I can not remember the guys name but he was super helpful.. with batteries for my key fob and screws for my tags. He installed everything.. thank god bc I had my toddler there was also another man and a woman working.. super cool crew.

Shout out to Mike this morning for going above in beyond. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable enough to share mechanic resources. As well as checking my starter and running a diagnostics test. I really appreciate his help today!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I thought I needed a new battery, but when they checked, It was a loose connection. They tightened it up and rechecked the battery and itwas good, There was no charge. When I do need a battery, I will be back. That's why I like Advanxe Auto. They are honest and trustworthy..

They seem to always have the parts I need. Customer service is outstanding, thank you Zack and Matt for turning a bad experience from another location to finding the only Advance Auto parts to get my parts from now on.

The employees here are very helpful and very friendly! They give you plenty of information about the battery I bought! He even came outside and took the old battery out and put the new battery in my vehicle! I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and I will be going back there anytime I need a part for my car!!

Very friendly and helpful place to shop. I was looking for a steering wheel club to protect my 2016. Hyundai. The clerk informed me they were out of stock. Told me to try Amazon if I was in a hurry to buy. I thanked and left my name and phone number in case they got some in. The next day I was called and told they had located a club in another store and would be in this store next day. I thanked the caller and told him that I had taken his advise and ordered one from Amazon. Caller said ok. He said he would be able to sell their club quickly. I have been a customer for Advance Auto Parts for many years. This is just one example why I am a repeat customer. Thanks again for going the extra step for your customer.

Was in the store 5-10 minutes before associate stopped texting and asked if I needed help. I asked for a book to look up parts and was told to use a QR code with my phone to look it up myself or they could look up. Their look-up pulled up different size than I looked up, but the experience made me feel like I was an inconvenience for him. This is one of the reasons brick and mortar is dying.

I ordered my items online, it was easy to order, everything was available for me to pickup at the store. My items were set aside for me ready to be picked up at my convenience. The sales person was very nice. Took just a few minutes to check out and I was on my way home . Great place to buy from. Will absolutely % order from them again.

I needed a battery for my car. A guy name Mike helped me. He said hed test my battery first to make sure I wasn't wasting my money and he was helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. So if you need help w your car, go see Mike at 6901 E main st in Reynoldsburg Ohio.

I've bought 3 batteries here in roughly the past year, for some of our cars. Caed, Mike and Ivan have all been hopeful. We picked up the most recent battery in my wife's car, and she wanted a replacement passenger side windshield wiper. Caed offered to put it on for us, despite it being about 15 degrees and snowing. It was an odd type of wiper, and required a little more time than usual to put on. He and Ivan took care of it out in the cold- much appreciated! This location is definitely my go to.

I always check Advance Auto Parts for anything I need before looking elsewhere. Usually they have what I need for very reasonable prices, I actually managed to order some exhaust parts from them cheaper than Amazon's pricing last week. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I used to work for the Pickerington location years ago and they were a great company to work for as well, and someone saying that about a retail job should speak volumes about the company.

Needed help with some new windshield wipers for my car. The young lady that help me not only worked with my, but she installed the new wipers. I was so appreciative, because I broke on of them while cleaning the snow off my windows. She was amazing!

Nicole was very patient allowing me to try the lift support before purchasing. She researched the next year in finding the correct lift. Because she was so helpful, I purchased more products from the gratitude of assistance she gave. Thank you Nicole!

I go to this location quite often.Nothing bad to say about these guys.Always great service.They value their customers and take care of them day in and day out.I've tried other parts stores *cough cough* and have had terrible service, this place has never let me down.There is no point in going to any other parts store, these guys price match.-J

Terrible experience at this location. I understand that we got there at a minute until closed but the manager did not have to be so rude as we pulled in. We weren't making a purchase, we weren't looking at any products, but simply picking up a part. The manager very clearly, rudely & with such an attitude that I was appalled. Upon telling us they were closed at the outside door of the store, he proceeded to pull out his phone & Google the time the store closed then again with attitude & rudely said "um actually it says we're closed". I understand that we got there at the time that they were closing. That was our mistake but being a manager he should of been more polite, & by most company laws, employees are not allowed to tell customers they are closing/closed or ask them to hurry up with their purchase. As a sales person myself I understand that employees have worked/ been on their feet all day but at the same time, they getting paid to let people shop. I will NOT be shopping at that store anymore. I will be picking my part up tomorrow then reporting them to the BBB.

Very difficult to work with Moraine, OH. THE STAFF HERE WILL NOT HONOR THE the staff here will not honor the light limited lifetime warranty. They will tell you it's wear and tear and with no other description. You go to any other Advanced Auto they seem to take care of things with no problem. This must be a result of very poor management, and very poor employees.

Had a stressful start to my day with car troubles, was in and out and problem solved within 15 min. Janelle installed my new battery so quickly and effortlessly, I was contemplating why I was so stressed in the first place.

The customer service is great and now with online purchase and store pickup, you are in and out quickly. In years of going to this store there has been only one time that I have had to have something sent from the warehouse.

Love these peeps!! I go there so often due to operating a business, I like to do my own truck(s) maintenance .....we're on a first name basis.....they get my parts rather quickly if not in stock and they hunt them down if located in another store....top notch!

I went for a battery change and Kiera was very professional and courteous. I rely on Advanced Auto for great products and was very lucky to receive great service from her as well. Thank you Kiera, and I apologise if I'm misspelling your name.
