This store is great. I love New Boston and the Portsmouth, Ohio stores. If you make a purchase online they get it ready quickly and pickup is a breeze. I definitely recommend these stores. Also employees are very nice and courteous.

Cost less to have AAA send Ted's Towing to deliver and install a battery at my house than it is to purchase one here at retail. Difficult to justify.

This is the number 1 parts place in my eyes, no matter what the staff are always very helpfull, friendly, and professional. I recommend this place to everyone.

Younger man behind the desk is up tight and not very welcoming gave me trouble over swapping out a bad starter and he didn t even know how to put the starter on the test mechanism

My battery was dead this morning. My neighbor jumped my car, got it started and I came straight to AAP. nice guy installed a new battery and was on my way in @ 20 mins. Always get good service here.

I have some great experiences, but also have bad ones here.I bought a power steering pump new, and after it didn't work I was given the exact part back during the transaction? It was very frustrating!!I like the place and only posted this because of an experience that two of my relatives had here. 4 stars seems right for now.I will see how it goes if I go next time I need a part?I would suggest everyone to just pay attention when dealing with the automobile industry in general. I am not just talking about one specific store.

The younger man named Tim wears glasses and has a beard was a very very helpful employee. He helped us when it wasn't even part of his job. I'm not sure If installing lights or anything like that is aloud... But like I said Tim was very respectful and helped very much. So Tim thank youvery much for being so kind. Also thank you for being so patient with the older gentleman that I was with. I know he was rude.. I am sorry for that.. But Tim is an employee who deserves a raise and a promotion.. But the short blonde older lady was rude and disrespectful and kept watching me as if I was going to steal something. I felt very disrespected. From one business owner to another if my employee acted that way towards my customers they would be suspended without pay or fired!

For me it was a good place to work just I couldn't get enough hours. The other people that work there are really friendly.

Dave was super helpful! We arrived with a battery that wasn t holding a charge and would be dead if we left the door open for more than a minute. He was able to test and replace the battery and have us back on the road in less than 15 minutes.

Advance Auto Parts is another store that is very knowledgeable about their product they're very quick to answer their phone they don't act like it's a big deal when they have to look it up and I appreciate that.

This store is a beacon of hope compared to the other advance auto parts in the area. I would Never go to another advance auto parts within an 30 mile radius. Autozone or o'Reilly is better if you can not go to this store specifically.

Tried to take advantage of their online ordering discount, but couldn't find a fog light cover for a driver side Ford Edge 2016. Stopped by the store, but I was assured the part was available online. The search resulted in nothing, so I purchased the part from Parts Geek.Advanced Auto's website search engine leaves much to be desired.

I have used them for car parts for over 10 years, never an issue even with returns. The associates are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to help. Car parts done right.

Went above and beyond with all I needed and wanted for a30+ yr old vehicle. 1 stop shopping and get what u want or they order it for u. And advise of any potential discounts avail. Nice ppl

Advance is my go to parts store they always have what I need and if they don't they can have it in a day or so. I love the veterans discount too.

Their prices are high but it seems like that every place I go. My car was a quart low of oil and I go in to get it & a cheap quart is $5. I also got a pint of STP and a turn light and it came to $18. I usually just take it to the shop and get the oil changed but this car had used a quart in 2,500 miles

Guy sold me an oil filter and didn't tell me how much oil I need, changed oil and came up short. So much for customer service

They have some hard to get parts others they can usually get not bad sometimes feel ignored when looking for help
