I Placed a online order and when I got to the store I was informed that the tires I had ordered were not in stock. I worked with Tony and He ended up helping me get other tires that were in stock. I was impressed by his professionalism. I had ordered 4 tires and when he looked at my tires, he inspected all of them and informed me that only 2 of my tires were in need of replacement. I was again impressed by his honesty. Most other shops would have replaced all four to make the sale.And by doing that he has created a life long customer.I will Recommend this Shop to EVERYONE I know.I will be returning to this shop for all my automotive needs in the future.Again Tony is a remarkable employee who goes above and beyond to help the customer.Andrew N.

Was hours away from home with a flat and this location had the only tire nearby for my car. David and his crew were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule and were nothing but kind and professional. 100% recommend this place for all of your car needs!

This was my first time getting a car repaired and checking the oil, and I didn't have a bad or negative experience. David and Tony were both great guys, who were very informative and helpful in resolving my car's issues and keeping me updated on any other problems that were looked at in my used car.

I like this shop because they always take me in the garage to show me what s going on with my car. I always feel like I m getting ripped off at other repair shops, but I ve never felt that way about this place. They are friendly and knowledgeable.

I had my alignment done at another shop and it was way off. Dave and the guys here had me straightened out and back on the road in a hurry. Thanks again Dave, I'll be coming back for any tire needs my family has.

I always go to this place when I first moved to Columbus. They are very nice and friendly and really helpful when it comes to my car. David the manager there now is my go to guy when it comes to car. He will discuss with me the best options I need for my car. This is the best place to go to for your vehicle service.

My company has been using Firestone Fleetcare accounts all across the country. I normally love using them, and would recommend them. This location has me absolutely baffled. The service manager doesn t understand the difference between GVW and GVWR.Edit: I have voiced my concerns in more detail to a Firestone Fleetcare account representative.

We made a mistake on the location we scheduled to have the service performed at but they accepted us immediately and performed the work anyway. They were fast and topped off all the main fluids.

Still amazing service by David. Just got 4 brand new tires for the winter season, oil change, alignment and now I m all set. Defiant the man to go see ! Tell him I sent youI ve been bringing my car here for over 4 years. The service is always outstanding matched by the frisked staff. David has always been amazingly knowledgeable and has given me tips on how to better keep my car running and tip top shape. The service techs are friendly and don t mind speaking with you about how or what they re doing for you. Exceptional service and won t take my car anywhere else. I hit a pot hole and blew a tire out while driving across the country at night. Luckily these guys were able to get me back on the road the next day. They did a great job calling me with updates on the progress while locating the tires I needed and having them delivered to the shop. Seriously great service that saved me when I was in a bind.

Worst service I have ever recieved. Made an appointment for today (07/09/23) and it was confirmed. What did they do? Locked the building up by the time I got there!!! Don't waste your time on firestone as the rumors of terrible service are true. They never used to be this bad! Don't give them your money.

I have been using firestone service since 2018 from Cleveland and never have to complain about the work. Today my wife took the family car to routine service, oil change and filter. She said that the gentleman there was disrespectful, yelling on her like he was talking to his boy. When he finished and she asked for the receipt he told her that it will be send to her email, we never received it. He charged her $170 for a simple oil change.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Had 9am appointment to get a diagnostic. Got to the location 10min early. Ask the gentleman how long he said wouldn t be long a few minutes or so. Waited an hour car still not pulled in to be looked at. A customer that came an hour after me car was pulled in before me. So I kindly went back in and got my keys and left without getting done what I made an appointment for! I understand things happen. But why have people make appointments if you can t keep close to the time. Or how about saying it can be about such and such a period of time. Don t say right a few minutes or so and that s not the case!!

Called in on Saturday morning with a completely flat tire and they got me in the same day. They had to run to a different store to get the right tire, that and installation took under an hour. Thank you!
