Outstanding!! About halfway in our family trip to DC on a Sunday morning, we had a serpentine belt failure. Jay and the staff were exceptional! Thankfully they had the parts needed and helped connect us to a mechanic that would complete the repair and get us back on the road in a few hours. The O'Reilly staff and the mechanic were friendly, understanding, and professional. This would be my go-to store and mechanic if I lived in the area.

this is truly the oreillys to go to. needed a new battery bc mine was on its last legs. an employee named Caleb sold me a new one and even offered to change it for me and did so in the freezing cold weather and it was even raining. 10/10 customer service, would recommend!

The north ridgeville location sold me the wrong oil and filter. I had lost my receipt but Anthony swapped out my items for the correct one no problem. Thanks, Anthony!! :)

Ordered four bearings over the telephone was assured they would be delivered "next day". When I got there they had ordered four steering wheel covers. Nice steering wheel covers, but won't fix my truck.

Last 4 times in here I pick something off shelf.. usually oil or antifreeze and they charge wrong price.. claims short handed..I said it was wrong 2 months ago have to argue for posted price. Then tonight I call for airline antifreeze.. guy says yep just saw it on shelf..I drive 10 minutes walk in guy said ohh we sold out earlier today.. computers were wrong..I said he just saw it on shelf.. sad.. used to like this store..

I go to Oreilly because I find their parts/tools/rewards the best. This store literally has the worst employees in any customer service I ve experienced. It s a shame because I prefer this store for my auto parts but I will not go back to this store for a long time, in hopes they may get some different employees. First negative review I ve ever left, anywhere.

Great customer service, very knowledgeable and the guy helped me out with my van check engine light.O'Reilly's is one of two places I usually buy my car parts or etc. I am from Akron but I was in Ravenna at the time of stopping by. I really got to say that the store was really nice and clean. All the guy's were professional and helpful. Thanks guy's! I'll definitely be back in your store!!

I deal with the commercial side of O'Reilly, but even when I I just walk in they're always polite, quick and knowledgeable. They have a great staff and they're good at communicating between shifts in case you order early and pick up late or following day.

I tried another nearby competitor auto parts store, and they didn't even carry the wiper blade size I needed. Luckily O'Reilly did, and that's enough of a reason for me to recommend them over other area locations.

The worst place to go. They don't know what they are doing. Either that, they just don't want business. Everytime we go there they end up giving us the wrong parts. They will help other people that walk-in before finished with you. And talk with their buddies first. Their buddies will also be sitting in the parking lot. And wait for you to come out. Then follow you down the road. They don't deserve one star.

We came for a battery test and to buy a new one as well. Issac came out and check it for us. When my husband asked if they replaced batteries for free he said yes but he wasn't doing it. "Not today, you can go to hell.", were his exact words. Then he told us, "You can go right over to Auto Zone for that.", needless to say, that's exactly what we did.

Stopped in to buy brake hoses for my truck, I asked for all of the brake hoses, I didn t care about the price. I was told there was 3 hoses on the truck, I questioned him (I knew there were 5 rubber brake hoses- 2 front, 2 rear, and one rear center) counter guy assured me there wasn t 5, so I purchased what he gave me with brake fluid. After leaving I got on your website and the first 2 hoses that popped up were the ones counter guy said didn t exist- oh and it showed them in stock at that store. I was tempted to return everything, I think I ll go to the Kent store or somewhere else next time.

Has happened to me here mor that once. Only person in the store, I'm buying to cans of cleaners. I walk up to the counter and stand there. A man comes in after me, gets helped first. Another man comes in to pick up ordered parts, gets helped before me. All in all a 5 min stop turns to 20. Maybe the 3 workers in the back room doing nothing but talking could have helped me out?
