Very easy to schedule an appointment online and quickly received an email confirmation. Upon arrival, Damian listened to me and kept me informed during the appointment. The oil change did take longer than expected but he apologized and offered me a great coupon for my next oil change. I trust this Firestone completely!

They took my call immediately, helped me the same day with no notice or appointment, and were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. To top it off, they were done quickly and for a reasonable price. Thanks so so much for taking care of my unexpected flat tire!!! It would have been far worse without your efforts. It s so appreciated.

This was the first time I went to firestone. I went to a honda dealership twice and spent SO much money for my car issues to continue. I was at my end with them and so I looked online and this place had the best reviews compared to other firestone locations. I got there at 8:30 am and left at 3 pm. It did take a while but it was so worth it and I feel like my car is so much more sturdy. I know people complain about places just trying to get money but these guys were amazing. Brent was the best. He explained everything thoroughly and as a young female with no experience in cars, I did not feel like someone was speaking jargon to me. I also appreciated how he did not push for me to have specific service done. He told me what was wrong, gave me my options, and let me decide what to do. I will 100% be coming back here in the future for any car repairs! Plus, I ll make sure to bring snacks but that s fine! Worth it!

Firestone did an awesome job for my oil change. I live 5 minutes from them, so it's much easier taking it down the street versus my car dealership. They had my car done when I asked, and it was smooth sailing. Going back in the future for maintenance on my Tiguan.

Firestone on E. Main St. Reynolds, OH 43068 is where I take both of my cars serviced. Ask for Pierce, he is very reliable, knowledgeable, and respectful. I purchased & installed 4 new Firestone Tire, Wheel Alignment, best price on oil changes for Lincoln & my Solstice 2 seater. They take great care of my cars and provide great customer service.

It was a great experience except the time was little long . i have waited 2 hours for replacing one tire. I will advise them to hire more people ,so they can speed up the process.

12/9/23 my son and I visited Firestone on Main Street in Reynoldsburg. At 7:58am. We were the first clients there for our appointment at 8am to get 4 new tires.They took the 2006 Toyota Matrix back at 8am an hour later an attendant said our lug nuts were stripped when they were trying to take the tire off and we pile need to pay for new lug nuts. Which would be $49. My YOUNG son paid for the lug nuts then sat back down. TWO HOURS LATER an attendant approached my son and said a wheel alignment is now needed and would cost moI interjected and told my son to not agree to another service from this store. So now we pay and leave go to the car, open the door, notice his window is cracked oddly and the door sounds weird when we open it. We get in drive home and when we get out to go into the house we are unable to close the door. After we take a look we notice the lever to the door is broken in half preventing the door from closing. I call to speak with the manager and I m awaiting to hear what they have to say. So far customer service is a 1.

Good Service. Pleasant Head Technician . Front brake job and ten min overall car check and TPMS replaced. There for four hours.Restroom needs to be bleached and properly clean.

bad customer service. took an appointment for a time they don't do appointments for and didn't even contact to let me know and wasted my time and gas and employee didn't even care or apologize, didn't try to reschedule me. why I'd the appointment available for online booking if you don't honor them?

The Worst Firestone I Ever Dealt With Is When I Reach To This Mess In Columbus, Ohio Went Back And Forth 3 Times In A Row And Never Got My Fixs They Mess It Up Had To Carry It Chrysler Byers On Hamilton Rd. And They Did A Great Job. WARNING . Do Not Mess That Firestone On Main Street Reynoldsburg, Ohio.

I was warned about going to that particular Firestone, I was there for two rear tires wipers and an alignment, I was there for 5 hours and I have to go back the next day for the alignment so no I'm not happy at all, if I didn't hold the Firestone card trust and believe I would not be going there.

Avoid this location even with an appointment they keep you waiting. Scheduled an appointment for 3p got there an hour early wasn t till 3:30 I asked for an ETA an was told an additional hour just before my car would be on the rack for an alignment.

Making appointments is a waste of time. Have a 10am appointment and it s now after 11am and my care still hasn t been pulled into the bay yet. This isn t the first but will certainly be the last time happens to me with this company!!

Was told to drop my car off for an tire leaking air. Dropped it all in the morning. Called 3 minutes after they closed and someone answered letting me know they never got to the car but was willing to do it right then. I said no big deal as long as it can be a priority in the morning. I called at 11 for an update, and was told it was 20 minutes from being done and that they would call me upon completion. Called 3 hours later and was told I was good to go. As soon as I started the car up, the tire pressure light is on and my car is registering 0 tire pressure. How is that done? Who quality controls this place? We will drive the extra distance for a new place from now on.

TLDR Punched a hole through the floor of my car then refused to take responsibility Firestone took my Corvette in stating it would be done in a day (just tires that were already on site) and took several which is fine, sometimes things happen. Everyone in the store was pleasant and apologetic at all times. Unfortunately however they lifted my car in the wrong location on two points underneath the car, put a hole through the fiberglass floor of my car under the drivers side and dented the floor around a 12 x6 area in the rear. Instead of ever sending anyone to look at the actual damage (after the store was informed of the damage they wanted to send an adjuster to my home supposedly, never did) they asked for a photo which I sent of the clear damage from their lift. They then denied the claim that they did this because no other vehicles or property was damaged (obviously) and it wasn t seen until the next day, it was not only raining at pickup but it s underneath the car. Absolutely one of the worst experiences I ve had with any service center let alone such a reputable chain. They can t even take responsibility for their own actions, didn t even make an effort to have someone inspect the vehicle before saying they didn t do it several weeks after the fact.Service: Tires

My husband took our car in for a 4 wheel alignment due to some shaking we were experiencing. Instead of informing my husband that the issue was rusted tie rods and a bad wheel bearing so he could choose whether or not to continue with the service, they instead did the alignment on only the front, took an hour and a half and pulled the car out before jacking it back up again due to it still shaking to come out and tell him about the issues as free the work and payment had already been completed so we left with a car that had half of an alignment and the exact same shaking.Service: Wheel alignment

Spent last couple months getting car up to par, one step at a time. Last step was oil change and new tires. Now my car runs like a dream. No disappointments, no throwing in work or parts that were not necessary. Friendly staff.

Workers were nice, but this location is extremely overcrowded. Tried to get a single tire patched. We were told it would be 30 minutes to get it in and 30 minutes to get it fixed. After 1.5 hours it was even busier and the car still hadn't been taken in. Won't come back to this location.

Went there to get front suspension fixed. Instead of fixing the problem they did back brakes , changed a rear shock. They had my car for three days. I will not go back to that location.

Made an appointment online and paid for a tire replacement. I get there and the appointment isn't in their system (showed them the email confirmation) and the tire I had already paid for wasn't there. I didn't get any kind of phone call saying there was an issue and that a new tire maybe there on Monday but wasn't sure. There was no accountability for the screw up and because of that. I spent another hour out of my day to find 1 singular tire.Service: Tires

Had a 7:00 am appointment on Monday to get bearings on my car. On Thursday job still not done. Had to call multiple times and still no progress. Finally I picked up my car to take it to the dealer. Job done in one day.I will never deal with Firestone again.

They had my car for 7 hours. I needed a simple inspection, my appointment was at 10 am, dropped the car off early at 8am, and it did not happen it was a waste of time, and they did nothing but say "my bad" I picked the vehicle up after 3pm so 5 hours after the appointment it was a disgrace to the name.

Made an appointment 2 days prior online for an oil change. Drove there and they told me that their online system doesn't work and that I have no appointment. The tech then went outside to write down my VIN and put the paper on the hood of my car while writing it. I didn't see any scratches but I have NO idea why they would write on the paint and not the windshield. Said he could book me a week out but told me the oil change would be $140. I just walked out. Will not be returning.
