After being directed to Automotive Solutions of Powell by a network of esteemed auto professionals who assured me that John and Glenda are among the best in the field, I opted to gift my wife a professional car detailing service for her birthday from their shop. The recommendation couldn't have been more spot-on. Our family's "well-loved" SUV, which has racked up over 200,000 miles from countless family outings and trips with kids, friends, and pets, was utterly transformed to its original showroom shine. Recently brought in our 10 year old Honda Odyssey for detailing (interior/exterior). When I picked it up the next day, I was shocked at the improvement. It looked nearly brand new! I'm not usually one to leave online reviews, however the quality of work done by Automotive Solutions has prompted me to do so. I took my little blue roadster in for a full detail inside and out, and to say I'm pleased with the result would be an understatement. They were able to work with my schedule and get me in quickly. Not only did they do a fantastic job making the car look better than the day I bought it, but they had excellent communication through the entire process, even going so far as sending me photos of the work in progress. Speaking of communication, I do have to mention the fact that of all the detail shops I attempted to contact, they were the only ones to actually answer the phone! If you're on the fence about getting your car detailed, hop off that fence and take your car to Automotive Solutions. I brought my black 2013 Lexus to John because a friend referred me. My car was in need of some serious work. I drove it across the country and back and did not take care of it as I should. John started working on it and realized it was going to take a lot more time and effort to get it standing tall again. Upon this realization he asked me to come down so he could specifically address what was going to need to get done and what it would cost in addition. I appreciate that he was diligent in explaining everything to me. After all of the scratches were buffed out, and the dirt and grime embedded in the car was cleaned of with extensive use of the clay bar, John then put a ceramic coating over the vehicle. It was night and day. I couldn't be happier with the results. John clearly put a TON of effort into it. The interior is immaculate as well. The pricing was very fair. Worth every penny. I would recommend anyone to Automotive Solutions. I am thrilled with the results. My car was in BAD shape. I have two large Golden Retrievers, and god bless them, they got all the dog hair off my black car mats. My Lexus looks better than the day I bought it (used). It's not the fastest or the cheapest detail job you will ever have, but they clean it like nobody else. Great to work with. Absolutely fantastic! Exceeded expectations. Brought in a mini-van that had been abused by 4 little kids and freshly puked in. It left in as good of condition as when we bought it. Unbelievable! Highest Recommendation.
