Went to see if they can replace a stripped bolt under my engine pan to change the oil, without looking at it they told me they are going to have to change the whole pan. Called Firestone and they recommended to look at the vehicle before making a decision.

My tire had a leak from a hex key embedded in the tread. I took it to Goodyear in Powell because my neighbors highly recommended them. Tessa was able to have my tire repaired quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the rare good customer service that she provided and is extremely rare to find these days. Thanks again!!

Had an oil changes there. The staff was very professional and the service was good. Was quoted $59 for oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up the car the price was more than quoted. They said the quote didn't include parts, disposal, etc. After I left this review, Goodyear manager contacted me and made it right. I am modifying this review because they made it right, which is all a customer can ask for. Thank you John - I will definitely be back and I will be sure to make sure the quote includes everything in the future.

I needed new tires and stopped in just to get a quote. The tires were a great price & I was able to get the work done that day. Tessa and the entire team were helpful & professional. I will definitely be back for oil changes & tire rotations. Thank you!

My son and I stopped here to have his tire checked out. Tessa was amazingly helpful and knowledgable. She determined he did not have a puncture, and also verified his alignment was fine. We needed nothing! She spent 20-30 minutes with us for free. My son got peace of mind for his 2 hour drive home.We decided to order two new front tires since the tread was very low. I wouldn't think of shopping around with the kind, honest and expert Tessa offers.

We had a 6 inch bolt get lodged into our tire on the way to the Columbus zoo.Tess did a phenomenal job getting all squared away and back on the road safely and we still got to enjoy our time at the zoo! Bonus points for being open a Sunday when most places are closed. Definitely recommend!

Repaired my dually tires for free which were purchased and installed at same shop more than 18 months ago. The repair took less than 50 minutes and they had to remove and install the tires from my dually truck with a floor jack. It turned out to be a leaky valve stem and the patched it for me. I am very satisfied and appreciative given the labor performed at no cost to me. Goodyear definitely stands behind their tires! Quick turnaround also and I made to my work in time.

I had the best auto experience I have ever had at this Goodyear. An employee called me prior to the appointment to ensure that a tech was present prior to me bringing in my car for service. I scheduled an appointment online and dropped my car off in the morning. Chuck, an employee, called me after a diagnostic and ensured to price out all the issues with my car. He also walked through all the issues and provided me with a list. Chuck and the team were able to fix everything same day and I picked up my car that night. Chuck helped me to ensure that pricing was appropriate, and it was a good deal considering my car needed multiple things fixed. Chuck was very helpful and all my interactions with employees were positive and helpful. I highly recommend going to this good year for all your tire, and mechanical needs!!

Such an honest and awesome team! Tessa and team were professional and transparent in diagnosing my car s tire issue and providing recommendations. Bonus point for being so kind and accommodating of my dog :) 5/5 would recommend!!

Just had a valve stem go bad on my truck. I was on the road heading back to Fl. Had just cut loose with a hard rain and the gentleman at the front desk took me in right away, took care of me, with a smile, a thank you and have a great day. It was so much appreciated and it is hard to find service like this today. Much thanks to the staff. Five stars plus! Rick S.

Truly wonderful experience with Tessa at Goodyear today. Thought I had a nail puncture on a tire, but Tessa examined it and removed what turned out to be a very short machine screw which did no damage to the tire! What a relief and how delightful to deal with an honest technician! First time visiting this Goodyear shop and I will definitely come back for future work!

Thank you so much to Tessa and Grayson and the whole team for helping me! I came in the Sunday before Memorial Day in tears and having a panic attack. Y'all helped me so much and communicated and were so awesome assuring me that my car was good to go after another place put new tires on my car but my car was shaking real bad. I will definitely come back to this location for my car's needs!

Had a great experience. Took my sons car 2013 equinox. He lives in Columbus and I live in Dayton. Goodyear was close to his work. He went to work and I took his vehicle over there.Tessa Epifanio the assistant service manager was very helpful and knowledgeable, explained the problem with his car and took care of it very professionally. Will definitely go back there. Definitely will recommend that Goodyear shop on Powell Road.Thanks

I took advantage of Goodyear s free car care check for a used truck I was test driving- John and his team were great! They got me in the same day, were quick and efficient, and reviewed the vehicle s condition with me (I ended up buying the truck!).

My car battery was getting weak and my car was due for an oil change and tire rotation anyway, so I stopped in to make an appointment. I talked to John, and he was able to work me into the schedule for the following day. They installed a new battery, changed the oil and rotated my tires and I had my car back the same day. They were very friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend them and I will be returning for future auto service.

Recently I had my car towed to Goodyear in Powell. The repair needed to be done by Honda so I had to have it towed there. Through all of the craziness, your Assistant Manager Tessa was a real gem. She was prompt, courteous, supportive and everything you would look for in a fabulous employee. Just wanted to make sure you knew!

We were on a road trip and realized our brake light was out. After calling around we found Goodyear and they were more than happy to install it for us, no charge! John the store manager made it a mission to get it done so we could be back on the road home. 10/10 you should defiantly go there!

I have utilized this Goodyear location for over a decade now & I cannot say enough good things about the service I receive each & every visit. Store Manager John & crew will continue to earn my business because of their honesty & integrity. If you are looking for a trustworthy shop that offers superb service this is the only place to go.

My Audi Q5 got a flat tire earlier this week. The other tire shops in Powell couldn't get me in for 2-3 days. I spoke with John at this location and he had me drop it off, they fixed the tire and I was on my way within a hour. Thanks for the great customer service.

Shopped online for "discount tires", Reviewed probably all of them in a 40 mile radius. Then tried Goodyear. Got 4 new Goodyear tires for a price that beat the "discount" outfits by a minimum of $200 or more. And the other quotes were no name brands. I will definitely be back. This was in addition to receiving excellent customer service.

As an out of town we, we found a nail in our tire. We called a couple places around 4 pm and they were either closed or couldn t take us. Thank to the employee from Stow who checked out our car and was so helpful!

As a single mom, I need a place where I can trust that my vehicle will be taken care of and people (Chelsie) that I can trust . I have been extremely happy with the quality of work, support, and value I have always received here. Chelsie has always gone above and beyond with exceptional customer service. She thoroughly explains issues and repairs and alternative suggestions. Tessa has also been very helpful in scheduling and handling issues. Please consider using our local Goodyear in Powell. Chelsie and Tessa make it worthwhile!

I had a small nail in my tire plus my rims had added to my problems. I came to your store in Powell and got excellent service, they communicated the problem and all with a smile. Your store could teach a class on the right way to give customer service

Every time I have work done on my car, the service is excellent. The workers keep me informed on their progress and are always professional and helpful when delivering unpleasant information about any problems. My brother and I have had all are vehicles serviced at this location and wouldn t go anywhere else. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I made an online appointment to get new tires for my Silverado. I showed up about 10 minutes before my appointment and got checked in instantly. Less than 90 minutes later, Chuck called to give me the update after the tires were mounted to tell me some alignment options, and called again when it was done. All told the service took less than 3 hours and everyone was friendly and courteous. A very good experience.

Always excellent and timely service! I have been using the Goodyear Auto Service Center in Powell, Ohio since I moved to the area 20 years ago. The center is top notch and the store and service managers and techs have given me great advice, good value for my money, and friendly service. All of my family vehicles have Goodyear tires. They are premium brand and well worth the cost for dependability and peace of mind. I highly recommend the Goodyear store in Powell for your auto service needs.

I have used this location for a long time now. A couple nights ago I hit a pothole on the way to work that took out the sidewall of one of my tires. I purchased a replacement online and selected this store for install. When I arrived with the loose wheel the Service Manager, Chuck, informed me that I had been charged an additional fee that I should not have been and had information needed to receive a refund ready. This place has always been great but this past visit has definitely reiterated why I come here. Thank you Chuck for finding that additional charge and thank you John for the quick mounting and balance.

As a brand new Goodyear associate (for less than 3 days), I knew that I wanted to swap my non-Goodyear tires out for new ones, but wasn't entirely sure how. When I called this store, Chelsea knew exactly how to help me and made the entire experience as easy and seamless as possible. She was familiar with the employee program and took the time to find out what tires I had and then recommended a Goodyear equivalent and also a step above and discussed pricing and availability with me.To avoid any delays that could possibly jeopardize my eligibility for the program, she ordered the tires for me (with zero obligation). When I called back to schedule - she was pleasant, recalled my order and got me scheduled for an ASAP appointment.The store itself is extremely clean and is practicing social distancing guidelines. My vehicle was taken in on time and the amount that I paid was the amount that was quoted.All in all - it was a great experience, especially as a new associate - which means I won't hesitate to recommend this product (Goodyear Assurance Weather Ready tires)...and specifically this store...to my friends and family.
