Had a serious issue this morning, I apparently ran out of power steering fluid (I'm NOT a car friendly person) clueless about what to do after calling dad and boyfriend I stopped up at AutoZone and I truly can't thank them enough for their help! I think maybe a Zach..? Name escapes me, but the name tag did say store manager for sure and he definitely made sure to get me fixed up and sent me off with some advice. Absolutely felt like they went out of their way to make sure I was good to go! Very much appreciated!!!

Had a battery issue. Matt the manager diagnosed the issue. Bad battery. Installed a new one. Wasn t easy but he did a great job. He was professional courteous and efficient. Could not ask for more.

Only minutes before closing time, Jim G of Port Clinton AutoZone did a great job of getting me back on the road with a new battery. I appreciate the cheerful, courteous and professional service.James F, Rocky River OH

I live in SC and spent the day at Put in Bay. After returning to Port Clinton, my car wouldn t start. My 4 year old battery was dead. It s a travelers worst nightmare- car breaks down out of state and auto parts stores are closing in an hour. I called AutoZone and spoke to Jim - he had such a positive and can do attitude, said he d take care of it. So I got a jump and took it to Autozone in Port Clinton. Jim greeted me, sold me a new battery, and installed it. It wasn t an easy job - one of the terminal connectors was badly corroded, so Jim put on a new connector for free. He did everything right - took his time, was very pleasant to talk to. We were on our way back to Cleveland within an hour. Jim s customer service skills and positive attitude have made me a Autozone customer for life!

I went to Auto Zone today and Steve was very helpful and he was able to fix the problem on my car. Great customer service!!

Spent the day at Cedat point with the family. Started experiencing car problems on the way home. Got a hotel for the night and took the car to auto zone the next morning. The people working were so helpful. They diagnosed our issue and recommended a great mechanic to help. Thank you Auto zone employees for all of your help!!

Big thank you to Ryan at AutoZone for helping me with attaching plate covers on my BMW X5!!! Advance auto sold me the covers and couldn't provide screw that would fit and criticized me for having a difficult vehicle! Seriously....well my business will never go to anyone but to these wonderful and helpful guys at AutoZone! Thank again guys!!!

Guys were great, am from out of town and didn't have any tools, had a tail light out and they came out with tools to help replace the bulb. Great customer service!!
