Everyone at Oxford Automotive was wonderful! John Creno the mechanic that worked on my car was friendly and professional, he explained everything in terms I could understand. Abby at the front office was very nice and kept me informed of the progress. My wait time was minimal, and the waiting room was very comfortable. I will definitely be back and tell others what a trust worthy and great place Oxford automotive is.

We regularly use Oxford for maintenance on our Subaru and Honda and have for several years. Their prices for oil changes+tire rotation is very reasonable, as are their repair costs. The waiting area is great if you need to wait there as well.

Lived in the area for less than 2 years. This is the second time that I have had work done on my car at Oxford. Got appointment in timely manner. People I have spoken to have been friendly and professional. Detailed documentation of work done and charges. Highly recommend!

Staff at Oxford are friendly, professional, and technically sound. They go out of their way to explain what is going on with your car and what the options are to repair it! The technicians are good at what they do, and I feel very comfortable leaving my car in their hands.They also offer a shuttle or rental service if you don t want to wait for your vehicle.

I went to Oxford automotive Powell for the first time for my Mercedes Benz service. I was big hesitant initially as I always went to the showroom for service. But Oxford automotive has an excellent team of people that are really good at what they do. I got a pick up and dropOff , got my car serviced really well, got a digital inspection summary which I never got from authorized service even yet for the last 3 years!!!. The staffs were very personable and helpful. Overall it was a great experience. My car is Hapoy and I am happy . I highly recommend this place.

This is the second time I have had Oxford Automotive service my car. They are THE most professional service department I have encountered and I am older. So I have a lot of experience with auto service centers. The shop is spotless and are very quick getting your car in and out. I live close but in inclement weather they will transport you to and from. Highly recommend!!

I just moved to Powell and am thrilled to have Oxford as my automotive service provider. I was in and out quicker than expectedead. I enjoyed the waiting room since I was able to get a little work done with a complimentary coffee!

Our family have been taking our cars to Oxford Automotive for the past two years. We appreciate the flexibility in getting our cars in for service, and the quality of work completed. The service advisors have been great to work with as well.

I had my Jaguar engine replaced here any they did an exceptional job! Everyone here is so nice and friendly! They did great at keeping me updated throughout the repair process and for such a HUGE job im surprised at how fast they got it done and back to me! I will only be recommending people to bring bring their cars here from now on!

Very convenient and knowledgeable place for car service in the Powell area. I was able to easily schedule and drop off my car. When my car was ready they even picked me up. Their text communication was very helpful for me and I have to assume if that s not for you they will call as well. My in laws have found Oxford to be affordable and helpful as well. My car was brought to the westerville location, $500 just to look over everything that the previous mechanic had done. It ended up needing to be sent to their Powell location ($3000 to this first one)..next location, it was there for months. We never complained, never rushed, just would call to check in from time to time. We were promised a car that would be great and not have any issues for awhile. They said the car was fixed with love..$7000 to them. 2 weeks later, car sends a message to the screen telling me to stop driving due to possibly causing engine damage. i called the powell location who told me they would tow it and fix anything if they missed something or it was due to their work. My insurance had it towed to a place Oxford suggested. Turns out the engine oil had not been changed the whole time it was in oxford s care. Not sure why it wouldn t when the engine had been combed over and the car was supposed to be good to go they stated the oil was clean when they checked it and blamed it on the mechanic great had it 5 months before they took over. It sat for 5 months and the oil wasn t changed at this shop. They refused to pay for it, just an oil change and the diagnostic cost, the rest of the stuff this other place found, was never mentioned to us (calipers, breaks/break fluid, tires, etc). I thought highly of this place until they left me high and dry. $10,000 to this company and still had to spend money less than 2 weeks after getting it back. Told me I had metal shavings in my engine and that s why I was getting little oil pressure. They wanted to drop a new engine in the truck for around $9,000. Took it to a buddy who looked at it and the truck had zero metal shavings just needed a new oil pump. Careful with this place. I reached out to Oxford of Powell to diagnose why my Mini Cooper was making a loud noise from the rear I know that Mini s can be finicky to work with, but I had heard positive things about Oxford. After explaining what was going on over the phone, I was told they would definitely do everything possible to find out what was wrong, and the service advisor already had an idea of what it could be. I was kept in the loop the entire time, their diagnostic was very thorough and once the issue (wheel bearing that needed replaced) was discovered, it was taken care of within a few days. Customer service the entire time was top notch, and I appreciate their attentiveness to making sure things were done correctly and quickly! Will definitely bring my Mini back again!

Quick and efficient, thorough and knowledgeable. Keeps you informed of everything in thier inspection of your vehicle with a list of items they checked. Very disappointed. Took my car in for new tires and have brakes checked/adjusted. Was told on pick up that they hadn't/couldn't fix my pulsating break problem, which I know to be a lie because my garage in Pennsylvania corrected this for me regularly. To add insult to injury, they inflated the new tires to the wrong pressure. Won t go back.

Oxford always does our cars maintenance.Last week they did normal service but we needed brakes too.They did them in one day and called to pick up the car. No problem.We got almost home when we realizedmost the warning lights popped up on the dashboard! Scary! Oxford staff let me in just as they were closing.They got a real mechanic to come out to the car ! After even he was amazed by the cosmic display! After hooking up his pad to the data center he opened the hood, looked around, hooked up a dangling hose and "fixed" the issue. Really good. So, they let me in after closing, got me a mechanic in the pay lot, fixed the issue in minutes and put me on my way.Pretty good !They admitted a over site and fixed it promptly.

Thing I liked the most here is to diagnose the issue rather than doing patch work. Mercedes dealers gave me estimate cost to 4k for refrigerant leak fix. I came here for 2nd opinion and pleased to see that it will be done for no cost. And while doing that they recharged the AC with dye in the refrigerant and told me to wait out untill it is out of gas again, without any pressure for repairs (and estimate will depend on what would be diagnostic) so not like some random numbers.Waiting for refrigerant to go out and see how much it would 'really' cost to fix issue compared to Dealership (who did not even provide pictures of their diagnosis).I also have BMW which is also got benefited with 2nd opinion option.Also they did arrange for Uber to drop me off when their shuttle was taking time, that was unexpected and nice.

Oxford Automotive is very conveniently located. Although more expensive than other places we wanted it to be our "go to" repair shop. However, we just had too many bad experiences. 1) we forgot to turn in a coupon for a very expensive car repair. We called back 10 minutes later when we got home but were told it was too late 2) they used faulty parts to make a repair. When we picked up our car it sounded terrible. They had to know something was wrong. We took the car back in and they replaced the part as it was under warranty but we had to wait several weeks. Upon getting our car back, the doors don't close well. It is an older convertible. They obviously didn't take any care closing the doors. 3) they recently quoted us a repair of over $6000 to replace front and rear differential on our car. We took it elsewhere. Oxford had COMPLETELY wrong diagnosis. Fixed our car for around $1000. Will never be back. Only use Oxford with extreme caution!Update: I spoke with the owner today. Although he was not able to change what happened, I appreciate that he made the awkward phone call. He apologized and did his best to make it right. My review remains the same for what we experienced but I appreciate the follow up. He seemed very sincere and empathetic.

My husband and I are new to the area and we needed to find an automotive shop. We just happened to receive a mailer from Oxford Automotive and decided to give them a try. We were not disappointed! Everyone we interacted with were so professional and courteous. Each part of the process was a positive one- from scheduling the appointment, to the call from the service professional explaining what he would be doing, to picking up our vehicle later that day. I contacted Oxford Automotive to diagnose a problem with my truck. They discovered the root issue quickly and efficiently and gave me with a detailed report with photos. You can't beat their customer service and I definitely recommend Oxford Automotive if you are having car trouble.

All the employees were very helpful and took their time to explain what problems they found with the inspection and how the repairs would be completed. They were able to start the repairs the next day and they were completed within the time frame that they said. The price for the same repair was $1300 less than the quote from a local dealership.
