We need to fix a tire on our trailer. The driver reached the repair shop and waiting for the mechanic. The job was completed in less than an hour, but the mechanics was asking for over 500 dollars, stating it took them 3 hours of labor plus a 100-dollar call-out fee, even though the driver arrived at their facility promptly. After a heated argument, they reluctantly reduced the bill to 390 dollars, threatening to involve the police if the payment is not made. It's clear these individuals are skilled at overcharging and taking advantage of people. I strongly advise avoiding them at all costs.Following day, after 200 miles we have the same flat tire we got fixed for $75 in Indianapolis.AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

The owner Scott has been absolutely amazing to us! His staff was all so friendly and happy to help especially one of the repair men named Jack! They were so kind and went above and beyond to help us and make us completely comfortable when we had no where else to go! Highly recommend this place for any type of repair and service! If I could give 10 stars I would! I could not be happier with the service and hospitality we have received!

Fantastic company! They helped us out with our horse trailer when we were stuck on the side of the highway. After US Rider took over 2 hrs and still couldn't find us help we called A1. They had someone out here quickly and fixed our issue. Very professional and fast service. Highly recommended!

Unprofessional! Came to replace truck front axel. This people lifted up truck, took axel away and dropped down truck and cracked oil pad. Refused to pay for damage i call police. Waiting sheriff already 3 hours... Oh yeah i been waiting for U-bolts 3 days at this place. If you came to fix your truck, stay closer because this people don't know what they doing!
