Awesome group of guys here, they fixed my car and efficiently inspected it, communicated what need immediate repair to be safe to drive and what could wait. This was the first time my car has ever been in their shop and most definitely will continue my business with them.so big thank you and shout out to Mike and Jeff and all other mechanics that really helped me out.

A truly professional independent auto repair shop. Very thorough. Exceptional employees. The owner is a stickler for repairing cars right. If you want it done right, Paradise Car Care is the place to go.

Jeff, the service manager, was amazing at customer service and did a good job at helping my friends and I make sure our car was safe. Their facility is very nice. This is a Great shop for a small town. I wouldn t go anywhere else

This business was very helpful with my old accord. It was very hard to find a place willing to take brake parts that I had already purchased but I finally found this place and am very happy! Plus they found a couple other issues that got taken care of too. When I got my car back, which took about 6 hours or so, it sounded so much better and drove better too of course. When I checked out and got my keys back, I also got a print out of everything they did so I wasn t wondering. After a week, they called to ask if everything was working well and even sent me a personal card through the mail. If I ever need another service, I ll make sure to come here again.

I would highly recommend! While visiting my daughter we found a fluid leaking on her driveway. She suggested I take the car to Paradise Car Care as she has always had great experiences. It was a transmission issue (not a small job) they were able to work my Subaru into their schedule and have it repaired in 2 days. I was able return to North Carolina without having to miss work. When I picked up my car I felt confident it could make the 10 hour drive. They had great communication and customer service. I appreciate the courteous office staff and service tech.

Very fast service. The vehicle was diagnosed in one days time and the problems were explained to me. Did not try to upsell me on additional repairs and was very helpful in my decision making. Very professional and friendly The price was very reasonable It was also very refreshing cause they actually listened to what I needed and didn't try to add on a huge list of other maintenance/repairs. We received a Thank You for your business card in the mail couple days later WHICH WAS AWESOME I recommend them and will continue in the future to bring in my vehicles for all repairs/maintenance.Services: General repairs & maintenance, General repairs

I have been tremendously satisfied with Paradise Car Care for a number of reasons: being trustworthy being at the top of the list. Mike keeps "an eye" on my car, never doing repairs until truly needed. When repairs are done, Mike and his crew are not satisfied until I am satisfied. Mike and Debbie are great folks who are running a great car care business.

I was referred to Paradise Car Care by a friend about a year and a half or so ago. I have had nothing but good experiences and customer service with them! Mike, the owner, and his wife are friendly and he does good, honest business. They are affordable and do great work!!

Everyone that works there are great! Chuck upfront was awesome at explaining the scope of work needing to be done. They did an excellent job. My car drives and sounds awesome! Highly recommend Paradise Auto Care! I'll be returning for regular maintenance on my car.

Mike and Debbie have the best car care shop around. Always a friendly smile or a chat when you stop in to get your car serviced. Mike and his staff do a fine job keeping things running and charge a fair price. They're pretty busy most of the time but manage to get things scheduled and out in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks gang!

Mike at Paradise Car Care is more than just a mechanic. I consider him family and he treats all his customers as family. Being an 80+ widow I know I can always count on Mike and his staff to come to my rescue when I have car problems. What more can a gal ask for. Thanks, Mike, for being such a caring person.

I remember when the corner of Diamond and Main St. in Ravenna was a vacant garage for many many years. And before that a rundown auto repair shop that got ran out of business bc folks did not like how the owner treated their customers.. I was one of them. But like the Phoenix the property has risen from the ashes. Paradise Car Care is run by a tight nit family. And they treat their customers as a part of their own. It has been my experience over and over again that this is such. Mike Paradise is consistent and professional on a daily basis.. everyday all day. He knows the value of his customers and through his example has taught me about the value of my own customers as I am a small business man myself. Mike does what he says and does what is necessary to make me reasonably happy which is all an owner operator can do for their patrons. I give Mike all my auto service business. Thanks Mike!

Paradise Car Care is the best shop around. Mike is knowledgeable and will go to great lengths to make sure the work he does is done right. Mike and Debbie are honest and trustworthy and that is so hard to find these days. Paradise is now the only place I will take my vehicles to.

I recently had some car issues and they were able to get me in sooner than originally discussed. Everyone there is wonderful! They take the time to listen to all of your concerns. They explain in detail what the issues are and exactly what they did to fix the problems. I would highly recommend Paradise Car Care!!

I have a 2002 Mercury Gran Marquis; and I'm thankful I found Paradise to take care of my frequent repair needs. Mike and Debbie know my voice when I call, and the guys who work on my car are familiar with her ailments. They are all so friendly, and professional. They make me feel comfortable that my car will get the best care, and let me know if something will be needed in the near future. I'm on SS and with a fixed income, the cost of repairs can be scarey; but their charges are quite reasonable. Thanks Paradise

Good prices, accurate diagnosis of the fix. I am happy with the work, and didn't feel like they were fixing things that didn't need to be fixed.There were a few issues regarding billing, and I am happy to say Mike personally called me afterwards to apologize and it appears that the issues have been resolved, and corrected for the future.

Paradise is a car care center that gives you the piece of mind that your car is fixed correctly. Also everytime my vehicle visits Mike and his crew for one thing after I come to pick it up they always say while we were in that area we noticed such and such needed tweaking so we fixed that for you also.

Had 4 tires mounted and balanced, was told one rim had damage. I told them that if there was a issue to not mount the tire, Mike assured me that it would be fine. The tire lost air the next day, I returned with a new rim to get my tire swapped over. I figured he would do it for free/give me some sort of discount as a principal of standing behind your work. This was not the case and I was charged full price for the mount and balance.Take this however you would like, I m just reporting my experience.

My wife took the car in for an oil change, while there a gentleman came out to tell me our transmission fluid needed to be flushed. I spoke to my husband later that evening and he called to set up an appointment. Then was told the man who talked to me made a mistake. It's the stirring fluid that needs change.. so, after being told its the stirring fluid, we cancel the appointment that was made, and we will reschedule for the stirring fluid. ,.

I was relieved to find this great shop, and the folks who recommended it were right ! Great service, up front and good at explaining to a non-mechanic like me what is needed and how to plan for future maintenance. And, a locally owned, family business. I had got my exhaust fixed and enjoyed what was done .I returned to get my pads and rotors changed and was extremely dissatisfied. I was estimated just above 200 for a set, when I took it in, I was told 400, over 800 for all 4. When I said I couldn't afford that and I would have to wait and come back a week later to get them done, I was harrased for it. I went elsewhere and got them all done at 350. That day you lost a customer. And to be honest, it was less the price gouge and more the disrespect .
