Couldn t have had a better experience. He responded by phone immediately, was at my vehicle 9 miles away within 15 mins and had the tire changed within another 15 mins. Made a bad situation as pleasant as could be. The price was also the cheapest I have paid for assistance. Highly recommend Get Hooked for anyone needing immediate and fast roadside service!!

Highly recommend! Car died 2 hours from home and Ryan picked me up within a timely manner and provided a bunch of mechanics numbers to contact about servicing my car. Couldn t ask for better service!

It was a sad night for Bubba and I. When Ryan saw me pushing Bubba across the street he stopped and asked if I was ok and if he could help. I would have most likely spent hours waiting on a tow but Ryan bailed me out. Very precise in loading my precious BROKEN Camaro! My vehicle broke down and I called late night and he got straight in his truck and came towed my vehicle. I've never had a tow service show up that quick! Ran out of gas on highway 33 and they came out and gave us a couple gallon of gas to get home. For sure great service I HIGHLY recommend get hooked towing. Very good people god bless yall

Called after an unfortunate wreck late at night and was able to still come help us out. When we called to be able to retrieve stuff from the car he was out of town and made it a point to reach back out to us as soon as he was back, just incase some of the items were important. We hit a deer on our drive home from vacation, and Ryan was there to pick us up in less than 15 minutes. He took good care while loading and unloading the car on and off the bed. He was very kind and helpful, highly recommend his services!

After 2.5 hours of our insurance's dispatch failing to obtain us a tow truck after a deer disabled our van coming home from vacation, we called Get Hooked.Ryan and his wife arrived within 15 minutes with a flatbed to tow the van and a Suburban to get the 5 of us off the side of the road.Back at Get Hooked's lot, we were provided couches/TV/restrooms while we waited for our ride that arrived around 1130pm on Saturday night.They provided quick and courteous service when we were in a serious bind, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone.Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

They helped us out so much today! Speedy pick-up, good communication, friendly, super accommodating AND open on Sundays. Ryan assisted us and he drove to pick us up from our hotel, drove us to our car at a separate location, and then towed it 45 minutes out of town. He also loaded the car and hooked it up while we waited in the cab because it was raining.5 Stars, highly recommend.Service: Car towing

I want to start of by saying Amazing service and good rates I was stuck on 77 at the rt33 exit with a bad hub assembly on my truck trying to find away to get it back home to fix it everyone that was close by either would answer the call or said they didn't have any one avaliable when I came acrossed get hooked on my online search witch I'm glad I did I will for sure be calling get hooked from here on out when I need a tow thank you for the excellent service
