With all the excellent reviews that have been posted, it's hard for me to put in words what else to say about this shop. Alan and his team are beyond compare. I have been coming here for many many many years and have always been absolutely satisfied with the quality of work I received at a great price. The next time you need your vehicle serviced or repaired, take it to this location. You'll be glad that you did. I commend the ownership for putting together such a well-oiled machine.

Alan is amazing. He always has his clients best interest at heart. I have been coming here for years and won't go anywhere else. He is honest and recommends what is needed to keep you safe and your car in good working condition in the most reasonable way possible. Definitely a quality shop which is why they can be busy, but so worth making the appointment for service. Great people and take great care of their customers.

Excellent service from Alan and this service center! He provided me quote for replacing rotors and pads on both axles and stuck to that price. They got the job done in one day and Alan even pointed out a coupon I could use. I recommend this service center without hesitation.

I have been going to Tiffy for over 15 years. While some of the folks have moved around, this remains an honest place to take your vehicle for maintenance and repairs. They are quite busy so call ahead.

We made an emergency stop by chance here. We were traveling long distance and noticed that one tire was losing air every 50 or so miles. They found a slash in our tire and honestly saved us from something that could have been catastrophic had it blown out on us. They are also the only place open on Sunday for 100 s of miles. Friendly and beyond helpful. Thank you for getting us home safely!

Al is the most trusting, honest guy who always makes time for whatever the need, had a headlight go bad so I stopped in, dropped it off and 2 hours later ready!Great service..great people!

Anytime I ve come here, Alan has been super helpful and friendly! Service is always fast and reliable too. Definitely a girl friendly auto shop as some places try to take advantage.

10/10!!We love this place so much I can t rate it high enough. Alan is the most kind and honest person in the car industry that we ve ever come across. We now live 15-20 minutes away instead of the 2 that we used to and we still make the drive because it is that great of a place and the customer service is incredible!We took our 2010 Toyota Camry with 100k+ miles to Alan and said we want it to last as long as possible, tell us anything you can find that needs fixed. Total opportunity for a shop to take advantage and Alan came back to us and said it s all in great shape, just needs it s routine oil change. From then on, customer for life! You will not regret coming here and Alan will take excellent care of you.

Alan and his Team are the best!!! I won't take my Toyota anywhere else now. They're honest, fair, professional and efficient. I was told I needed my entire exaust line replaced and it would've been over 1,000$ Alan saved me all that money and told me my exaust was fine. I just needed my heat shield re mounted. Alan and his shop is a diamond in the rough. Most shops take advantage of people for They're financial gain not these guys. I highly recommend Alan and his team!

If I could rate this business with 20 stars, I would!I chose them based on reviews and I was SO pleased! I was in town visiting family for a long weekend, and Alan and his team fit me in within hours of my call one morning. Additionally, upon learning that I was on the road full time these days, Alan took the time to explain the benefits of a synthetic oil change and how it would take care of my car's motor better given that I was driving a lot and had an older car.Knowledgeable and friendly doesn't even begin to describe the level of care I witnessed while sitting in the waiting room. As a small business owner myself, I knew within 20 minutes of seeing how customers were cared for why this business has such incredible ratings!!! And as a woman who knows squat about cars beyond the basics, I really appreciated the energy of trust that was present; I immediately felt at ease and didn't feel as if I had to be concerned about being sold services I wouldn't need (which can often be an issue at other shops).Thank you for accommodating me so quickly while on the road, and for taking care of me and my car with such kindness!!!

I ve had a few issues to take care of with my car and my wife s car. Each and every time, Alan was very accommodating, honest, friendly. The vehicles are driving sooo good. Look no further, you ve found your auto shop this is the one! My car was diagnosed with a very expensive issue at another service center. Brought in my car and Alan at Tuffy told me that it was a much less expensive issue. They fixed my car and had it back to me in one business day. If you're looking for amazing customer service, fair prices and no BS, Alan at Tuffy is your guy. His techs are great! I highly recommend this shop!

They know how to build customer trust with their utmost honesty. My first visit and had very good experience with their manager Alan and team who helped with their genuine advise on things that really needed attention on my old civic. Helped save almost a thousand compared to the estimate I got from other repair center for bunch of services. Will highly recommend this team to anyone. We are from out of town & chose this shop based on reviews & they DO NOT LIE. We lucked out. Alan & his team are awesome! He always fits us in last second & has our car back in no time! He is very fair with his prices & super knowledgeable! Won t take our car anywhere else!!

Alan and his small bit mighty crew are awesome!! I had an engine replacement- due to a faulty oil change at Valvoline, and Alan did the entire thing. He's straight forward on what needs fixed, doesn't push you into repairs... I won't take my car anywhere else!

I waited a while to make this review because i was scared that i d jinx it lol, but anyway, earlier this year i had a blown head gasket on my 97 pontiac and i was hesitant to get it fixed because of how old it is. Alan took it in and was super communicative throughout the whole process, said it d be a while until its fixed since parts were gonna take a bit to come and its a big repair. but i didnt care about the timing, i was just happy he wanted to help me. i haven t had any problems since. the day i came to pick up my car he told me it wouldnt start the night before so he changed my spark plugs too! i am so grateful i picked this place.also he told me he liked fixing an old car, which made me feel like i wasnt a burden. i d give 20 stars if i could lol

Thank you Alan and the team for saving the day! Something electrical needed to be fixed within a tight time frame to get to Cleveland for a family event! Super friendly, kind, and even played "name that tune" while checking out! Cost of the repair was fair and appreciate Alan suggesting checking online for coupons!

I'm changing my review to a 1 star. The last time I was here they were really friendly. Tonight my husband went to get his tire sealed and it was 30 minutes until they closed. The guy told them no they didn't have time and was completely rude. They would rather him go home with a flat tire instead of helping him. Wow

I've lived in this neighborhood for 15 years. And I'm not kidding tuffy is taking care of us every emergency we've ever had. It took a little time to get to know the guys in the shop but at the end of the day they've done everything we've ever asked and they did it before they said they could do it. This is straight up great shop

They were able to fix my tire as a drop-in, with no negativity or attitude, which was incredibly refreshing. The work was completed in a very reasonable time frame, and at a decent cost. All the employees who interacted with me were nice and professional. Even though there are a LOT of repair places a LOT closer to my home, I am extremely likely to return to this Tuffy for my future service needs.

Tried for 3 weeks to call and never once got a person to answer the phone and tried to schedule online, and their website errored out every time! Have used in the past with great service but kind of impossible when you can't schedule an appointment!
