My only dealing with anyone at the small business was my salesman, Thompson. He was accommodating, straight forward and professional. My title came in a reasonable time afterwards also. The owners of the business should invest some money in renovation since the building looks rough, but otherwise no complaints at all.

I waited about 4 months to write this review just to see how everything would go. I worked with Thompson and I had a great experience. I purchased a Honda Accord and have had absolutely no issues with the vehicle. I had an issue with getting the title but Thompson walked me through every single step to get the title. I messaged him about the car, and he got me in to look at it right away and I drove away with the car the same day thanks to him. I would definitely recommend this place if you re looking for a great priced, reliable vehicle.

Terrible place. never come here. scammers and scammers work. do not mess with these scammers. and besides, he didn t get injured, because there is water everywhere in the building (they apparently don t even notice it). I can assume the worst dealership in Ohio!

I bought a used car here about two weeks ago. The minute I left the dealership, the check engine light came on. When I got home, I read the codes and sent photos to the man who helped me and he said he would find a way to get it fixed and then just stopped responding to me. The cars i d bought in the past had always been fixed in good faith within 30 days by the dealer. I m extremely disappointed. I m now shelling out hundreds of dollars for a car I had for 5 minutes. Will not be recommending this business to anyone.

Kris made this transaction incredibly smooth, gave me a great price and was a phone call or text away throughout the entire process. My car did have a small mechanical issue but Kris immediately rectified the issue. The car is definently a head turner, I drove it around for a test drive and was contantly receiving compliments. Would recommend and will shop with in the future.

Super shady, guy doesn't know anything about the cars there, has to make a phone call to a different person everytime I ask about a different car, most cars there have been hit or wrecked and bondo back together. Would not recommend.

Bought my Cadillac Escalade from here, the owner was professional & has great customer service he made the process smooth. I noticed something was broke he had his mechanic fix it on site before I purchased it. I will be recommending him to everyone.
