If you see a 5 star review on here, it is not a real review! Look at how many 1 star reviews there are. Those tell the truth. They tried to sell me an auction car they said was from a private seller, and it ended up being a reworked salvage title. These people are crooks! Again, the 5 star reviews are all fake! The one star reviews tell the real story of this place. Don't get scammed!

I reached out to Adam about a difficult to find Porsche Cayenne and he found me one, in the area nonetheless. The experience was like no car buying experience I have ever had.There was absolutely zero pressure and complete open discussion on the pros can cons of the car. Adams goal was to help me find the best car to fit my needs, regardless of if it was this one or even one he may not make any money on.If you're in Columbus and looking for a used car, especially a tough to find one, Lux Auto should be your first stop. I would recommend asking for Adam.P.S. Found my dream Porsche and Adam provided additional, invaluable, guidance on the private used car buying process.Many thanks!

I've dealt with them in real person so I know they are a bunch of crooks. Extremely rude, shady practices, and sub-par cars if you are even able to get one from them! They were on the news for scamming people outside Ohio so please proceed with caution. Go down the street to a much more reputable dealership with faithful people. I wish this business would disappear from Powell, making our nice city look bad.

Adam at lux auto depot is the man. Took very good care of me in my first newer car purchase. He made sure I was well taken care of through the whole process and made me his first priority. He had the car detailed inside and out before I came to get it and had fuel in it. Definitely a great place to come shop for your next vehicle. Adam will make your dreams come true!

This business is currently under investigation for fraud, I would steer clear of them. They've been reported for stealing money for deposits from numerous people in the past, even locals.Tip for anyone viewing Reviews! If you see a 5 Star review, but the poster only has 1 Review. It's usually fake, remember this especially when dealing with car dealerships, realtors, or other major investments in life!

Former Employee: this dealership is making fake accounts and putting positive reviews for themselves. This place is such a scam the amount of times customers have paid with no vehicle. they sell the same cars multiple times online at different auction websites in multiple states

I purchased my first vehicle from Lux Auto Depot about 2 years ago and I loveeeee it.. 2 years later I am purchasing a Mercedes GLE Coupe for my son. If any dealership deserves more than 5 stars it s this one! The professionalism and hospitality offered at Lux Auto Depot definitely goes unmatched!

Known for actively scamming customers by using legitimate online services like Car Gurus to advertise exotic cars, then takes large deposits prior to shipping the car and never delivers. Tries to scam more money out of the customer to resolve the issue.

Do NOT purchase a car here. They are known online scammers who take large deposits and then don t deliver the vehicles in question. This place gives car dealerships a bad name and they should be shut down. Look them up on YouTube and you ll find the news reports.

You better research this company. They actually have scammed customers out of money and never delivered any vehicles. The company is being investigated by the attorney general for illegal sales. Do not buy from here. Not a legit business.

DONT BUY FROM HERE. Legal action has been taken against this dealership. They stole 30,000 dollars from someone in flordia for a lambo they had for sale and they never recieved it. I would never go here!

The dealership not worth trusting. My experience first time was not what it should been for gaining trust on new dealership that may had my business now and future. I had contact for over 8 days with dealer sales person for Urus trying to make a purchase. I first had trade in and which I provided everything to sales person and they never responded for appraisal until I called back and then got new sales person who got me my quote. I had asked sales person if I could leave a deposit on car since I was 4 hours away from dealership. He had spoke to owner and owner said there not accepting any deposit on car. Then I continue calling every day trying to see when car will be arriving from transportation. They would tell me they would let me know when it arrived. So I called back today and asked if car there and same sales man told me they had already taken deposit from someone . This is so unprofessional way to do business like why was I told they don t take deposit and they did from someone else. Please treat all your customer same if you don t they deposit from one then don t take from others as well.

Gave them a deposit for a car, I came back less than a week and they stated they sold car. Wouldn't give me back my deposit after several complaints I finally got it back.

I recently bought a used truck from Lux Auto Depot. I am out of Louisville, and they made travelling up there and buying through them a breeze. I worked most directly with Adam Harris, who was honest, patient, and forthright through the whole process. When I decided I was going to come up and test drive the vehicle he gave me good advice on finding deals for financing, even if it meant financing outside of their finance department at the dealership.When there was a minor issue with a dial in the truck, one of the managers, Carter, was able to fix it in the lot, sent me a video on how to fix the issue (it's an easy fix), and offered to purchase and send me the part if it was ever needed in the future. Like Adam, Carter was super honest and forthright about everything.I basically drove the vehicle I got in high school 10 years ago until it died, so I was/am very new to the car buying process, so it was great to have good salesmen in the process.

I have had an extremely good experience purchasing my vehicle from the guys at Lux Auto Depot. Adam Harris went above and beyond for me to not only help me purchase a car that I loved but to also ensure they were able to fix the issues the vehicle had prior to and after purchasing. Sam Lyons was great in assisting in any finance questions and concerns I had as well. These guys really want to make sure their customers are taken care of and I couldn t thank them enough for making my car buying experience such a great one!

I spoke to them on Friday about a $103k car I wanted to fly out and buy on Saturday. They asked me to send them pictures and the info about my (possible) trade in (if I drove it there to trade it in). They never responded after that. I ended up buying another car from a responsive company. Don't waste your time with these guys.

Decent place, fair value but got my title the day the temp expired after weeks of "it will be here tomorrow", "waiting for the previous owner", etc . Then told they "dropped it at BMV", I asked when and was told they didn't know.They do have quite an assortment of cars in the lot though from under 10 grand to well over 100k
