Dropped 1 star due to costs for labor.I've had service here many times.The old saying you get what you pay for applies big time.I'm in no way dissatisfied by the service time & time again. That earns 5 It hurts the checkbook when the labor is higher than the parts themselves.Having said this , I do get peace of mind knowing the job will be done correctly.For that reason , I keep coming back !I appreciate the professionalism of everyone at Glockner and the professional knowledge the technicians have. Thank you for all you guys do.A more fair rating would be 4.5 stars.It's not an option google offers us.

Glockner's has always been my place to go. It's like an extension of my family. I've dealt with them my entire life and will continue to do so. The Service Team is always so nice and reliable. Couldn't say enough kind words about their business. It's no wonder they have been in business for so long, they do things the right way. Appreciate everyone on the Glockner Team for all that you do!!

The service I received from the Glockner Service Center was fantastic! After a front bumper mishap (putting it mildly ), not only did they get my vehicle in quickly, but they had it back to me in less than three weeks and it s perfect! They kept me informed of the progress every step of the way and we re incredibly professional! They worked directly with my insurance company on the claim and all I had to do was pick up my car when it was ready. Andy is a great guy and so easy to work with. Any time I need an auto repair or service, I will definitely go back to Glockner Service Center. Thanks so much to everyone for the excellent service you gave me Service: Auto body & trim repair

We hit a deer in November of 2022. It took 98 days and multiple complaints, escalations, and phone calls to get our car back. The body work was done to my standards, however the paint work, detailing post accident, and customer service from office staff was subpar at best. There was still compound on the side of my car when we got it back. We should not have had to call for updates. The paint job has a lot more texture and graininess in the finish than what I would expect from a professional body shop. I ve done better in my back yard shop. I will say once Andy realized how frustrated we were with the wait on our vehicle he did try to make it right. We were given a loaner car for the last month. However, we will not go back and would not recommend.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I was very disappointed with Glockner Service Dept. l ve been a loyal customer for many years and have purchased three vehicles from Glockner. Today l had my Equinox in for oil change and tire rotation. I was the told my filters needed replaced, even though l KNOW from it being checked recently that it wasn t necessary. I also received a diagnostic report about my tires and brakes needing attention. I had these checked later by another mechanic who denied there being a problem with any of them. I don t like anyone trying to take advantage of me and trying to coerce me into paying for unnecessary repairs. I will no longer patronize their service dept. l will take my business elsewhere.Service: Auto maintenance

Terrible experience. Took parts off my car without asking my permission and then gave me a quote that was $2,000 more than originally estimated. Then when I just wanted to get my car back I had to pay almost $1,000 just to get it put back together and nothing got fixed. Also, the job they said needed done was not the case, so seems like it was just a situation where I was going to get charged over $4,000 and taken advantage of. Or maybe they just don t know what they re doing. 0/10 would never recommend to anyone ever. Stay far away is my adviceService: Auto maintenance

The communication was pitiful to say the least!!!! I will not be returning to this establishment or any of the others owned by them.I only received 1 call, and that was to tell me there was more damage than expected. I was told 1 month 2 weeks and 2 days before I picked my vehicle up that I would get updates as things moved forward, that did not happen. I had to call once a week and got told numerous times that it would be within a couple days that I could pick it up. When I did pick it up, trash left in the bed. Pieces left in the floorboard. Someone used the tire tools and didn't put them back. This was a horrible experience!!!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Body & Trim, Auto body & trim replacement

Excellent service with friendly staff. Yesterday was Veterans Day and they honored free oil changes and tire rotations. Glockner did a great job!! They were quick to start working on my car & they had it ready for me in just a few days. They work closely with enterprise rental which was very convenient because of my work schedule. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Recall on my carReplace knuckle on rear end and suspension alignment. Great service from Bill Collins, Shawn Jenkins and I believe Mandy in service area. They went about and beyond to explain things, very virtuous and helpful. I think Bill Collins has great customer service skills , he could give a class on customer service to some others in the field. He and Shawn are both a great asset to Glockners. Had my truck to two other dealers and was told there was no oil leak when it clearly was leaking oil. Glockners service dept. had it figured out in an hour and soon as the parts arrived they fixed the leak. They updated me every step of the way i couldnt of asked for better service! Glockners took good care of us! Billy, who talks with us about the services we are going to have, is very friendly, easy to understand and tells us up front of the expected cost. The waiting room is very nice. With coffee, television etc. We hope to always give Glockners our business. I had a safety recall on my wipers, which actually quit working during a rain storm. Their staff got me in promptly, explained everything and had my part in stock and had me fixed quickly. The entire staff was super friendly. Extremely satisfied

Tail light replaced. No issues or problems having the tail light replaced which only took around less than 10 minutes. Glockners and their repairs and services on my car has always been helpful. I m known to the company by first name basis and have had a few of the workers as former students. They re like family because I m treated like family. I had an early morning appointment and they were ready for me early. I figured I must be first appointment but was surprised to find 3 others in the comfortable waiting area. Service was preformed quickly and by using the coupon I received in the mail, it was less expensive than other places I have used in the past. All associations I spoke with were friendly and very helpful. Will definitely continue to use their services.Service: Oil change

I had originally taken my truck to a different Chevy dealer but the wait time for them to even look at my truck was going to be over a month. then add another two to three weeks past that I still wouldn t be in my truck! Very good professional work and service. Because of delay in getting parts Lisa brown kept us informed of stages of repair. Beth was first contact however Lisa kept insurance company well informed along with us. The people I dealt with were great and the repairs were done well. However, I literally never got ahold of ANYONE whenever I called. I had a hard time setting up the initial appointment b/c no one in the service Dept would answer the phone. Once i got through and takes to a person, things were great.My parts had to be ordered and with the way things are in the world today, I expected delays. No problem there, but after 3 weeks of not hearing anything, I tried to call. Every time I got voicemail, which it seems no one listens to b/c I left a message each time but heard nothing.So maybe they have a shortage of workers like every other business these days, but it would seem like a business that has been around as long and as reputable as Glockner, surely someone could just answer the phone the different departments.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.I used this chop shop because they could get my car in today . Over seven weeks later, I still don t have my car. I was told ten days in that they couldn t get it into the shop because it wasn t running, even though it was towed to the shop. The service person I spoke with failed to give any updates on progress, I had to call multiple times before finally getting ahold of anyone.It had to be taken to another shop over 50 miles away and sat for over three weeks before the mechanical issues were taken care of only after multiple calls to both shops and one call to my insurance company only to find out that everything had already been authorized by the insurance company.After advising them that I was trying to take it somewhere else to have it repaired, I was told that it would be ready the next afternoon. The lack of service manager I spoke with called me and said they were going to get it on Tuesday morning. My car was at the original shop before noon that day. Around 4:00 that afternoon I was told that it needed cleaned up and would be ready sometime the next day . Did I mention that it was estimated to be a six day job? It s been over seven weeks and two car payments later and I still don t have my car.I would not recommend this service center to anyone. Absolutely horrible service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Glockner took care of a courtesy oil change (over a year after purchasing the truck), a recall that my truck had, and installed two wiring harnesses before installing my new tow mirrors. The work was clean and the price I was quoted up front was what I paid. NEVER take your car here unless you like to never be called about your vehicle or like your phone calls not answered. they will keep your car for weeks and keep making excuses as to why it s not finished. this is the most ridiculous mechanic shop i ve even been to and i will never be back for any reason especially for what they charge there is zero excuse for me to call 5 days in a row and never hear back even when i left messages each time. i ended up just having to go to the service center in person to finally hear anything backServices: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair
