Great delivery guys, Aaron and Tom, they removed my old stove, moved my other appliances so they could get the stove in the door and got it plugged in and going, Thanks so much. Love R2O in Portsmouth, OH they have an excellent staff!

I have nothing but great things to say about New Boston R2O! The customer service is excellent. Raven has been excellent with helping us finance what we wanted and making the whole process simple and easy but also informative on the buying process! We will definitely be long standing customers!

Me and my husband has been with rent 2 own for year's. They are very kind and always work with you if your having a issue paying on time. And we've never had an issue with anything we bought from there. I would recommend if your looking to buy go to rent 2 own.

I have dealt with R2O for a few years now, and never had any problems. Every time I deal with them, I always work with Raven. She is super sweet and very helpful! She s not like most salesmen, who keep hounding you over and over again. She helps you find the perfect thing, even when you re not sure yourself what you want or need!

I personally have had nothing but wonderful customer service at this store. I love what I have purchased so far, and will continue to purchase from here. Highly recommend to everyone I know. Special shout-out to Kaylie Lawson for not only taking the extra time to ensure that I get what I need, but helping to make sure I'm on top of my payments. Anytime we go in we always are greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. Atmosphere is great and the store is always clean and nice. The workers are always there and ready to help to get you what you need and for the best price.

I hands down love this place!!! Raven Locey is my savior. She never lets me down on what I need, and she does her best to help me out considering I m a struggling single mom. She s also been there for words of advice too. She goes above and beyond.

I have had nothing but great help from the workers and I have got a lot of great thinks from here. It's the best place to rent from because you will get great help and if they don't have it they try to find it for you and the payments are great and so are the deals.

I have dealt with Rent2own for the past 4 years. Their staff are amazing and I dealt a lot with Raven who works there and she is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything they have to offer. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone!!

Always get great deals and they are willing to work with each and every customer to meet expectations and needs. The store is always clean and well put together. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to go an extra mile for rare/hard to find items.
