I absolutely love this place I truly call Journeys first when I am in need of a car part or one of my family members or friends because they place save me and others a ton of money and time plus I have to say they all are very respectful to women just as men they treat us equal and that is very comfortable to know that when you walk in that treat each of us exactly the same. Plus I have saved so much money at Journeys that I would never go no where else period. I got a part from journeys for $10.00 that would have cost me $450.00 Plus Taxes of course so yes definitely a big savings this day Plus I got other parts which was a great discount also. So I truly do advice anyone that doesn't have a large wallet to just try Journeys and I guarantee you that you will not be disappointed at all. I do appreciate everything Journey's has helped me with. I would not been able to afford the part's from the other places but Journeys makes affordable for us to stay on the road and keep working and taking care of are children and families. I called about tires for my car and after being reassured that they had plenty of tires in my size I came in the next morning. After I waited 5 minutes to speak with someone they said and I quote "look in that building and on the cars". So I trekked over to the building where completely destroyed tires were mixed in with good ones nothing was sorted or organized in any fashion and I had to rummage through and attempt to find even a single tire. There was no help and anyone I spoke with gave me a one word answer and was very rude. Unless you enjoy searching endlessly and unsuccessfully I do not recommend Journeys to anyone. I came home dirty and empty handed. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

They don t know how to communicate with customers. They have this new building to pay off and ripping ppl off I bet. There s better places out there. Fancy looking but they just don t care.

Tony and his son Justin are good folks, been dealing with Tony off and on for 20 years, good guy, always has treated me well

Friendly service, fair prices and a large selection of auto parts. If they don't have a part your looking for they can order it and have it arrive in a timely manner. Very competitive and they make you feel like family like your right at home.

Best junk yard I have ever dealt with. They are knowledgeable and most of all they insist on making the customer happy. Tony is a great guy as well as his boys. Justin goes above and beyond and he has a hard work ethic. Journey's is highly recommended best service my family has ever had thank you all at Journey's. My upmost respect to the family and their workers. If you ever need parts they have them and if they dont they will find them. Response time is fast and I cant say it enough thank you guys thank you..

The rudest place I've been to, ever. No help made me wait like ten minutes when I got there while they were on the phone and there were 3 of them standing there. Horrible experience. 0 out of 10.

Recently went here to purchase a glove box, was quoted $5. Came back next day to get the part and was told that it was $10 and $15 if they pulled the part. Paid for the item and told I could pick it up after work. When I came back they had closed early. Came back the next day and the part still had not been pulled. Many mechanics use this junk yard so pickings are sort of slim and although the price was double what was originally quoted they are still cheaper than eBay. This however would not be my "go-to" parts yard.

Quite possibly the laziest group of people I have ever encountered. Their sense of entitlement is through the roof. I will never go back to this establishment! The only reason they are getting a star is because zero Stars is not an option
