Outstanding service! Dolton is very professional and walked me through the process of changing my oil. Ray is extremely knowledgeable and ensured the correct oil filter was used on my new vehicle. The entire oil change took less than 15 minutes. I was traveling at the time and the excellent service was highly appreciated. Thank you Dolton and Ray!

I had a good experience at Strickland brothers 10 minute oil change in procterville Ohio the man was very nice and And was very quick I definitely will be back and continue to go there for every oil change for now on In my opinion I don't think there's any other place that would give as good as service as they do

Great oil service, impeccable customer interaction skills and overall great experience. I do worry about the workers getting too cold with the bay doors wide open though.

Went here for an oil change. Seemed like a good choice until they told me the couldn t get my oil filter off because of damage to the front end of my car. So I went to Walmart n they had no problem getting it off.

Great experience! It really did take less than 10 min! They were super nice! I was not aware they do not accept checks anymore, but they were super friendly and worked with me! Quick and easy! Guys were all very nice and didn't talk down to me, even when I couldn't find the latch for my hood. LOVE that I get to stay in the car. 100% recommend.

Went for oil change and your rotation. Ended up getting some additional services since my car just got 75000 miles. Thanks for their suggestions they had. My car is running quieter and better gas mileage. Would definitely recommend!

Waited forever for them to ask me to pull into the garage, then once in the garage I was asked how the day was going and guy s response was a huffy busy . That s fine. But no fluids were checked, no tires were filled up drove home and looked under the hood to notice all of my fluids were EMPTY. BONE DRY ALMOST. They literally only changed the oil. Didn t receive any paper or receipt stating all these things were checked and ok. The old spot made sure you d leave with a full car and good tire pressure. So not only was I there for 45+ minutes I paid $92 for literally just oil and a bad attitude because they were busy. Won t be coming back.Service: Oil change

I went to this place for an oil change because I thought it was still owned by Valvolene. The staff was nice, but they made very many mistakes. They even accidentally charged me for another persons service. It should ve taken 10 min maximum to have my oil changed but instead it took almost 30 and cost me $125 for just an oil change and new air filter.
