A nice big and clean store that is sadly brought down by the employees. I went it to get new turn signal bulbs and upon checkout the man who was helping me asked if he could charge me triple or quadruple. I kindly responded no thank you. He then acted like I didn't know what I was doing and that they could help, which I could appreciate if it weren't for the earlier comments. Yes I am a woman but that dosen't mean I'm clueless about cars. If you are a woman, I suggest going to another location.

I made a pick up order on a Friday. By Tuesday I still had not received a pick up email. I called the store and whoever answered was completely rude. They answered the phone without giving their name, so I don't even know who it was. They just said, "AutoZone". No other greeting besides that. I told them I put an order in on Friday and I still hadn't received a pickup email. To which they replied, "Well, we're backed up on orders so you can just come in and get it". I said "okay" and he hung up. No apology for it still being in process after days (My understanding is their pick up should be Same Day). He didn't look up my order to see where it was at in the line. He didn't ask if there was anything else he could help with. He just hung up. The customer service is horrible. So, I called the 800 number and canceled my order. They clearly don't need my business or my friends.

I love going here. The workers are knowledgeable and eager to help. They are courteous and professional and ha e the parts 99 percent of the time. They make auto part shopping easier.

Had to walk from midas to get a part that we needed and they,autozone,actually gave me a ride in his personal vehicle back to Midas with the part they had in stock and was covered under warranty

I wished I had the same experience as others at this location this has been my 3rd attempt to patron this store and all my experiences have been bad yesterday September 7 2023 around 5:12p.m. I go in for a return the worker at the Broad St location didn't give me a receipt and told me if I needed to return anything just give them my number well I go to the Main St location to return and the employee was new so he said I had to wait for a manager there was 3 of them I waited for 15 minutes to be helped just for one of the managers to tell me I have to go back to Broad St location because I didn't have a receipt which was totally a lie all they had to do is take my number down and pull up my receipt there was a white lady with the big holes in her ears who clearly had an attitude and very unprofessional and a Short haired black lady with curls and she is the one that told me I had to go back to the Broad St location these 2 ladies don't care about your customers AutoZone.

They may have the largest stock on the east side of Columbus, but their customer service is about as bad as it gets for an Autozone.I've shopped here dozens of times and avoid it unless they're the only ones with the part that I need. It's bad enough that it may be quicker for me to drive from New Albany to W Main and back by the time this place finds the parts and meanders their way back to the counter.My recommendation is to avoid this location unless no one else has it or you have an hour to waste waiting.

Stopped here on a trip from Pennsylvania to Indiana. Had a problem with my truck that produced a check engine light. The guys on shift (although super busy) were super friendly and helpful. The manager was running two checkouts at once there were that many customers in store.I do not however feel that the system Autozone uses for codes is quite accurate. While it produces an accurate code "number". The recommend fix was way off in my situation.

Usually have exactly what I need specifically for my vehicle. Sometime the prices are a little much but you get what you pay for and I would much rather my family be in a vehicle with quality trusted products.

This is the main hub, also this is the store where you ll catch more employees outside smoking than working. This is the store that won t let you use the engine scanner on certain days because they just don t feel like it, they ll say it s broken. I ve literally seen a supervisor hide the engine scanner while a customer comes looking in to use it. This is the store that won t take commerical orders after 4pm, or maybe just when I come in. I m not sure. I d give this store a negative star if possible. Why is the smoking to cashier ratio always 4:1? This is ridiculous. Autozone needs to do better. I ve seen people walk out with items unpaid for because what else are you suppose to do when 4 people outside smoking and literally nobody at the front to help. This is Reynoldsburg, OH. The Pickerington location is a lot better.

This store for the longest time have disappointed me. To the very extremely rude employees, to the countless issues I ve had with their parts. Everything is always a hassle. Can t keep the same employees, I mean just aweful service all around I took my business to advanced 100% better everything there

Worse customer service!! The man running register 2 today was rude and lazy. Would not help me at all. Acted like I did not know what I was talking about and would not bother looking up the hold they had for me. My fianc� went in and the guy treated him and another man the same way except my fianc� was not accepting his attitude and laziness and made him find the part for us.

Drove all the way from Thornville here aftee ordering a part that said "in stock". Upon my arrival I was told they had not had the part since April last year. Im then told I have to drive 30 minutes away to Broad to get the part. I clearly would have went somewhere else if i knew i still had to drive that far. This was all by the manager on shift who says he has to drive from Buckeye Lake everyday to go to work. At which point i told him that he drives there to get money from a job he chose. I drove there to pick up a part that i ordered and was supposed to be in stock. The manager clearly did not care that i had to drive another half an hour to get the part i needed to get my vehicle back on the road and I will NEVER buy from here again. 100% do not recommend.

My AC compressor died on a road trip, and we were able to find a re-manufactured one at this store. The staff here were super helpful and friendly. A pleasure from beginning to end.

I was in need of a battery for my car and stopped in at the Reynoldsburg location. It was after 9pm and of course the store was closing at 10pm. The gentleman that was there was very helpful. He checked to make sure it was a battery I needed and not something else and then installed the battery. I've been to other auto parts store, where they will try selling you something they know you don't need and wouldn't be so courteous, so close to closing time. I would refer all my friends to this location. Thank you for being so helpful!

It was okay not complaining but it was kind of sipplary yesterday because of snow but there was not sign. Might be better if they put a sign so people don't get a way to blame the store.

The staff is always extremely helpful here, the store is very well stocked and has everything that I have always needed. I also like the fact that they are willing to help you answer questions about your vehicle if they know the answer or direct you to where you should go. They also have tools for you to utilize while you are there, and I appreciate the fact that they helped my wife put on her windshield wipers instead of just handing them to her and expecting her to figure them out. The staff is extremely helpful and is definitely a place that we will continue to shop in the future.
