Very friendly and helpful. I've always bought my tires there since I've owned a auto. These guys are very friendly and helpful and when you pull in there just to have them check the air in your tires they treat you like you bought four brand new tires. Highly recommended

I didn't actually go to this place of business, but I have before in the past. On this particular day, I just made a call to them to see if they did alignments. And to my disappointment they do not. But the gut on the phone was great. He went above and beyond great customer care, because he not only gave me the name of a place in town that did do them, he also gave me directions to the place and their phone number, when he really didn't have to do any of that except tell me that, no, they didn't do alignments and hung up. So in my book, that also gets a 5 star rating.

Fantastic Customer Service! Had an issue with a couple newer tires & they quickly resolved the issues! I have been a customer for 25+ years & will continue to be! Thank you to ownership & staff!

I ve lived in the area for about 20yrs and all my tire needs are filled here, I always look for deals anywhere if I need tires and yet come back to this great shop every time because inexpensive and best service.

I didn't actually have to visit Bob and Floyds on this particular day, however, they get 5 stars because every single time I'm in there I'm treated like a quality individual and the way I would treat others. I also cannot tell you the number of times I've went in for the most basic needs from having an off sized tire rotated to better balance my vehicle to having a repair done, and the manager said in many of these occasions that there was no charge, after thanking me for my military service. That's not to state that it's some kind of policy, what they did for free was nothing of major financial consequences although they were financially billable services, so I wouldn't go in and expect free service, from anybody in fact. What you can and should always do however, is treat them with an equal amount of respect you would want them to treat you should they come into your place of business, etc. Basically, it's good to have a business with honest, integrity driven individuals behind the counter, instead of trying to trick you into paying triple what is fair.

I just pulled in to the parking lot and within less than a minute, a associate came to my door and asked me what I needed!! It may have taken them 6 minutes or less to pull my tire and wheel off repair it and mount it back on my truck! Very friendly and courteous! Thank you guys!

Needed some new tires while visiting family and was referred to this place from a friend. In and out in around 15 minutes with a full set of new tires. These men worked hard and were very efficient! If I lived in the area, they d be my go to for tires every time.

Only place I ll go around Portsmouth! These boys work hard Rain and shine hot or cold out it don t matter. I appreciate all you guys there! 10/10 recommend! Very professional, quick, and affordable!

Nathan was super helpful, he wrote a price and ordered tires for me. NASCAR pit crew speed, the men who worked on my vehicle did a wonderful job. I will definitely be back and recommend these dudes 10/10!!

These are some of the nicest guys I've ever met it my life.we had a tire bust at an eye doctor's appointment close to their shop and they had a guy come out and take the tire off and replace it for us.today we went and had to have tires put on the car and they not only helped my wife get into the shop with her in a wheelchair they got her out and helped her get into the car.if you ever need to get tires you really need to go get them here they are super nice and they have cheap tire prices.

Paid $65.00 for 2 used tires in excellent condition and they changed them and it was quick no issues great service friendly and we had to tip them we got there and left within 30 minutes before work. Making for time for me to be dropped back off at home so he wasnt late.

Great bunch of guys. Steve is the best. I've had trouble with a tire leaking like forever. Soon as Steve got a hold of it no more problem. These guys are fast. And also reasonable.

Great tire shop in my hometown. They'll give you an honest opinion on the best option based in your driving and will not try to cheat you. You just drive up and they come to the car to determine what you need. Then they'll replace your tires while you wait in the car. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

I want to say Thank You!!! To Randy Kamer from Garrison Ky who help me out when I broke down with a flat tire. He not only helped me get tire off he took me to Bob and Floyd s in Portsmouth. The men at Bob and Floyd s fixed my tire in a flash and wouldn t even let me pay. I just hope to pay it forward by helping someone else the way those men all helped me. Tire blow out going through Portsmouth and what to do. Only one name came to mind Bob and Floyd s tire shop. Pulled in and in less time than I have spent waiting on fast food was back on the road. Excellent friendly service! I will never buy a tire from any place but Bob and Floyd s in Portsmouth Ohio!

Good reasonably priced place to get tires. Usually in less than an hour you'll be out of there with four new shoes on your vehicle. Been going there for 20 years and very satisfied with their service.

I don't know if you have been to many other tire stores, but they have made me realize how great this place is. Great service, and the other tire shops should come here to learn how its done correctly. I don't believe I have ever had them take longer 20 minutes TOTAL.

Not just the best tire shop around but one of the best businesses full stop. Their service is unmatched. I wonder what their average time per customer is. They are like a Nascar pit crew!

If you're looking for friendly fast service go to Bob and Floyd's. We were in and out within 20 minutes with super friendly service. We'll definitely be back.

Honest, caring fast service. I dealt with them now for 40 years and would never dream of going anywhere else. Good service is hard to find, great service almost impossible and they are GREAT service.
