We were in transit form Charlotte to Chicago when my truck broke down. We were towed to Mark Porter Chevrolet. The team there was attentive, and helpful. They provided a loaner vehicle and determined the issue quickly. Unfortunately the truck had a broken cam shaft. It was 10 years old with over 160k miles. I chose to sell the the truck to the dealership. They presented a fair offer which I accepted and received a check the following week. Highly recommend.

Service department is second to none! Was greeted with a sincere positive attitude from a young man that was a true professional.I would highly recommend for sales and service!

Been to many car dealerships in my life and today at Mark Porter GMC, the gentleman who took care of my issues was the best I've EVER encountered. His name was Brady. I have never been there before but he treated me like family and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and kind. In the future, I'll be back and it'll be because of that fella.

Waited over an hour and a half for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation !!!!!!! I sat and watched as other customers came and went . I m not sure what the issue was but this should only take about 30 minutes to do!! Very disappointed in the service department!!!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Not much help, had the vehicle for 3 days without touching it, didn't appear they had any idea how to diagnose the problem...
