I wanted to schedule an oil change/fluid check/inspection before I was leaving for a cross-country move and also to do service recall. First I scheduled a visit for 5 days later online. They called me a day or two later to tell me that it let me schedule service with someone that doesn't work there any more and they wouldn't have an opening until well into the next week. Then when discussing the recall they said doing the oil change and recall service would push it out even further to the day before I was leaving. I've been relatively happy using them for service before so I decided it was worth it to push it out so I could get both done.Fast forward to Monday the next week, they give me a call to tell me that the recall service would have to be rescheduled because the technician who was going to do it had bereavement. That's fine, life happens. So I asked "what about the oil change, fluids, and inspection?" "They didn't note that on here". So I asked if they could still get me in any time that week to do those before my big trip and was just met with a flat "No". No options, no apology for just completely failing to write down most of my service order, nothing showing that valued me as a customer in any way. Now I'm stuck in the middle of everything else that I have to do before moving across the country trying to find somewhere else that can take me on short notice. I'm incredibly disappointed with how this has worked out but the silver lining is they can't screw me over again once I'm gone.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I called for a appointment to check a noise in the rear of my car. Matt met me at the desk and followed progress of my service throughout the day. I was out of town most of the day and he made arrangements for me to pickup the car that evening. The service was professional and I left me feeling they had my best interest in mind. Excellent customer service and was pleased that Matt in Portsmouth, Ohio, answered my questions in a through and professional manner.

Experience was great as usual at Glockner s Toyota.Service was done at appointed time -asked them to check a couple things I had not asked for & they did so without any problems. I had just taken my 85 year old mother to the hospital for a medical procedure. My vehicle started making a very loud noise. After the procedure, she didn t feel good and needed to get home but I was afraid to continue driving with the noise. So I stopped here, without an appointment, and explained my problem. Within minutes they had diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts to fix it, and explained it was okay to drive until the parts came in.These guys are always polite, honest, and professional. Our truck took about 1 1/2 months to repair and were given one update. They gave us a loaner car that we didn't ask for, the vehicle was fine to drive that is the way we brought it in. They were trying to make us feel better because the problem with the truck was more than what they first thought, which is what we told them. While we had it we were hit in a parking lot while not in the vehicle and now another month later it is a crisis that we give them our insurance information to submit to instead of theirs.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Matt and Stacy in service department registration definitely went above and beyond yesterday and actually every time I've had contact with them. My mother had a stroke and is unresponsive. Although there is a Toyota dealership 15 minutes from my house, I drive over an hour to deal with Glockner Toyota and have done so for nearly 15 years.
