I had a situation that was outside the normal purview of what can reasonably be expected from your local auto parts store. However, they went above and beyond the call of duty and accommodated my need, saving me untold time and money. That's the way a business should operate. Well done boys.

Super friendly staff here. My bf was trying to get a price match which the employee was more than happy to help with. Very knowledgeable with every question we had. Will definitely go back to this store whenever we need parts or car accessories.

Rude service, had to make 3 50 mile round trips to pick up fuel pump. Both parts were broken. First one and return one both broken. Was given incorrect information as well.we wont be going back

I did call O'Reilly Auto Parts to get a price on wheel bearings and they were very knowledgeable and they did have what I needed but I let them know I was going to call around to find a better price which I did.

I have been in this location several times with great experiences, but after today I will not be going back until well after the pandemic if ever. Even though there is a state, county, and city mask mandate there was not one employee or customer besides me in the store with a mask on. I understand that they aren't the most comfortable or enjoyable but if this store and its leadership is unwilling to make such a small sacrifice for their community and the law then I will not be doing business here.

This is usually my go to store for auto I parts but my last visit there left me kinda salty. I needed a new valve stem for my tire rim. I walk up to the counter & asked the guy for a new tire valve (mind you I carried in the rim for reference.) He just told me to turn around cause their behind me. Well I get back there & don't know what I'm looking for! There were all kinds of different sizes! Needless to say I bought the wrong one! LAZYNESS! Pure lazyness!!

I was having trouble finding parts for my Suzuki, these guys got what they could order in for me, and sent me to where I needed to go to get what they couldn't. They didn't have to help me, and got nothing from it, but they did. Thank guys!

As a former employee I was discriminated against when I told my manager Delano Bryant I identify as a girl he told me I was lying and bc I wasn t wearing women s clothes he refused to do accommodate and I was told to leave I wasn t needed anymore

Its a little higher but if you need an item they don't have, they will order ut and get ut here quick and let you know not only the dsy but exact time as well and even text you when it arrives

I thought I had a bad battery. They checked it out, and it was. The young man , who helped me took out the old battery and installed the new one. Very friendly and professional. Great customer service.

Lied to me i paid for a part to be ordered and was told it would be in next morning just to come in and pick it up i went to pick it up next morning only to b told it didn't get ordered and it would b another 3 days

Call the store they dont answer go down to get a part get home and its the wrong part. Not sure how they are still open
