I started going to Crossroads for service on my work truck and they always do a fantastic job. My schedule is not always the same and they work with me to fit me in wherever possible.My most recent experience was for a tire change and Cody made sure my truck rode smooth despite having an issue with my rim prior to going to them.I have brought my personal car in and will be bringing my truck as soon as service is needed.Crossroads is an amazing family owned company and I will continue to bring my vehicles in any time anything is needed.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Scrolling through a list of mechanic options and don't know how to choose? You can stop looking - you've found the right one! I was on a long road trip from PA to Chicago when my car started making horrible noises. I didn't know what to do, so I called the closest mechanic to my location. The woman who answered the phone was SO sweet, patient, and helpful. She answered my questions and gave good advice, and when I managed to get my car to the shop after an exciting trip along the shoulder of the turnpike, she made the check-in process easy, was up front about the rack fee for looking at the vehicle, and made me feel very reassured that they would take good care of me. Cody, the owner, was able to look at my car quickly, diagnose and fix the problem. And when he was done, he not only didn't charge me for his labor, but waived the rack fee as well! I left feeling stunned and grateful, and got back on my merry way hardly behind schedule. I hope I don't break down on a snowy highway in Ohio again any time soon, but if I ever do - I know where to go! A good, honest, lovely company. THANK YOU, CROSSROADS! <3

A friend of mine brought his car here to have some issues fixed. They had to return multiple times and paying well over $2,000 for the same issue to be fixed. It wasn t even Cody doing the work when he assured them that the issue would be properly fixed the second time. I understand he has employees but Crossroads seems to be getting way to big and full of themselves. Shady business practices between the auto repair and used car lot and putting junkyard materials on peoples cars, while charging the prices of new. Make sure you inspect what s put on your car here because what I ve seen, it s not quality parts.

Could not be any happier with their service. I dropped my car off on Friday and it was done on Monday.. Friendl people, good pricing ,quality work. Cody is now who I'll be going to for repairs

Good Christian Company. We are from Michigan, during our travels on the Highway, we had a tire issue. We didn't know where we were or which way to turn off the nearest exit. I believe God intervened by directing us to this amazing business. They so graciously welcomed us and pulled us in and took care of the issue. Unless you know your way around cars, don t buy from these people I ASKED what was wrong with the car I was looking it, they said nothing. My battery fried 2 weeks after purchase and now I have to replace a sending unit. There WAS things wrong. They sell you the we do inspections on all our vehicles before sale that s clearly a lie. Now I have to call off from my new job to take it to the shop because I have a decent oil leak. I just hoped for honest service.

Very pleased with the work done on my car. I appreciate the kindness of Joann and the mechanic who worked on my car. They were able to get a lower price on the parts than initially quoted. That was a pleasant surprise.

This is an AWESOME place to have your vehicle worked on!! Cody and staff were very informative and professional!! I would recommend this place to anyone needing mechanical work done.....and Joanne behind the counter gets her own STAR for outstanding customer service!!

After getting stuck on the side of the freeway one night on my long drive from PA to CO, I got myself to Crossroads. I have a Chevy Conversion van, so I parked and slept in the lot overnight. I woke to a knock from the owner in the morning. When he quickly recognized that I was frightened by him, he sent out his female counterpart, Joanne, to double-check on me and make sure everything was alright. This group of folks went above and beyond to check over my van and make sure I was safe and ready for my long journey. I was incredibly grateful and felt like I was in the right place at the right time! Thank you guys!

This is the only place I take my car now. They are honest and don't try to upcharge you like so many places. I'm tired of mechanics seeing me and automatically inflating the price. Have you women noticed how everything always costs $2,000 for us?

I brought a truck and three days later I drove it to Wal-Mart and then the car just stopped driving I took it to a auto repair a a few weeks later cause I'm on a fixed income and they told me the engine was gone and it would be 3,000 which I couldn't afford after paying 2,100 for the truck to take my grandkids to church and things (5 kids that lost there dad to gun violence) but they told me they couldn't give me my money cause the the value went down since I brought it and they wanted me to trade down a car wouldn't help me with 5 kids one with c.p. they argued with me till I finally just junked it for 470 I got back more then they was willing to give me back periodI would never trust a used car lot again cause if it's not new and they know this the lemon law don't work causeu have to have 12 auto repairs in 12months and that's for newer cars it don't help with lots like this that don't car they just want ur money don't care about u or what ur life may have that u needed this for
