Both of my brake lights were out and I went in to purchase bulbs and to see if someone could install them for me since I am a putz with cars. Both older ladies looked less than enthusiastic but one went out and had me put my brakes on. She said it was an electrical problem and to call a garage. I went over to O'Reileys and they sold me the bulbs, put them in and my problem was solved. I will never shop at Auto Zone again.

Wonderful service ! My husband couldn't get my wiper blades on . Although we bought them at another auto zone, the young man in Ravenna snapped them right on for me , with a smile on his face !

The guys here are great! Special thank you to Charlie for helping us find a bleeder valve on our van so we could get our coolant system working properly again! I have been to other locations where they tell us no to helping us the way Charlie did! Thank you so much!

Went there for wiper blades for my truck. Had sizes needed but not in same Brand. The kind counter lady did offer to order them though. Price checked blades against O'Reilly's auto parts and AutoZone has a better price and more brands to choose from.

Needed sway bar end link they were only place that had any in stock. They can be a little pushy trying to sell unneeded stuff though.

Shout out to the manager Chris for helping me with my car. He explained the code that came up and told me about a shop that was local who could help. Was only in auto zone for maybe five minutes and Chris saved me from lots of headaches. Great guy and extremely thankful he was in tonight to help me.

This is a great AutoZone. They will help you figure out the problem you have with your vehicle. They are very courteous and kind. They do there best to get you the best deal. Thank you AutoZone for helping me get my brakes together.

I had a problem with my car battery and went to autozone and Beth was just awesome with her service. Quick, professional and so friendly. She just got my batry checked and fixed a new one in no time. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends. Extremely satisfied.

The battery on my car suddenly died without any previous indication the battery was weakening. We got a jump and drove directly to Auto Zone in Ravenna. The technician immediately came out, identified the bad battery and within minutes had the new battery installed. The professionalism, technical skills and outstanding customer service keeps this my #1 choice! I have been coming to this location for 17 years and they are always great!

Unbelievably rude over the phone while asking about a truck battery. I am an ASE certified auto tech and these guys talk to you like you're slow.I am buying the battery from Advance down the street purely out of principal of how they treat their customers.

Geez 2 times back to Autozone cause they can t give you the correct rotors and brake pads? That s not good! Pay attention Autozone employees! This is not good!

Terrible service both employee's were very rude and refused to do a price match on Lucas oil treatment that is $9.57 at home depot and they want $12.99. He got upset when I asked them to match the price and thought auto parts stores were the only place to buy it. He has very minimal knowledge of cars and gets upset when I tell him that's not the part I need.

I returned to Auto Zone after being told a few days earlier that they could not install my battery due to it being late and there were only 2 employees in the store and that the install would take 45 minutes. When I told Beth she was shocked and said that that should not have happened. She then installed my battery in about 10 minutes! Beth is a "badass" in my book! If you ever need help at the Ravenna Auto Zone, Beth is your girl! Shame on those guys who didn't assist me on the first visit!

Typical box store for auto parts. The people behind the counter can help you as long as it comes up on their computers. If you've done a motor swap or building something on your own most can't help as they need year make model to plug into the computer. If you don't have that info good luck. I get my PB Blaster there.

Went in to get my battery checked. None of the employees were wearing masks. The US is currently #1 when it comes to covid19 cases, so autozone guidelines not including mandatory masks is absolutely horrifying. Will not return to this branch or any other during the pandemic or afterwards, since they don't take the safety, health, and well-being of customers and coworkers seriously.

There are awesome needed wiper bladesAnd the guys there put them on for me no extra charge. It's my go to store for all auto part needs. Very helpful ineligible gentlemen are working there

Took my classic car to the big Ravenna car show.. got there pretty early and stopped into AutoZone in Ravenna to see if they could help me get my brake lights to work on an old Japanese car. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way... very knowledgeable and they sorted it out with professionalism and kindness. Top notch experience.
