Excellent Service and Communication!I recently had the opportunity to take my truck to Fine Line Auto and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with their service and communication. Even though the accident was my fault, I was quite anxious about leaving my truck in the hands of an auto body shop. However, my concerns quickly dissipated they went above and beyond my expectations.First and foremost, their speed in fixing my truck was remarkable. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they completed the repairs. It was evident that they prioritized efficiency without compromising on the quality of their work.Moreover, the level of communication I experienced throughout the entire process was exceptional. Fine Line kept me well-informed every step of the way. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, they maintained regular contact, providing updates on the progress of the repairs. This constant communication greatly alleviated my anxiety, and I felt reassured that my truck was in capable hands.One aspect that initially concerned me was the fact that Fine Line was not a "preferred" body shop recommended by my insurance company. However, this worry turned out to be completely unfounded. The quality of their work was outstanding, and there were no issues whatsoever when it came to the insurance process. It goes to show that choosing a non-preferred shop can still result in top-notch service.Overall, my experience was exceptional. They not only fixed my truck promptly but also provided excellent communication throughout the entire repair process. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and efficient auto body repairs. *Great service, awesome people!My Honda was in need of some minor maintenance after a long, snowy, cross country drive from Utah to Ohio. After running into a snow bank somewhere in Nebraska, my entire front bumper detached. I cruised into Fine Line Reynoldsburg as a walk-in customer and they took care of me right away and re-attached the bumper at no cost to me, no questions asked. I was in and out in under 30 minutes with my bumper looking like new! Juan was so easygoing and understanding and Mo got it done in no time at all.Highly recommend this place for any and all services big and small, they will take care of you! (:

I took my car to Fine Line Auto to get body work done due to an accident. Upon entering, I was greeted by professionals who were very nice, knowledgeable, and explained the whole process. I got my car back within a few days looking brand spankin new. I m so glad I choose this shop!!! If you ever need body work I would recommend Fine Line Auto due to the speed, convenience, and professionals that work there. Plus Juan who works there is cute! Thanks Fine Line Auto!!! If I need car work done again, I ll be going there

I had a great experience. The staff were very helpful and took time to answer my questions. I had a situation with an insurance company of a person who rear ended me. The rep was being aggressive and unbending with payment options offered trying to have me pay a balance that needed to be paid by their client. After many attempts to get the rep to return calls, and the management team's due diligence on my behalf, they were able to get the rep to agree to their payment terms and I was able to drive my car home. I'll be referring others to Fine Line in the future.

Juan treated me exceptionally well, even with me walking in 15 minutes before closing. The shop was knowledgeable and respectful, and treated my vehicle with care. The line of communication was constant from the moment I called until I left with my lovely truck. Dawn in the lobby was a delight in the waiting area, making sure I received constant updates. If you are on the Eastside, this is the spot for body work!

First, your customer service representatives Dawn was absolutely great. Everything about my repairs was explained to me in detail by someone in the front office. This place didn t hesitate nor excuse any issues needed. Above and beyond my expectations almost 10k in damage and had vehicle returned before rental was due. (NEVER) had to call one day for any updates. Communication phenomenal, manager Juan and Mrs dawn, and the mechanics, 5 star!! Thank you for your care and support!! Wouldn t use anyone else hands down

I recommend taking your car here. I was hit twice and both times I have used this shop. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to come here because they always do great work and are almost always accepting vehicles. Juan (hope I am spelling his name right) is always awesome and Dawn is a pleasure to speak with as well

They did an awesome job on my car. Customer service was great from the time i walk in the door til the time i picked my car back up. I will be going back for more work and i recommend their serves to anyone. Im a very happy customer.

They were so amazing and quickly got my car done! The front desk lady is the sweetest person ever and so is everyone there. They worked with me on the price of my car and my car looks amazing!!! I highly recommend!

This place! These people!! My goodness. Absolutely amazing service. They go above and beyond to help you in every way possible. Very informative and knowledgeable. They basically can't wait to help you and make you feel welcomed. Very professional, polite, and respectful. They treat you like family. What more can you ask for? Do yourself a favor and make them your GO TO for all your auto body needs!!

Great auto body shop! Juan and Wes are great guys and did a very good job with scheduling and taking care of me and my car. The workers who completed the work on my vehicle did a fantastic job! I am very please and will be back every time I need something done on my vehicles!

The staff was very professional and helpful. The shop was close to home. The bumper repair was done in a week instead of the two weeks quoted. Also, it worked out well with having my rental car delivery and return. I would use this shop again for any future car body repairs.

I have been to Fine Line Auto Body Shop, now twice, they have a great staff, they were very patient with me, I was looking to trade in my car, and decided not too, got it fixed, they even sent someone to pick me up at my house to take me to their shop to get my car when it was finished. They do go out of their way to help their customers.

From the day I walked in (8/23) to the day I picked up my car (8/31), Fine Line and its staff did nothing but provide quality customer service and support throughout my experience with them. I was assured that the damage done to my car would be handled properly...and it was. *Please see pictures for before and after.*Like anyone in an accident, especially to no fault of your own, it's a frustrating experience, but because of my full coverage insurance, I not only had a $0 deductible, but had access to a rental for up to 30 days at no out-of-pocket cost. With that in mind, my process with Fine Line went very smoothly - from the explanation of the process itself, to regular communication/updates. And being less than 5 minutes from home was also a plus! They even washed and cleaned out my car, while allowing me to leave my rental at their location for pick-up.I would recommend ANYONE in the Columbus/Reynoldsburg area, with auto body needs, to come to this business for your needs!

Hi i love this location Juan is awesome any time i need somethin he is always willing to help . Even if i didn't have a car acident i will purchase parts ext and dine line will put them on for a cost of course . But always great service from the team there .

They did a wonderful job on my car. Someone hit the front end of my car and did significant damage and you would never know after leaving Fine Line Auto body! Work that was done was amazing, staff is very friendly and Juan went above and beyond. He really cares for his customers and it absolutely shows! Highly recommend this body shop! Not impressed. My car was there for a week before they even did a diagnostic. I had to go there to speak to the manager to get things moving. I was given a high estimate for services that were not needed. They don't accept credit cards and their printer wasn't working. So I was to give them cash with no receipt showing an itemized list of what I was paying for. Ridiculous! I am sorry that you have some dishonest customers, but maybe you should have them sign an estimate before you start the work on their car.

Update: with the work complete I can say these guys really went above and beyond. The car looks amazing, and they continued to handle the insurance company on my behalf, saving me from a rediculous amount of frustration. The lifetime warranty is a huge plus also. Highly recommended!My car was hit and I've been fighting with the other guys insurance company for more than a month. I had given up and planned to just use my own insurance. Walked in here to get a quote and they immediately took over, call the other guys insurance company, got them to agree to pay and set me up in a rental car. He accomplished more in 15 min than I was able to get done in a month. Ill update the review after they finish the work but the service is amazing!
