Outstanding work!! Price's are fantastic!! Very friendly & By far the best customer service I have ever had!!! An employee by the Name of Zach fixed my tire in front of me was quick, efficient very knowledgeable! Today's experience has definitely earned all my future tire & service business...

Rich, marvin & Ryan were all super informative and helpful. They did multiple diagnostics on my vehicle all at a reasonable and fair price. This is my go to place. They were also understanding of me having to bring my kids with me and overall were super nice. Also, they gave me a free shirt!! Great place.

I went to Joe's tire in Powhatan Point for them to check my back brakes. I was loosing a lot of fluid and was concerned. I wasn't sure were it was exactly coming from and I didn't want to end up in an accident due to my brakes going out. Zack and Marvin were great at getting my car in right away. They took their time to look things over and make sure my car was safe for me and my family. Zack did all he could to make this experience, stress free and made me feel more at ease knowing that my car was safe to drive. I have taken my vehicles to many different shops and garage's over the years but none of the employees treated me with as much care as Joe's in Powhatan. Excellent service by far. I will continue to come back for the great service and have already recomended this place to friends and family. Thank you guys for being awesome!!!

Excellent experience, highly recommend.Came in for some new all-season treads. Mechanic noticed that my passenger side front bearing was pretty well shot. I mentioned that I had bought and replaced this bearing only a couple months and 2,000 miles ago. Mechanic gave Autozone a quick call and got it sorted out and replaced for free under warranty.Got my treads put on and an alignment for a fair price and left highly satisfied due to the quick service and helpful, friendly employees.

Stopped in and Zach, the shop manager, was top notch. He fixed my tractor tire, and even stayed past quitting time to get me back up and running.To say the least, Zach knows how to take care of a customer. If you ever need tire help, he s the guy you wanna go see.

Zack was professional, kind, and efficient. After I came in having a terrible day he was empathetic and earned Joe s Tire a new customer from here on out. I can t thank him and the team at Joe s enough, truly a wonderful shop with genuine, good people. Great work, great people. You can t ask for more than what they provide. When they say they say they Treat you like family it just to sound good on a business card, it s an abbreviated version of their business model. Thanks guys, you helped one very tired, very frustrated customer get home and retain his faith that there are still good people willing to do the right thing and do it damn well.

Absolutely love Zach at Joe's hes always working his tail off and still nice enough to take time to answer any questions I have! Joe's is lucky to have him as an employee. He goes above and beyond to make customers happy.

My husband brought a tire in for our 150. It had a hole in it and kept going flat. They didn t just put a patch over it and call it good.they fixed it the RIGHT way and took their time. This place definitely is about quality work and that s hard to find anywhere.

I was in Powhatan Point visiting my parents and my tire pressure was low on one tire. I stopped in and Zack, the manager, looked at my tire and determined that the seal between the tire and the wheel was leaking He took the tire off, cleaned the seal and remounted the wheel. When he was finished, he refused to let me pay him. He said it was on him. I was so touched by such a kind gesture. Thank you, Zack!!

Friendly service and a staff that goes above and beyond to make you happy with your purchase. This is also one of the only places in the valley that offer nitrogen refills for tires.

I needed a full set of tires for my truck and had a budget to stick to. Zack found me a quality brand that fit my wallet and installed them ASAP! He also took it upon himself to call me later that afternoon to check if I had any concerns or issues after my drive home. A+ service ! I will be back!

My tire had a hole in it, which I discovered at the beginning of my trip. I called Joe's; they fit me right in and fixed my tire up in no time for no charge. Thank you!
