I have taken my car to Garro's Tire on two occasions and have absolutely no complaints. The first time was when I heard a noise around the right rear tire that eventually went away, but was concerned that there had been damage. They checked the location thoroughly and told me that I had probably picked up a rock around the brake drum, but left no damage. After all the time that was spent checking my car, there was not any charge. I was was not ready for that. Great attitude, great service.02/28/24 I brought my car in to have a vibration checked out. A lot of time was spent checking out the problem, but could not find anything wrong and again there was not any charge. I bought my first car when I was 15 years old and in the past 75 years I have owned many more. I have also been in and out of many garages, so I have seen my share of good and bad, but the experience I had at Garro Tire was different. The attitude was very casual, but efficient, knowledgeable, and considerate. I didn't mean to write another " War and peace" , but just to say how well I was treated and that I will definitely go back. Amen.

The guys at Garro were great! They took my car in last minute when I got a flat and offered to fix it right there even though it was right before closing. I asked them to check on another issue as well and they kept me updated through the whole process. They also plugged the flat tire for free since I bought my tires from them. They were also super friendly and genuine. I would definitely recommend them and I will continue to come back here in the future!

Highly recommend Garro Tire I have always had nothing but the best interactions and service . The only ones I actually trust in what they tell me. when it comes to what my car needs and cost Extremely good on fair prices and fast service. I would do more then 5 stars if it was an option.

I always have such an easy time at Garro. They are very thorough and always let you know whats going on and they quote you before doing the work. Bud and Kenny try make your experience there as less stressful as possible and will always let you know if your car will need future repairs and when the best time to bring it in. I will only take my cars to Garro Tire.

Living on a budget that didn't include NEW tires. Purchased used for the first time! Great$230.00 experience. They even maintenance them for a small fee when I got a screw in the one! Will refer and return withe my other vehicle when the timing is right. Pleasant employees. Thanks Tracy

They have always been very professional, knowledgeable, fast, fair and get the job done right, the first time:) In a pinch they have always been able to work me in! Garro Tire in Ravenna, Ohio is a wonderful company. The techs always do a job correctly and on time.Friendly and courteous.With the shop located in the downtown Ravenna, there is a nice walk around town while they take care of your vehicle.

Garro tire came highly recommended by several people to me. And I can see why I had a fantastic experience was given a fantastic deal on my tires was in and out in no time! everybody was extremely nice and I will definitely go back there for my next set of tires, and I will recommend them!!!!

We had a 9am appointment and didn t get the car back until 5pm. That was not expected or communicated. The car smelled so bad of cigar smoke that my coat smelled like smoke just from riding in it. My car will need cleaned now. I have breathing issues, so that was unacceptable. The service work was fine.

The people are nice and I feel like they are honest with me. I have been going there for a very long time. I wish they had a little more flexible hours, like open later one night or open Saturday mornings. It's difficult to get there in time from work when I get an oil change, and I schedule to get work done on days off, which is not ideal.

Had a tire blowout and they were the closest people to me. They took me and help me out quickly, and I even had my dog with me and they made sure that she was welcome into the shop to wait for the tire to be changed. Not too many places would allow you to do that so that we weren t sitting in the cold. Definitely would recommend them thanks guys.

My son, Bryan H., took his car here and I m so pleased he finally found an auto mechanic team with integrity where he lives in Ravenna. He s deaf and people sometimes have taken advantage of this fact. Not here at Garro s. They did the work in a very reasonable amount of time and priced very fairly. Also, very professional and polite. A family owned business for 41 years! You don t find that much around these days. I m sure if needed he will be returning. Thanks Ken and team!Sharon H. :)

I've been away for a while, and recently moved back to the area. Had a low pressure light pop on yesterday and drove it to the Shop, late in the evening tonight. The guys had me in and out in about 15 mins. Great service and great guys.Thanks so much. My only tire place from now on.Jim

Didn't replace front left blinker like I asked.Not sure tire pressure checked in rear tires(tire light on), since I only wanted 2 front tires.Asked to check fluids, don't know if they did.I have always been happy with the service.Don't quite understand my last experience 12/8/23.

Great service! I've been using Garro for my tire and mechanical service for several years. My only request would be to have them use some sort of ozone spray/machine to remove cigarette smoke smell from my car after the mechanics have been in it.

I ve been going to Garro for basically all of my car needs since I moved to Ravenna a couple of years ago. They re always friendly, reasonable with their prices, and honest about the work that I need done. I plan on going there as long as I can!

I have never had a problem with Garros, ever. I started coming here a couple years ago after I got my car from hassz, was tired of them screwing me over and telling me it cost almost 1,000 dollars for tires all around and then tell me the same for breaks. There fair here with prices and even if it takes a minute, i know its getting done by people that are actually helping and not trying to rob you blind. I literally had my car towed in today for a flat tire with a lug nut that didn't want to come off and they fixed it in a couple of hours and it was done with the spare. I will definitely keep buying my tires and breaks from, just kinda sucks that they don't work with the electrical of cars, I'd definitely bring it to them if they did. You guys rock, keep up the awesome work.100/10Would recommend

Had 2 new tires put on front of my vehicle, the process was quick once my vehicle went in , everyone was very friendly and polite. Would have do other services if needed and highly recommend to others in need of anything to do with your car. Thank You and Happy Holidays!

Let me start by saying I needed extensive front end work on my 2005 Toyota Sienna, Garro was able to get me back and rolling with what I believe to be a fair price, if your in need of car service in the portage county area call Garro's you won't be disappointed.

I've been using Garro Tire as my go to car repair and Service center, I have never had a problem with getting my truck serviced. I will continue to use Garro tire in the future. They always get my vehicle done in a timely manner.
