Ben, the owner/operator, of BMB Auto and Truck Repair, is a great guy. He goes above and beyond what's needed to make it his customers happy. I had a mishap from an unnamed instant oil place and he diagnosed and repaired my issue quickly and professionally. His prices are fair and the work is solid. I would highly recommend BMB if you need some work done or if you just need some routine maintenance and preventive care for your car or truck.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I have been using BMB for service on my vehicles for 12 years. He has always been fair on pricing and gets the job done right. His new shop in Rootstown is awesome. Ben and Melissa were great and very professional. He could have charged us much more than what he did and we would have been happy about it because we were desperate to fix our food truck. Instead, he charged very reasonably and spent much more time than what he charged for labor. The important part to us was the he FIXED everything very well.Services: Auto engine tuning, Brakes

I am so grateful for BMB auto! Anytime I have an issue, they get me in right away. The owner takes care of his customers, making sure to get them the best deal, but also the best quality. They go out of their way to make sure you and your vehicle are taken care of. I highly recommend BMB auto for any repairs, or even just a quick oil change or alignment. We couldn't have been luckier for our shuttle bus to brake down near this garage on our cross country road trip. Ben and his crew took us right away and went above and beyond, working many hours, to get us on the road so we could get on our way.
