This was my second time coming to this location. First time I got 4 new tires and a oil change and dropped my car off. The staff were really friendly explained the process and service was not too long. I got a really good deal on the tires way better than anywhere else I looked at and I did my research. The second time I went back for some work that I needed but couldn't afford to get it done all in once. I needed 2 TPMS sensors replaced and a lower oil gasket. This time I stayed and it took about 3 hours. The time wasn't bad I appreciate the mechanics and service techs making sure the work was done right. I don't mind waiting for quality work. As I was waiting I was checked on and also offered a uber ride if I wanted to go home which was very nice. My own dealership doesn't even offer that and when they give you the option to get a car it never happens so I really appreciated the gesture. This is going to become my new place of business for my car. I feel like they really car and appreciate their customers here.

Usually do good work until it's time to live up to a warranty. I bought my car with 131,000 miles on it and got tires good for 70,000 or 60 months. I've reached 40,000 mies and 25 months. The warranty isn't any good unless I prove I was rotating the tires every 5,000 miles and some how it shows I put the tires on at 191,0000 so some how 60,000 miles was added and it wasn't caught until they say know I need tires and I don't get anything on the tires even though they didn't last 70,000 miles or 60 months.

Good customer service. Tires were more expensive than expected, but I got buy 3 get one Free. Man what a difference. Loving them so far, and I drive my car for a living. Also got 3 wipers for the price of 2 because it took them a little longer than expected.

Had to bring it here due to issue with the Hamilton location, asked to re-do alignment and to get steering wheel straight...Yet again my steering wheel is not straight. And mind you IV replaced my entire front end suspension prior to first time... Really dissatisfied and disappointed in the quality of work and care for customers... It's been 2 weeks since the first time I've been there... Instead an automated message will pop up. Saying sorry and contact tech support / tire discounters and not actually get in contact with me on a refund so I can go to a place that will actually do my alignment correctly...

They got us right in, the estimate was spot on and Tyler's customer service was great. Also, the other gentleman at the front counter even offered an Uber home and back because his car wasn't going to be ready right away. Above and beyond.

Their prices are too high, don't get it confused for Discount Tires, because their prices are much higher at Tire Discounters I made that mistake and was way over charged for a simple alignment.

Wanted to say what great experiences I had at this location. Had a flat on Christmas, popped in the next day and had one tire replaced. Then returned when they weren t so busy to match the other tire.Both times I was serviced fast, and was treated kindly, and professionally.I am originally from Cincinnati, (now reside in Columbus) and it was very comfortable feeling, as though I was I being serviced in their base city. Special thanks to Britney at the store in Reynoldsburg

James and the crew were perfect. I came in for two new tires and an oil change but upon doing the alignment the technician noticed that one of my rear tires (which I had not replaced) was damaged and the tread was starting to peal away.Instead of up-selling me and knowing that I was on a budget James found the best of my two discarded tires and used that to replace replace the damaged tire.Please let them know how much I appreciate their efforts.

Tire Discount is the WORST! They didn't honor 2 different warranties on the ridiculous $700 I paid for tires but we're quick to let me know what I have been doing wrong etc then that my vehicle need a new struts brakes everything else I walked out of there with an estimate $2,500 I said no way! Y'all aren't ripping me off again!I called;Maverick motors who I've always trusted!DON'T need struts! All it was is a piece of metal was got up into the ABS they took care of it for me!ABS light went right off!Said I did;need new tires and definitely would not cost $700 half of what tire discount is charging I will never go back to TIRE Discount!!I suggest,Walmart,A & A Brice Road or Maverick Motors in towards Pataskala!By the old Lynds Fruit Farm.

Randi took good care of me! I give her 5 stars. She made everything convenient for me. I think Tire discounters can be pricey 1 head light, blinker, and 2 brake lights $189. I give 4 stars over all performance, only because My headlight and blinker were not fixed the first time. I had to bring back and they fixed it. I also paid for an oil change the second time back which the price was fare for synthetic oil. I will use Tire Discounters again. I would also recommend. Everything is done in a timely manner. Everyone there has a pleasant disposition.

It seems like whenever car issues occur, the weather is at it's worst. Needing a tire replacement, I stopped in at the Tire Discounters location on Rt 256.The team at this location was friendly, professional, and had the exact tire I needed. They even offered me a bottle of water while I waited. As busy as they were, they had my new tire on and I was on my way in a fraction of the time I've experienced from other shops. If you are looking for real value and excellent service....this is the place to go.

James from store #47 went above and beyond in explaining all the coverages that came with my tire purchase from last year. He was very informative and explained benefits I didn t know I was entitled to. This will be my main location moving forwards. All the staff were very welcoming and will continue to get my business. We were traveling back to Texas and had a slow tire leak. Went to 3 other tire repair places on New Year's Eve, and they either had no appointments or did not have any more repair patches. James at Tire Discounters was able to squeeze us into their already fully booked day, and the techs were able to get the tire patched in less than an hour. I was also surprised that the repair had warranty. Thanks for fixing our tire and getting us back on the road!

Never been here before but I decided to test them out. First off I caught a flat (slow leak) so i figured I could manage until payday. I then hit a pothole causing a little split in the tire (no hole, really no damage. It looked like someone failed at stabbing my tire but there was NO DAMAGE) so I give this place a shot right. He says he need to see what size tire I have. He see the split and instantly says I need a new tire (I already know I don t) So I let him do his thing and this mf say $176 for a USED tire . Guess what? I got 4 NEW tires for $150 at my cousins shop off court right. Save yourself money and time. Don t come here

The Baltimore-Reynoldsburg location was exceptional at providing excellent customer service. I had a nail in my tire late Wednesday night and called to see if they could help me. I had to get to Chillicothe in the morning for a funeral so I was praying they could. The guy that answered the phone (maybe Tyler) was very sweet and said they d get me in first thing in the morning. Did not disappoint! Service has always been excellent at this location!

James is the man! Glad he's back at this location. I experienced some not so great service with a few of the former employees. Glad to see the bad ones have been weeded out. Also, Miranda has great customer service. I will continue to come to this location for the lifetime of my car!

They rotated my bad tires to the front of my car and replaced my the back tires 4 hours later front tire went flat, I went back they say you need 2 front tires, I took it across the street to NTB and they said it has fix a flat coming out of it, I never had fix a flat in the front tires only the 1 back tire that had went flat at work prior to having them work on my tires. They are con artists. Run, don'tHave them do anything. It cost me an extra $580. To replace to other 2 tires that were perfectly fine before they touched my car.

All I needed was a flat tire repair for the nail that I ran over. I was literally the very first person in the door that morning when they opened up at 8:00am. I waited for over an hour and half to get my tire repaired and mounted back on the car. I asked if they could check the other 3 tires to make sure they didn t have any nails. The service lady Brittany told me they would and when I asked if they did she said, Oh yea they check everything over. That s not true, because I watched and they never bothered to put my car in the air in order to check the other tires. You can t check all the tires when it s on the ground to see the entire tire. I asked if they aired up all my tires to 35 PSI like I requested and was told they did. Again that is not true because when I left I stopped to check my tires and one of them was still only at 26 PSI!I asked if they would put the spare tire back into place in the trunk and was told yes they would. Guess what? They put it back but, they didn t put the spare tire in the right way and they never secured it with the center lock nut! What the heck kind of service is that? There is no way I should have had to wait for over an hour and a half to get a flat tire repaired while people who walked in after me got their vehicles serviced and done before me especially when I was the very first person in the door! This is one of the worst customer service experiences I ve had. It seems like both of the Tire Discounter's we have been to have not only slow and terrible service but, then to be lied to when I asked for something to be done or checked on my vehicle and it wasn t done, is unacceptable! It s getting to the point where we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I enjoyed the pick up and drop off experience. It was very professional and friendly. They documented any damage to the vehicle prior to taking possession of the keys and did a walk around to ensure no new damage upon drop off. Well worth it to be able to take care of chores at home while the vehicle was serviced which means no wasted time in the lobby waiting on the car to be finished.

First off, I think Tire Discounters does a nice job overall! I typically use the E Broad location as it s closer to home. However, I don t know that I ll ever go anywhere but the 256 location.Larry was top notch!!! He was extremely friendly and answered every question I had. Most of all, he was upfront and honest and made my experience a great one!If you haven t done business with Larry, you re missing out!!Thank you for all the help!! It s greatly appreciated!!

I've been going to this Tire Discounters for several years, since I used to be able to walk there from my townhome. The crew both at the desk and in the garage do a tremendous job on tires, brakes and oil changes, whatever I've needed. James, Jeannie and the whole staff at the front desk over the years have been nice, courteous and always quick with a smile.

From the driver who picked up my vehicle with the valet service, to the store manager who handled the final part of my sale, I was treated with respect and courtesy. Everything that was going to be done, as well as what was done, was explained in language easy to understand. Ive been a customer of Tire Discounters for over 10 years and don't foresee taking my business anywhere else. It's hard to find a business these days that treats the customer so wonderfully.
