Their service department is taking extra care to be sure my extended care insurance is properly applied in my AC compressor replacement. Communication has been key in making this happen. Very knowledgeable service management and staff. Thanks.

Rude & wont sell the car for price listed online.. please note their pricing online is with discounts included. Could be 2/3,000 more be careful.

Dustin was very helpful when I was in need! I drive a 1973 Ford F100 as a daily driver and I am restoring it as I go. One thing that still needs fixed is the gas gauge. Today I was on my way to work and right as I was about pass Glockner, my truck slowed down to a coast and died. I was able to coast into the car lot and I was greeted by a sales rep named Dustin. He told me he would do the best he could to help me out and he DID. After only breaking down for 10 minutes I was on my way. Glockners helped me out with a couple gallons of gas free of charge. Now that is hospitality. Whenever I am ready to get me a brand new something, Glockner will be my GO TO! Thank you Dustin. And thank you Glockner

Kevin Castle helped my daughter a few years ago and then he helped me buy my car very helpful and works very hard to get what you need at the price you need it. Thank Kevin I love my Toyota Corolla

My husband and I drove 3 hours to check out a car we saw online. Trent helped us. I wasn t sure about my original vehicle choice so Trent offered to show us any of the cars we were interested in. He spent a lot of time with us and let us check out all of our options. We found a vehicle we loved and a great salesman!

Id beware of ever buying another used vehicle from here. They can take a tird, polish it up, and put a $22,000 price tag and send it on...... best go over it with a fine tooth comb!

Dylan Reeder from Glockner in Portsmouth, OH was definitely great at his job. Sold us a vehicle two weeks ago, and it s already been in the shop twice. Not too satisfied as a customer at this point, but it is what it is. Car is getting fixed. They got their money. All is well.

great selection of used cars and the website makes for easy shopping. Found our vehicle saturday after hours, checked it out in person on sunday and drove it home by tuesday and our salesperson (Gary Dilley) was especially nice

Glockners is the last place i would buy a car They consistently misdiagnosed my vehicles and was very hostile to me after i bought my Honda HRV at Jeff Wyler in Cincinnati The service and sales was poor in every aspect

Got a car and have only had 3 weeks and its messing up and they wont fix it or even help fix it!!!!Will not go back there!

This place will take advantage of ppl on the used car side if it's the auto credit lot. They buy cars that are cheaper it seems.
