After a horrible experience at a different body shop in town when I had an accident a few years ago I was not looking forward to the headache of getting my car fixed this go around. I hit a deer 2/1/24 had my car dropped off and into a rental on 2/2/24 and Monroe s had the fastest turn around I ve ever experienced with me picking up my car today 2/16/24 without sacrificing quality. My car is as good as new and you would never know it had been wrecked. Everyone I spoke to was amazing and so helpful and friendly the whole time. I believe it was the owner that was out front when I dropped my car off and had my 5 year old with me. He shared some candy and made his day. 10/10 recommend Monroe s over any other local shops. They are up front kept me up to date and delivered my car on the expected completion date with no issues or troubles. They will be the only body shop I use moving forward.

They fixed my Caddie and they were very good and quick. A lot better place then the place on the trail that s starts with the letter (G )I ll aways use Monroe s for my two cars . They also cleaned the car too . Happy customer

Went to get an estimate this morning. It went very well. Highly knowledgeable explained everything to me in a language I could understand. I would definitely recommend this garage to everyone.

They did a really great job repairing my 2020 Jetta after hitting a deer. The paint matches perfectly, all the body lines are perfect. The only negative, they somehow broke a couple of trim pieces inside the car but they are going to fix it. Overall highly recommended!

Pitiful, truck was there 3 times still not right. The green paint markings are from there management. Told the truck was good, after repair inspection found a bent frame and a dent in the cab from a wedge they used to push the bed straight. Paint doesn't match. Never again, stay away. Took 5 months to finally get the insurance company to take a second look at my truck.

I had to take my car there for an insurance job after being rear-ended. My car looks awesome but beyond that there is a young gentleman who works there who knew me and he even washed my car and scrubbed my wheels and they were shining like brand new Wheels. Monroe's takes very good care of your car!! I've had to take a few cars there for various accidents or vandalism. I would recommend Monroe's to anyone who needs to have any kind of body work done on their car. They have shops in Jackson as well as other locations give them a call if you need your car done.

This has been the best service I've ever received from anyone,anywhere! The repair to my car was done in a timely manner with beautiful work!! This has been such a smooth experience from start to finish. Ed,and his team really go over and beyond for their customers! I will be using Monroe's in the future and highly recommend their business!!

Started in West Union, ended in Portsmouth, and after 7+ months it remains an amateur job. Paint on the top of the hood has bubbles under the paint, paint on the bottom of the hood is flaking off, left rear door doesn't line up with the quarter panel by 5/16", and the rear glass to rear door sill is busted and unusable (has to tape it on). Since I had already paid them the first time (when it was at West Union before it was shut down) I was told over and over again that they had to work on the paying customers cars first in order to pay their workers. My family has used them before several times with insurance claims and had outstanding results. If you are a paying customer (non-insurance claim) I highly recommend avoiding this place.

Fantastic service all around! They took great care of my Charger, and got it back to me in an acceptable amount of time. great communication from them, and they did a phenomenal job. My car looks great! Really enjoy the atmosphere there and Ed is really helpful. Ive had to take a couple of care down and he has always been so helpful. There work is fantastic, my car looked brand new, love it. Really great experience..

Overall best place to have car body, trim and frame repaired. They fixed my truck quickly and before expected time. My car got key a few months back and they made it look like it never happened and then a few months later a window that they had to remove to paint my car started leaking and I took it to them and they said no problem we will get it fixed.

My wife's Honda Pilot was hit in the front & rear bumper in Savannah. Took it to Monrow's & they did an awesome job. Can't tell it was ever hit & the paint matched perfect. They cleaned the car inside & out, we couldn't believe it. Looks like a new car now. I'm convinced I wouldn't go anyplace else...

Truck in march 16 They told us to come 2 weeks early because they had all the parts...deer damage to bed side a dent on door...its still there! Saying they are waiting on parts Still!! Today is April 22nd hasn't even been painted yet.

They had my car for 3 weeks to fix a small dent in the drivers fender replace drivers side mirrior and door glass while doing this for some reason they disconnected or accidentally cut my hood latch cable it worked just fine the day i brought the car in to have the repairs done ive had the car back for four days at the time this review was wrote i went to check my oil after driving to work and back over the weekend and i can no longer pop the hood of my 2012 hyundai tucson i will not recommend this shop to anyone and im recommending to my insurance that the cease all operations with this joke of a companyService: Auto body & trim repair

Neutral. For the most part. However, from what the general consensus is most of the work is dictated and the prices are set by insurance companies.The workers/People on the other hand, are very good at what they do and professional. Also, the work is both good quality and warranty covered.
