I was in a super sticky situation with my vehicle, someone totally messed up the front grill and the chrome on the sides. To get the grill fixed at the dealership it was WAY out of my price range of wanting to do it. I got recommended here and WOW! First thing, customer service was the best you ll receive anywhere. You walk in, see a smile and you feel like family, they want to help. They simply love what they do. They did wonderful work, for a wonderful price.PLUS, might I add it only took a day!!! I recommend anyone to come here. After a car issue, you stop in here, all the stress will go away.I ve listed some before and after pictures.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best Customs! Definitely lived up to there name; couldn't find no other shop to squeeze in a minor job, painted and installed a front lip, installed an aftermarket Diffuser and made it look like it was apart of the bumper, made sure job was clean and done right! Also made a great suggestion to paint lower skirt and door to finish the look!! All done at a reasonable price!! Will recommend to other people and be back myself!! I am very happy with the work done on my Honda Odyssey. I had it for years and every one in awhile it gets banged in a parking lot and most recently I was plowing my driveway and banged my Ford tractor into the front bumper. I was contemplating a new car and a friend told me about Josh at Best Customs and Collision. He looked at the damage in a couple of areas and he gave me a price, which I thought was very fair. I went out of town for 5 days and when I got back it was all done. He also fixed a couple little spots I wasn't worried about. Josh did a great job and the paint matched perfect !! Great job !! Thanks.

Excellent job!!! Excellent price!!! Josh & Camille are great!!! They did an amazing job. Recently I got a hit and run to my 1998 Toyota Avalon. The passenger side door was total ruin. I went to several car repair stores. They all told me that the door needed to be replaced. But they couldn t find the door for me, because it is more than 20 years old. Finally I came to Best Customs and Collision. After few hours searching Josh & Camille found the door and gave me quote the same day. It only took them two and half days to finish the job. I am very happy and satisfied with the quality of their work as well as the price they charged. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to any repairs.

A few months ago, my 17 year old daughter put a few dings and dents in my wife's 2015 Golf GTI. Not wanting to file a claim for it, I looked for a good independent shop who wouldn't charge a ridiculous sum, and I am more than happy that we ended up here with Josh. Great guy, wants the customer to be happy, and did the job for us for $850, which was quite reasonable. Highly recommended! We have patronized a number of the great independent businesses in this building just west of downtown Powell, and I would encourage folks to check them out before going to the corporate run businesses in the area.

Josh and Camille did an amazing job finding rare parts for an older car, great communication, and very kind. 10/10, very grateful to have found them and will be returning for future business and recommending to my friends and family.

I reccomend Best Customs and Collision to all of my family and friends. Hands down the best auto repair shop around. I had a horrible experience with Johnboys autobody. He did more damage to my car than he helped and then he ran off with the money! I thought I was just out of luck until I came across these wonderful people. They went above and beyond their jobs. They even helped me get my money back so the repairs could be done the right way! My car looks as good as it did the day I got it! It is beautiful and they kept me in the loop every step of the process.

I recently took my moms Lexus to get her wheels painted gloss black. They turned out amazing! Best customs did a great job communicating and even sent some pictures to me, providing updates on how the job was going. Very pleased.

They repainted my truck. It was littered with dents, dings and scratches. I was hesitant because I only knew them through a referral from another business. Besides, and who repaints a used vehicle. They did a great job and I know it was a great deal. I was expecting to find missed dents but didn t. Thank You Very Much!

Had my car repaired here after an accident. Projected 2 weeks turned into 4. Repainted the front fenders and hood and bumper and the paint was slighty off from the rest of the car. Took the car back because there was a strange vibrating and turned out to be a broken engine mount owner claims it happened after the accident but the guy just didnt fix it right. Ended up making a deal if i bought the part he would install. Paint chipped after a year and looked horrible. Cheap parts were used and things were just falling apart (melting headlights, broken hood latch, warping radiator support), ended up giving up on the car and selling it which sucks it was a blast to drive. These guys cut corners, and are slow to respond if they do at all. Literally take your car anywhere else.
