Very affordable and they do outstanding work. I was treated very well I received fast reliable service that I could count on and it came from a family run business that was a place I grew up being familiar with the name and only good things being said about Knittels

They do great work in a reasonable amount of time. No complaints on service. Only thing is I wish would took time to better explain everything. Still don't understand or even have an assumption of if my car is fixed. All the warning lights are still on, but it drives well.

Brakes were making terrible sounds with grinding noise. Called for appointment. Same day! Brought car in morning. Did rear brakes with rotors and done by noon!Fast friendly service. I will use this shop for all my work.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Fast and accurate service. I live 2hrs away but have a son at Shawnee State. Called to set up appointment and they had car done next day! PLUS They gave him a discount for attending SSU! Affordable and had great experience! Would recommend!

I asked them to check one thing and they practically tore the car apart to tell me everything that was wrong with it. I was in the waiting area for 2 hrs. Then charged me 50 just to look at it and I only requested one thing, then the price of the labor was the part times 4. I felt like they took advantage of me.

These guys are top-notch and really know their stuff.I've been going to these guys since they first opened and have always had good experiences. They are always honest about what they think is wrong with your vehicle and work hard to troubleshoot your problems and give very accurate estimates.There were many times that they could've ripped me off or charged me for unnecessary parts or labor, but didn't. One time after just buying a used car, I took it in because the brakes were squeaking really bad, and I thought they needed replaced. They told me I still had a few thousand miles left on my brakes and put on some spray that reduced the squeaking and sent me on my way - with no charge.And if you don't like the prices they get on parts, they're always happy to let you bring in your own parts and just charge you for the labor.Trent, Tony, Dave and the rest of the gang are also really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend these guys.

I absolutely love this place. Fast and friendly service, great at keeping in contact with you as they work on your vehicle, and their prices are very fair. These guys definitely ease the stress of sudden car trouble.

You're not allowed to provide any of your own parts for any repairs and they make sure to suggest multiple repairs other than the reason you are there. They did do great repair work on what I got repaired. Don't recommend coming here at all unless you are made of $$$$.

They gave me my car back with more problems then it had. They broke something while putting a belt.om my car and charged me 128.00 for the part they broke. But gave us a break by not changing the labor to put it on. They shud have fixed their mistake for nothing bc it was their fault not ours!

I picked Knittles out a hat initially for my truck repair, have had no issues or complaints about the services I have received. Knittles has saved me a lot of headache and money thinking its a expensive fix and turned out to be a simple fix. If Knittles wanted to take me for money they had at least 2 separate chances but instead save me $500 + each time. Knittles has done repairs on my truck at least 5 times now. They have become my go to shop for my vehicles.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Vehicle maintenance

Excellent service. Went to get new wheels lugnuts torqued and they performed quickly and correctly to specs and at the end told me there was no charge.

I have emailed this establishment numerous times about getting my a.c. flushed and refilled and no one has ever gotten back to me! Why have an email option if no one checks it?!

Very disappointed with this place. They would not even look at my car. Took it to the dealership instead and they found the problem in no time. Do not recommend.
