Absolutely the best and quickest car buying experience to date. Everyone was so welcoming and sweet. Jackie, our sales person, was so down to earth and just made every conversation easy. I did not feel pressured at all. I drove two hours to buy a car here. I walked in and knew exactly what I wanted and they made it happen. It was well worth the drive. Thank you so much for an easy and zero stress experience!!

Jacie Lawless was my sales lady and her professionalism, vehicle knowledge and attention to detail was impeccable. There was no high pressure sales and it was an experience that I truly enjoyed. I am sincerely pleased with the entire process and my Tundra is an excellent vehicle. I highly recommend Glockner's for your next new or pre-owned vehicle. You must ask for Jacie Lawless. You won't be disappointed.

From the person who welcomed us, to the car salesman, to the financial guy and everyone in between, the team was extremely knowledgable, helpful and kind! Purchasing the vehicle was such a smooth process. Everyone was very eager to make sure we were aware of all the bells and whistles. Great service! Highly recommend!

I love Glockner for buying a car! I just bought my fourth vehicle from Glockner! I bought my first 2003 Toyota Camry from Glockner. I just bought my first 2022 Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid from Glockner on Friday. They gave me an excellent trade in deal on my 2017 Toyota Camry. They we re able to get me decent interest rate and financing on my new to me Rav 4. This dealership has never failed me!

I will never buy a vehicle with glockner in portsmouth. I have had nothing but bad experiences with them. I was taking my vehicle there to have it serviced and the last time I brought it and had scheduled the service I dropped it off the night before and left my keys in the overnight box. I went to pick it up the next day and it wasn't even done the guy said he didn't even check the box. I bought a new vehicle and asked to get an inspection so I can have my title work done and they said we don't do that here and hung up on me without asking any further questions. Everytime I've delt with them it's been a nightmare. My sister would also bring her vehicle in for service and they would try to charge her every time even tho she had the toyota care and had free services. Absolute horrible experience everytime. Do not go here.

Great place to buy your next car. The team at Glockner Toyota is awesome. Andy patiently worked with me until I found the car I wanted, answered any questions, and did it all with NO pressure. Mark made the signing process very quick and easy. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely the best and quickest car buying to date, Jackie our sales rep was awesome down to earth conversations explained everything about the vehicle to us and our finance person he was awesome also explaining everything to us no stress or feeling pushed to buy. Called and made an appointment for the next day to have our Toyota Highlander serviced. What amazes me is that I got an appointment the next day. Most are booked for at least a couple of weeks. Maybe we were just lucky. All of the staff from the lady who made our appointment to the person who got our key and then returned our vehicle were extremely helpful and personable. This is an excellent example of what service should be!

Easy to schedule, friendly, reasonable pricing (they do pass credit card 3% on to the customer), trustworthy. That's huge! Unfortunately, my low tire light has been on since I left there so I have to figure out what's going on with that.

The service was very timely and I was treated well , but I had specifically called ahead of time to request my second key. This was per the recommendation given to me in a letter from Toyota. The lady that I spoke with told me that she would let me know if the key would not be ready so that I could reschedule and not have to come twice, but when I got there the key was not available so I will have to return soon when the key is available.

Always the best experience! We shopped several different dealerships for our new Toyota tundra Limited, and by far we re most happy with our experience at Glockner Toyota. Kevin and Dave were very professional and gave us time to think about our decision and really made the numbers work for us! We definitely recommend Glockner Toyota!

YO YO Financing scammers, told us we were approved (I knew we were approved) and signed contract and 5 days later frantically calling back demanding we return new car or sign new contract with Toyota Financial at a much higher interest rate. Didn t say anything about returning down payment or our trade in, tried to sell extended warranty but then says the new car has lifetime powertrain warranty. Very deceitful dealership, sleazy high pressure sales tactics. Stay very far away from Glockner Toyota in Portsmouth Ohio. The owner of Glockner should contact me. Finance manager should be fired for incompetence, unprofessionalism, and engaging in Yo Yo financing scam, and overall attitude towards me and my wife.Manager told me this it not how Glockner does business but he has done nothing to fix this problem. Very condescending! Threaten me with police action for calling them out on their scam. This is how Glockner Toyota thinks about disabled veteran and African-American wife.I was told by Glockner that if I ever come to. Glockner Dealership, they would call law enforcement on me and that the lifetime powertrain was invalid for me but my wife could bring car into dealership not Me due to emailing.We have signed 3 contracts with them.This dealership is completely incapable of admitting they are wrong.

I received a call that they had found what was wrong with me car at 1 pm on 12/29. I missed the call and tried calling back 4 times that day and was unable to speak to anyone. No one returned my call until 2 pm on the 2nd after I called the dealership again. It was a holiday weekend but a better response would have been nice.

Andy Saltzman (sp?) was amazing to work with. He was responsive and totally customer service oriented. I will ask for him when it s time for a new car! Everyone at Glockner was so friendly. Caleb in finance was ready and waiting and had all the information he needed and it was the easiest car I ve ever bought.Andy was completely knowledgeable on all aspects of my Prius and taught me the ins and outs of the vehicle. Thanks everyone!!

The service was good but when I got my truck back the wheel cover on my right rear wheel had a bolt stripped. For the price that was paid I felt the service team should have replaced the bolt.

As usual, my sales rep Billy Crabtree took care of scheduling my 15K mile maintenance after texting him at Glockner Toyota, Portsmouth, Ohio on Oct 27. Billy was very helpful with questions regarding offers related to my car.The service department took care of my car as soon as I drove in and was out of there in less than an hour. Really appreciate the prompt attention and helpful courteous staff.

My service suppose to be free for 2 years or 25000 miles I reached 25335 and they would not honor the free service and charges me $92 for the whole service I was gonna buy new car but apparently they lost my business over $100 awesome way to do business.
