They were extremely kind and extremely insightful they help me fix the issue with my car, which has been bugging me for a while. they were able to rectify my issue within 24 hours very pleased with my service. I have already recommended multiple people to this establishment. They have already notified me about other pre-existing issues that may pop up in the near future which I will be getting a follow up appointment to get those fixed as well overall very pleased with my service.

Rating one star because that's as low as it gets. I have tried to give them business whenever anyone in my household has needed work on cars. They will proce gouge you wherever they can. I could have went to tire discounters and spent about 3 to 5 hundred less than I did today. They lost my business are very unprofessional. They have been rude to my husband and I the last two times. They obviously do not know how to treat customers. Also they will add on whatever they please without asking you.

Horrible tire shop. Do not recommend for anyone. Whole staff are thieves. Did not do brake job and saw them test drive my car like an animal. I didn t know test drives mean drive my car at illegal speed like you work for nasa? I give this place 0 stars.

Highly recommend these guys. THEY know their job. Really appreciate Mr Bill and Mr Conard for the amazing job that they are doing. I've been a customer since 2018, now I open my cardealership and still going their. Bill, Conard and all staff are friendly, respectful ,and they are honest.

My go to shop! Colin and the guys are amazing. They don't over sell, but make sure you get everything you need. Office is always clean and the staff is super friendly. Would recommend to anyone!

Highly recommend these guys. Passing through the area on Labor Day Weekend with 5 more hours until we reached our destination and you guessed it, a leaking tire. The first shop we stopped at had no idea when they could repair the tire and get us back on our way. Thank goodness we found Bill at Tire Choice. This group is very knowledgeable and skilled. They diagnosed and repaired the problem and had us on our way in about an hour. Pretty amazing especially when considering the busy weekend! Thank you guys!

On Sunday, my nephews tire blew out on I70. I called many places - none were open or helpful - before I got ahold of Colin at Tire Choice. First, he was most concerned about the safety of my nephew. Next, he ensured he had a tire in stock before we made the trip in. Finally, and his crew stayed later than 5pm to finish the job. I would highly recommend this location and Colin was exceptionally professional and helpful.

This shop is the best in columbus, in my opinion no one beats there prices. Been a long time customer and will continue to be. They always help me out with my car when needed. Always fast and friendly service.

I came in due to my car being very load and have issues with acceleration. They diagnosed it and I had to replace my front flex pipe which was busted. They answered all questions and the did the service in no time.

My muffler and back pipe disconnected from one another while my parents were in from out of town for a visit. It was stressful but fortunately, these guys took my car right away and were able to fix it very affordably. They were also courteous, professional, and kept me in the loop every stage of the repair process. I also saw them interact with several other customers in-person and over the phone and they were polite, helpful, and considerate of varying budgets. THANK YOU!

I like taking my car here to get the work done. The location is only 5 minutes away from my home! So it's very convenient for me! The Mechanic's get the job done properly and effectively. The Mechanic name Colin is a real good worker and a good guy. He keeps it real with me and communicates to me very well about my car to help me have a better understanding on what's going on with it. I've been coming here for quite some time now. Even if Colin and the other Mechanics make a mistake. They are willing to correct their mistakes on the vehicle with out me having to pay extra money. So I love to take my car here because when I drop it off I know it's in good hands.

I came in on Tuesday for an oil change. I was telling Collins about shaking when I brake & asked about my fuel injectors. He asked me to bring it in Thursday morning to talk to Bill. Thursday I came in and Collins apologized that Bill wasn't in until 9. I told him about the shaking and how it's worse. When I said I would bring it back, He said he wasn't comfortable with me driving and insisted on looking at it. He came back and advised the issue, left tire rod and my left caliper was stuck. My truck was fixed by 3:30!! Colin also did research and said there is misfiring and believes is the injectors. He said more testing is needed to pin point the issue he also noticed.If I would have went somewhere else, they would have let me drive home and I truly appreciate the service, the follow up and time everyone spent on assisting me.The staff is amazing and special!

Great service at affordable price! Experienced and educated mechanics who will give a full explanation on diagnostic discoveries. My car is running smooth. I will go to Tire Discounters on Livingston every time my car needs work.

Had an urgent tire emergency and they were the only ones nearby open on a Sunday! They were able to get me in immediately. Daryll was very welcoming and reassured me (in my extremely panicked state) that he'd take a look. It was just a quick fix (my dad didn't tighten the bolts enough on the tire when he helped me plug a hole, so it was basically about to fall off by the time I got over here) and I was back on the road in no time!I will definitely be back here next time I need some car help! Thank you for your excellent service today!

I went to have my brakes checked. The manager explained everything to me. He searched for the warranty for the brake pads. He found it, and he personally worked on my car. I highly recommend this auto center . The staff are friendly and helpful!!!!!!!

Tired of losing air pressure and paying for air, we pulled into the nearest tire shop. Thank goodness it was this one! The gentleman who helped us took the time out of his busy schedule to explain what they do was actually inspect tires and teach drivers about their driving habits in relation to their tires. This was eye-opening news. We are just used to other businesses trying to sell those tires at the top of a hat! Will definitely be back when the situation calls for it!

So I just had a horrible experience at this location! I went in for a scheduled oil change appointment that I made earlier today by calling in and when I got there they said I didn't have an appointment. They told me I was in the wrong place and he asked me what number I called and I showed him. He then said that wasn't their number so I politely stand there and dial the number and listen as it rings into their building and after several rings he says to me yeah that's you calling. This is after he called two other places to ask them if they had a 5 appointment scheduled because I supposedly wasn't scheduled there! So I ask you how do I have the wrong number if you're looking at my number on your phone calling you right now? So then he proceeds to speak to me very rudely and tell me that they were very busy but he has one guy who standing there not doing anything that can do it and then again rudely quotes me prices that are $20-30 more than I usually pay at the same location!! NO THANK YOU! You don't have to ever worry about me coming back here sir! I will be taking my business elsewhere! Didn't get his name but he was a big bald white guy.And I get that places are short staffed and all of that but don't treat me like I'm stupid and I'm somehow bothering you!!I will be sharing this with everyone I know... And I know a lot of people!
