We had a positive experience buying here. The original car we went to see wasn't what we wanted, so they staff stepped up and showed us several others. We did end up buying a nice car for our daughter, and when we found a small problem, they fixed it without hesitation! I felt they understood the need for a safe vehicle for our new young driver.

Premium Motors made a very stressful situation much easier to navigate! Daphney was patient, thorough, pleasant and lovely to work with. They stand by their vehicles! My son and I are very happy. They took great care of us and worked within our budget. Would highly recommend!

Recently brought a 2017 Nissan Titan Pro4 off of Premium Motors LLC. After I purchased the truck there was a few minor issues that was unnoticed durning the test drive so I connected Dafney & Saso next day after the purchase & they had my truck back in the following week & had fixed everything, plus some no questions asked! Thanks guys

I have to say that my daughters first car buying experience 2 months ago with Becks Auto Group was absolutely horrendous.I was very skeptical when we came to Premium Motors. BUT let me tell you, Dafney Newsome was phenomenal. She went over and beyond what I have ever expected from any sales person. She was going to make sure my daughter left with her car one way or the other! I am extremely grateful for all her help!These people go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied and happy with your purchase. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Might have been quite the drive for us, but it was well worth it.Thank you Dafney

Excellent customer service. The employees are very friendly and offered beverages. Can tell it was a house turned into business, but the inside of the building is very clean. I did not make a purchase, just went in with my dad while he bought a car. The cars on the lot all look very clean and mechanically sound. They make sure the cars are good to drive off the lot. You can purchase a warranty through a third party and include it in your financing, but it was a little under 2 grand so we didn't go with it. We'd like to return again later for another purchase in the future.

I just purchased a 2015 vw Passat. I had a pre purchase inspection done even though Dafney assured me that all vehicles sold were road ready and had already been inspected. I took it for the inspection and everything checked out , however when I took it home I noticed there was no wiper fluid. I refilled the fluid and discovered the reservoir has a leak and it pissed wiper fluid all over the wiring underneath. I believe this is a failure of both parties as something as simple as the reservoir went unnoticed. Moral of the story is even if your are getting a pre purchase inspection, check the vehicle yourself and check all the fluid levels. I understand this is just a minor issue but it is still an issue that should have gotten resolved at the dealership. (Will update if dealerships resolves issue)

I had a very pleasant experience dealing with Premium Motors. The sales associate Dafney Newsom was very professional and proficient with what she was doing. She assisted me in filling out the proper paperwork for my purchase with grace and speed. I purchased a Volkswagen Jetta and am very happy about the purchase. I am also planning to bring my daughter to Premium Motors to purchase her a car as well. Thank you Dafney and thank you Premium Motors.

Needed to find a reliable car for my daughter to replace one that stopped working, so in a bit of a rush. Found a candidate at Premium Motors. Very professional and accommodating. Offered extras but not pushy. Selection and purchase could not have been more satisfactory. Great experience, highly recommend.
