Go anywhere else- save your money. Took my car in for what I thought were bad struts, just to have KT keep my car for 2 days and "accidentally" double charge me not once but twice. They did not fix the problem with my car. Nearly $400 in total "accidental" charges. Went to go do the refund and they "accidentally" charged me instead. Took my car elsewhere for repair and they immediately saw the issue with my struts that were untouched by KT.

Don't ever take your car to this place KT automotive . Took my brakes to get done and they claimed they changed my brakes and rotors. After getting the car back my brakes were shaking terribly and this wasn't the case before I took my car to them. I reported the issue to them and they took my car back in for further inspection and said they experienced no shaking. Well my car was still shaking whole braking. Took my car to a different place and they showed me how this place never cleaned the rust or put grease on my brakes. Now that I went toanother shop they cleaned everything and no more shaking. I paid $775 to get brakes fixed from KT. Don't EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. LET THEM GO OUT OF BUSINESS VERY UNTRUSTWORTHYService: Auto brake repair

I took my SUV to KT Automotive for an oil change. My son recommended them and I was not disappointed! They did a good job and DIDNT take all day to do. And the lady who cashed me out was very nice and easy to talk to. THANKS Y'ALL!!!

A repair shop that doesn t try to overcharge or rip you off! That s rare. Good people ! Took my car in for suspected wheel bearing issue. Turns out it was a tie rod. They did the tie rod and alignment for cheaper than anywhere else. Good, honest work and all around great people. I will be taking my car back for anything else it needs. Forget the 5 star rating. OK so I ve got my car down here before and they fixed it perfectly fine which was a 2011 Hyundai sonata. I recently took in my 2006 Hyundai sonata to be fixed, they told me I needed a whole new engine which is gonna cost 5000 and $6000. But when I took it to another auto shop to be diagnosed, they told me that I only needed six spark plugs in the fix my two dads cylinders which would be $712. I m not sure what they saw but if you guys get diagnosed here take it to get a second option

Got my clutch done on my 05 Audi A4 3.0 USP and in very timely manner about a week . I'd recommend kt to anybody looking for good professional work . Also give you a warranty on everything they do witch may vary depending on the parts but mine was 12 month or 12k miles witch ever came first ..

Kevin is very customer service invested as well as being a very good and trust worthy mechanic. We ve been going to him for years and have had no complaints or issues. He has always taken great care of us and our vehicles.

Kt says they pride themselves on getting work to customer care done right. I do not think that is the case I have spent a lot of money with kt over the years and it seems as though the more money they make the more complacent and comfortable they get just telling customers anything to keep business doors revolving. A brake job was the final straw I was told by kavin that the front breaks I bought where the wrong ones he said with his autozone account he can have correct brake pads shipped to kt and installed I said ok after work was completed I scheduled a hub bearing replacement that was scheduled a few days later at kt once I arrived back I told kavin I am still having break pad issues he stated I had wrong pads which further contradicted everything he previously told me. So did you even replace pads or did you charge me just because you saw a loop hole were you can exploit a customer for further money towards repairs now he is saying my rooter is bad well why didn t you tell me this after work on pads was done why do I have to call there if you so called give a report on everything that wrong with car. They try and use god and feel like as long as there door is revolving and they are making money they can treat customers how they want, Unacceptable and it reeks Of a company that does what they can for the greater good of there business and not the customers hard earned income they are spending with kt.Service: Brakes

I have used KT automotive twice in the last year. I felt that they listened to my problems and my concerns. I told them what I wanted and they were quick with a response. They scheduled me promptly to diagnose my problem. Once they figured out my problem I was given several options to look at financially. There was no pressure one way or the other. When I made my decision they said they would get right to it. The problem was fixed and now I am back for them to fix a different problem. I always look for exceptional customer service. I feel that you get that here. I have also recommended several friends to this place.

I am from out of state and my car needed some work (I'm not sure what was wrong, but they did!) and they were soo nice and took my car on short notice and had it fixed for me so I could drive the 14 hour trip home! They were so nice and explained everything to me so I knew what they where doing and I have yet to find a better car place even in Nebraska. I was so glad these guys were near where I I was staying they saved my whole weekend!! And my car is running so well now!

Took my truck in for new spark plugs at 100,000 miles and Kavin and another mechanic had one heck of a time getting them out. They fought it for hours but finally got them all out and replaced. Then he wouldn t even charge me but one hour for the job and wouldn t let me pay extra for the trouble. Honest mechanics are hard to find and worth their weight in gold.

I took my truck in for a repair. Changes price halfway through the job and when you pay him the final price and drive off the car is in worse condition than what you give it to him in. Thanks KT For damaging my truck. Also he made me sign the contract for him to work on it after he worked on the car. There's better places out there. This guy is a crook. If you want for your car to get fixed visit someone better than this guy.

KT has undergone new management from years before. Kevin, Mary and their mechanics care for my vehicles. They have put in extra hours without pay to troubleshoot an electrical problem. He has always been fair with pricing and does not have the large overhead of a dealership. They have given me rides home when I couldnt find a way to get there and return home for work. Repairs have been done on foreign and domestic cars that we've owned. One car I just wanted to keep running and not worry about cosmetics, they understood that and did excellent work at a minimum cost and labor without sacrificing quality. The car was in "hospice care" for a couple years and like many old cars the mechanical problems were not caused by them (like some other reviews have implied). The problem was the old vehicle itself, not KT's care. On the other hand, Ive let them service my new vehicles even while still under warranty because I trust them. They have searched and matched competitive prices on tires and other parts for me. I would put KT up against any service center and show you the savings youll receive from them. Car maintenance isnt a big mystery and Kevin will show you exactly whats wrong with the parts if you desire. I enjoy seeing the actual damaged part so I can better understand how it all works. Good luck getting that anywhere else.Fyi, I dont work for them or benefit in any way from this review, I just can't stand bad reviews from cynical people. Besides, the other reviews were from a time past when it was under other management. Thanks for reading!

I highly, highly recommend this business. I have utilized their services from oil changes to large repairs and they have always been honest, professional, timely and accommodating with fair & very reasonable prices.

I took my hummer there for a diagnostics and spoke with the Lead tech Kevin.He is super friendly and honest with his service.However, I wasn t able to know for certain what is the core problem.Good place and friendly service.

After taking three cars there I can confidently say this: Great shop, honest up-front pricing and good clean work. In my experience it s extremely hard to find a shop that can be described this way, really appreciate these folks.

If I could give a negative revieve I would. When my car was delivered on a tow truck to KT automotive the only thing wrong was the Flywheel and starter, I pick it up and it is out of line, the ABS light is on, the breaks were really bad and the engine is making a horrible noise that never has been made before. So I call them to let them know and they swear nothing was wrong with it after they fixed that is a lie. I read the reviews before I took it there but did not listen to them.. If I can advise anything please do not take your cars here they will mess them up for the worse!!!!!

I have nothing bad to say at all about this place. Great mechanics that know their stuff and I appreciate that they always call before they do something to make sure it's been approved. Keep it up KT!

Went to KT with my beloved Subaru. The wheel bearing needed replaced. Kevin was nice enough to replace the ABS thing a ma bob for free at the time, too! What a nice guy <3
