Dylan and Ryan did an excellent job in helping me this afternoon! I needed new tail light and brake light bulbs. It wasn't easy for Ryan to get the cover off of both tailights, but he persevered! Ryan has a car mechanic background and you can certainly tell! I would highly recommend this store!

We went at Store 4563, the sales representative Mr. Habte Netere was great. He was extending his helping hands so calmly. I have no hesitation recommending people at visit the store!

Had to get a battery for my wife's car. They swapped it out in less than 5 minutes. I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes. Great service and they always seem to have the parts I need in stock.

In and out. They usually have what I need. You can also check online before going there. Friendly staff.I went in to get headlight bulbs. They burned out at the same time, which is unusual. I had to pull the headlight fuse myself to have it checked as they are not able to pull fuses. It was no issue since I'm familiar with the process. My fuses were still good. Next, they pulled my headlight bulbs. You could clearly see one was blown the other one we had to test and it was out too. They helped me pick out the bulbs and even put them in for me.I love that they keep your purchases on file. It helps with warranty issues etc.

Brandon and Ethan were absolutely wonderful to work with at the East Broad store. They went above and beyond to help us with our car s battery problems, and were very pleasant while multi tasking other customers. Excellent service and the help was very much appreciated!

The Reynoldburg store was awesome, I bought some rear brake pads for my car at the autozone on 5th avenue, it turns out the guy sold me the wrong brakes, I didn't know that until my brother jacked my car up, took my tires off and he discovered they gave me the wrong brakes, so I called the autozone closest to me and they said to bring them for a exchange. When I got to the reynoldsburg store their system said they had the breaks but they couldn't find any on the shelves, they suggested me waiting while they go thru the truck delivery they received earlier, but hadn't sorted out, they found the correct brake pads for me. I forgot their names but I really appreciate the extra miles they went for me!

Dillon P. was a fantastic help! He helped me get a newly purchased used car all set with a new battery & headlight. Worked with the auto seller to get it covered and installed everything for me while I waited. Excellent service! Thank you!!

Shawn and Ryan at this location went above and beyond for me today and even put a piece on my battery to fix one of the many issues i came to them with. I will only go to them with my car questions from now on. They even printed out my codes and the parts i would need in the future.

I have a large family and end up working on everyone's car. Auto Zone treats me great, never questions a return or improper fit. Always up grades it to the Gold series when available.

The associates were so helpful & knowledgeable. Wasn t trying to oversell-but tried to push products. Very gracious when declined. Prices comparable to other auto places & ask for price matching. They will honor if they can.

I asked them for a bike headlight. They said they can't look up bikes and they need the light. I brought the bulb the next day. They looked so confused and stated "is this the bulb or like a capsule it comes in". They don't even know what an LED looks like. The person went back for 20 seconds and said "This is an aftermarket bulb, you can buy it on amazon". We'll you don't say!!! They also said they have no headlights for a 2015 yamaha or any bikes for that matter. So here's a great review for my wasted time.

I just went to change my battery. Steven test the battery and told me you don't need to change the battery, we can charge it for you. I said that's fine.He went inside and never come back outside. I was waiting for him for about 30-45 minutes. when I went back inside to ask what was going on. They told me we don't take the battery out and you have to take the battery out by yourself. It was nice they explain the process to me earlier so I know what I had to do. Instead of thinking customers has to know the process.

I have been shopping at the east Broad street location for years and have always had great service and help there, but today was special. I had bought a part for my son's car and it turned out to be mismarked and was not the part I needed. I went back to exchange it and the manager pulled out the more expensive option of the part and it matched what I had taken out of the car. He then proceeded to give me the much more expensive part for the same price as I purchased the wrong part for. Who does that these days!! Truly a class act. They have my business, that's for sure.

I had the best experience at the E. Broad Street, Reynoldsburg location today! My goal was to purchase a new headlamp. I left with two new headlamps installed by Selene, the store manager. While waiting, I witnessed both her and coworker James providing excellent customer service. They were professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful!

So to make a long story short I had a flat tire no one would help me . I walked to AutoZone on East Broad Street and there are two women. I remember one was Shay and her partner had dark hair with blonde tips. They were absolutely amazing within 20 minutes they had a plan ,took me to my car and a customer at the store offered help change the tire. she then took me to my car and the gentleman met us there and changed my tire for me.what's amazing to me I had already asked several people and companies for help they were the only ones that helped me. Please thank them again for me

The gentleman who helped me yesterday with a battery replacement was named Aptay, I believe. My sincere apologies if I got his name wrong. Suffice it to say that this gentleman went above and beyond the call of duty. He was extremely helpful, kind, informative, and knowledgeable about the issue that I was dealing with. He resolved my issue both efficiently and effectively. His professionalism was exemplary. He will be the reason that I will return and spread the word about your organization. Had to go in and buy a battery since mine died unexpectedly after work. The employees there were extremely helpful, courteous, and respectful. I didn't know my battery had stuff blocking it in but the employee (I didn't catch his name) spent a good 45 minutes or more putting it in. They also went ahead and switched out my wiperblades without me even asking. I am rating 5 stars for superior customer service! Thank you so much!

I went in today to get a low beam light for my Honda Civic. Both workers Catlyn and I believe Selene were wonderful. I was able to get it installed and everything! Awsome job! I will definitely be coming back here when I need something! Thank you!

Wiper Help! I had no idea what I needed for my two cars. I went to a different shop and was told sizing but no real specifics. It turns out the sizes weren't quite right. I spent about 20 minutes trying to get a round peg into a square. I went back to the Reynoldsburg location and with Dillon's help got set on the right path. He went so far as to follow me outside and clipped the new wipers on for me. It took all of a minute, but I was happy for the help.

Great customer service...very attentive to their customers. Not only do they sell it to you BUT also will assembly it or tell you how to do it...to get the "optimal" use out of it!!!
