell turn the car off turn the car off. I did and some of the techs went to investigate. Again not one person tells me what happened so I have to ask. The oil tech was taking my filer case off and did not realize until the damage done. Very long story short the first of all were going to let me leave with that broken bolt left in oil case filter and make this someone else issue. My car sprayed oil they were caught.The manager replace the bolt yes. But only after they were exposed again this whole time I had to ask what was happening NEVER ONCE DID 1 PERSON COME TO ME TO TELL ME ANYTHING!!!I did tell them I will be taking my car to a certified Kia dealer to make sure that there is no OIL Leak.Well there was the case was cracked and had to be replaced. This place refuses to pay for the damage they have caused. They did offer me a free oil change and also offer for me to take to another Valvoline shop to fix for free. My answer was absolutely not. I will not ever take my car to a Valvoline again. This manager of this shop knows that they are in the wrong. Again if my car did not expose the damage they had done to my car. This place would have let me leave with a damaged oil filter case and eventually when my engine has lost oil pressure this would have been some one else's issue.Now I use to take my cars to this shop before never had issues. I have not been to this shop in the last 2 years. So I take my 2022 kia there.Very disappointed and unacceptable solution to this problem. They need to pay for the services I had to have done to my car to fix the damage they have caused!!! I do not want a free oil change and I do not want another shop that this manager worked at to cover their damages.I have a claim. And will be seeing them in court.All over 294.00 to fixed their damages they will not cover. ** I have broken bolt and damaged oil case. Also pictures of the case that was indeed cracked and leakingJUST WORD TO EVERYONE ASK QUESTIONS AND IF THEY DONT HAVE MONITOR TO WATCH STEP OUT OF YOUR CAR TO SEE WHAT WORK THEY ARE DOING!!! BY THEY WAY THAT IS WHAT THEY ADVERTISE AS WELL.

Had a flat tire, the crew was so helpful in putting our spare on for us, especially Ray! Gave us advice on where to go for a new tire as well. Very grateful!

Although I do not like having to pay to have the oil changed, they always have a coupon, and that helps. I use synthetic oil, and that runs more. The hours and location are very convenient. The employees have always been very nice and professional and always explain what they are doing. They do not try to up-sell you. There is no pressure to have additional services completed. I will continue to have my oil changes done here.

I'm a regular client. My experience this time was not satisfying. There were 4 cars that got their oil change before me.Someone normally directs you to the next bay. That did not happen this time.They did not check my lights or my windshield wipers.It took about 8 minutes for Blake the person underneath the bay to clear my car.The person working on bay 3 even asked why it was taking so long.I was disappointed on my visit on 12/16/23.

As always the customer service and car service is always excellent. But my God, must it take 2 hours to just get in the garage to start my oil change?! I legit considering leaving and going across the street just for the sake of convenience. And I recognize providing service takes time, but guys there HAS to be a quicker, more efficient way to get customers in and out. I ve been a lifelong customer since my FIRST vehicle I would hate to change services because I have to block off an entire portion of my day to get an oil change, c mon y all.

Alyssa brought her car in yesterday for a simple oil change.She paid and left and the car went nuts. Warning lights etc. she brought it back and you checked everything and said nothing was wrong . She told you it wasn t like when she brought it in and you gave her a claim slip and said. Go ahead and take your trip to WV and see if you make it . Luckily her dad said no. They look down and OIL all over the driveway. What in the world ???? Highly unprofessional!!!

waited for over an hour, Just for them to change my oil drove my car a mile and a half home, noticed it was leaking oil, and next time I drove it I went straight back to Valvolineto have them fix. They told me that it wasn t oil leaking, that it was transmission fluid and when I asked why my engine oil was completely empty and my car was screwed up they said it was because their oil gun was broke. Needless to say it trashed my engine and they are not willing to stand behind their work or lack there of their work neither is their corporate. The manager in the older gentleman underneath that change my oil could not even get their story straight and told me exact opposite things that were wrong! Save yourself the headache and the $6800 you will have to pay for a new engine in your car and get it done elsewhere!Service: Oil change

The manager of this shop needs to be fired!!! Very slow, guys wondering aimlessly and took forever. Definitely NOT instant at all!!!!!! Go somewhere else if you don t want to sit all afternoon!!!!!

I took my spouse s car here for an oil change. Worst experience. Had to ask my tires to be filled with air. Paid for windshield wipers, had to tell the young gentleman I needed them changed. Didn t know how to change them. Did not reset my oil life. The next day it was pouring down rain and the windshield wipers flew off the hinge because they were not on right. Thank God I wasn t on the highway. Will not be returning.

They are the best in the business. Will offer you some services that you don't need at the moment, but won't insist if you decline those. Besides that if you're a regular customer they will check tire pressure and engine fluids, even replenish them even if you're not scheduled for oil change yet.

Waited with 1 Caron the pit in front of me for over an hour! Nobody followed up to tell me why it was taking so long. I have given these people several opportunities to do their jobs and they fail. So much for convenience. I'll be back to doing my own now. Thanks Valvoline 'eventual' oil change.And it looked Luke you had no personnel shortage. Most were just standing around doing nothing or in each other's way.You broke my air plenum on my 07 Pilot- thanks, you have neglected to reinstall my valve stem caps numerous times and have cost me 3 sets. You have failed to replace my under panel twice, stripping screws and mixing sizes to fix it until it finally fell off on the way home. You have denied service if I didn't let you use that joke of a battery tester be installed after asking you to not do that. . If you want something done right... do it yourself now applies.

Great place was having over heating trouble with my redeye hellcat and dodge dealership couldn t service me for about a week out. So I stopped by Valvoline on Broad st and the staff was great. I explained my issue and the manager did a flush for me and explained I had a blockage and needed to get it to the dealership. Fix the overheating issues until I got it to the dealership. Really impressed with the level of service and they had another young guy by the name of Blake who was really friendly and had great customer service. Definitely recommend this place, and thanks again for helping me when I was in a bind.

I got my oil changed this morning, and the service was unexpected! All of the employees working there seemed to enjoy working together, and I never heard anything negative from any of them. Awesome experience, Ryan was so helpful and very kind. He made sure everything on my car was in working condition and even educated me on the car battery and cleaned it for me. Very good people work here with pure hearts.Will always come back to this location.

Levi and his team are phenomenal. You can tell that they truly care about the service, your car, and your experience. They did a great job of communicating throughout the whole oil change and ensured I understood everything that they were doing. They have a great spirit and you can tell that they love coming to work!

I had the worst experience ever. Really bad oil change service. The don't even deserve 1 star. Jesse Garin described my experience. The same exactly experience. Very disappointed that I will no longer have a good place close to home to get a quick oil change. I've came here several times & always had great service, but today was horrible & I won't return again. There were about 7 young teenage like guys who all seemed to be very confused and distracted. Most of them were walking around on their cell phones. I watched them almost let the car next to me drive off without paying. The guy was honest & told them . I was very concerned about the quality of service my car was gonna get. Please don't let my car blow up after leaving because someone didn't do things correctly.Service: Oil change
