On March 15th I caught a flight from Denver to Columbus OH. In anticipation of Purchasing my first Porsche from Auto Assets.I was a bit nervous buying the car sight unseen but after reading the reviews posted about Auto Assets the time was right so I grabbed a flight. Saturday morning I took an UBER to the dealership that was only 15 minutes from my hotel. The Logistics were working out oh so well. Anyhow the reviews I read lead me to believe that this was an honest and upfront operation so that is why I chose to 1 buy from them and 2 purchase the car sight unseen, plus they had the car I wanted. The fact that the car was still available when my funds came in just blows my mind and solidifies my belief that this Porsche and I were meant to be together.Well let me tell you something, Zach and Chip were so cool, so chill and so into what they do that they put me at ease right a way, Zach tossed me the keys and said he needed to do a few things to get the store open so "take it for a spin" he said,It was love at first sight, the car was so much more than I had expected. I returned to the shop, Zach gave me the tour of the amazing collection of cars on site, we sat down and 20 minutes later the paperwork was done and I was on my way back to Denver. Auto Assets went above and beyond getting me into this car and I can't thank them enough.I highly recommend you check out their inventory if you are in the market for a great car and a better experience.Thanks Again Auto AssetsKevin from Denver

From my initial phone call to the close of the purchase, Zach answered every question or concern I had and made the buying process simple and transparent. After the purchase, the owner, Chip, took a minute to assure me that they are there to help beyond the purchase. I love the Audi they got me into and I would absolutely recommend Auto Assets to anyone looking for European cars.

Probably one of the best car buying processes I have ever had. My sales rep Zach answered any and all questions regarding the Honda civic I was purchasing and while I was waiting even took me to the shop to show me all the cool classics they work on. After purchasing the vehicle the owner him self cleaned it for me. Highly highly recommend shopping for cars here as they have a very nice collection.

I just bought my second vehicle from Auto Assets. They re good, honest people who love cars. The cars are in great shape, but they take care to point out even small blemishes, so you know what you re getting. Low pressure sales, and no large or hidden fees. We bought our vehicle from Zach and it was such a great experience we decided to make the hour drive for service and tires. Glad we did, Rob was phenomenal through the entire process! So happy we chose the Team at Auto Assets!UPDATE! Our car had a coolant leak and took it back to Auto Assets. Rob and the team found the problem and have gone beyond my expectations! It is so refreshing dealing with a company that truly care about their customers. I can't say enough good things about this business!

Zach and the staff at Auto Assets are amazing! They all were very welcoming and made us feel like friends from the beginning of our purchase. It was an extra nice treat to be greeted by Scarlet the shop dog!If you are looking for a nicer vehicle, this is the place to go! They are top notch in every aspect.

I ve dealt with with several car dealers in my 39 years as a licensed driver and these guys are hands down the best!! Chip (owner) and Eddie are as good as it gets! They will blow your expectations out of the water. DO NOT hesitate to purchase a vehicle from Auto Assets you will not be disappointed!

Great experience. Dealer indicated the need to replace shocks that were leaking. Auto Assets looked at shocks and advised that they could not find any leakage. Test drove and didn't notice any issue with the handling of the vehicle. Appreciate the integrity to advise me of their findings versus just going ahead and replacing the shocks.

Chip and Zach were great! Needed to offload my 911 quickly so we could put a down payment on a new build. They gave me a great and fair price for my 911. When the time comes to replace it, I ll be surely coming back to them. Thanks again!

My wife Beth and I purchased a 2018 Mini Cooper Clubman From Eddie at Auto Assets. I can say unequivocally that this was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. Eddie was super nice, very professional, and he explained everything easily. It s like you knew he was honest and you could trust everything he said. A great experience and I recommend this dealership wholeheartedly.

1st Visit:Excellent service. Very knowledgeable about my 1999 Carrera. Changed water pump, thermostat, timing belt and two hoses.2nd visit October 16, 2023:Again, excellent service. Had oil, transmission fluid changed, fuel filter changed and window regulator changed. Talked to technician. He showed me the old parts. Oil filter and automatic transmission fluid filter had no metal fragments and where the window regulator failed. Great job.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I have been going here for years. They are highly professional in all aspects of their business, and they treat me like family! I trust them completely. Rob is a rock star who has graciously accommodated me in the service department when unexpected situations have arisen. He always goes the extra mile and keeps me informed of the progress. He not only tells me about the work that is currently being done, but also what will need attention in the future. Chip, the owner, always makes it a point to check in with me and see how I am doing. They not only know about my cars, but take the time to get to know me and how I drive. Whether you re a track rat or dealing with a daily driver, I highly recommend them.

Very professional and thorough. They listened to my requests and did as they were asked. The car was checked while they had it and other potential issues were brought to my attention. I recently purchased my first 911 from Auto Assets. I found a check engine light on the car and was a little worried. The staff assured me they would take care of it and not to worry. I dropped off my car to have it looked at and even though it was a difficult find, the staff worked tirelessly to get to the root of the issue. They found several things that no one was expecting and corrected ALL of the issues. Chip and his team are top notch and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them. From the sales teams to the service teams, I cannot praise them enough. It all starts with great leadership!!! Thanks Chip and team for a great car and a great experience!!

Had a leak in a ragtop hydraulic system. I wasn t sure what the leak was, called and they happened to have an open bay so I went immediately. They checked out the car and invited me into the garage to look it over with them. Several techs came over to help find the problem. Within a few minutes they had discovered the issue. They kept the car until the part could be ordered and the repair made. They treat customers like they are part of the family. They have a clear love and appreciation for performance vehicles and the passion and care they take is clear. Highly recommend.

I had my 1966 mustang worked on with a disc break conversion and a safety check and I cannot say enough about their mechanic, Matt and Chip. Their expertise, experience and great customer service is the best I have ever received. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be goi by back.

Needed a pre purchase inspection for a Porsche 911 and they came highly recommended by the forums and reviews. They did not disappoint. I got an email after with the most thorough PPI I ve ever seen and a phone call to walk me through it. You can tell they re enthusiasts, and they know these cars very well. Money well spent.

Two years ago I bought this gem from Rob and Chip and it was a great experience. We ve had them do all the maintenance on our little toy since then and every interaction has been awesome. We own other higher-end cars which offer a great experience but they pale compared to these guys. There is simply no better car buying or servicing experience out there, in my opinion.

Exceptional service! From my first contact via email to the moment I drove off the lot in my Mini Cooper, I had the best service. Everyone was courteous, professional, personable, and all around just good people. They had my complete trust.I've never had such an easy experience with buying a car, and we handled everything online. I flew into Ohio that morning and was picked up from the airport and taken to the dealership. 30 minutes later, I walked out with my car!Eddie was clear and concise in his communication. And he gave me everything I asked for. They've gained a customer for life! A+

I purchased a Macan here at Auto Assets from Ed at the end of December last year. It s my first Porsche, and he said if I ever have any questions/concerts he would be there if I needed anything. He wasn t kidding! I ve had multiple questions on multiple occasions and he always responds thoroughly & in a timely manner. The actual buying experience at Auto Assets was great, and the post-purchase customer care even better. Would be coming back for every service need if I wasn t in Cincy, but even then I was recommended a great shop down in the area. Will be back for future purchases!
