It was so nice to be able to visit a store and have knowledgeable workers help me find the part I needed to fix my car. I was out of the country for a few years and it was impossible to find a place like this. So to have a store that provides a services like this in a small village is awesome. I am happy I do not have to drive to a larger town and I can get all I need from the store.Keep up the great work!

Almost always have what I need, and if I don't need what I buy (for whatever reason), they have no problems with returns. Also, I appreciate the honesty of the staff. They are willing to suggest less expensive/higher quality alternatives to their products, or remind you of great deals that Autozone runs. Truly a customer-focused experience every time.

I usually don't use Autozone, but my dude had called them, they took a payment over the phone, and waited on me at closing time to not only give me the battery he bought for me, but also stayed there to put it in for me!! That blonde hair guy went above and beyond for me today!!! I so appreciate what he did, and for how kind he was not only to me, but my dude who talked to him on the phone!

Last minute I noticed my headlight was out and I had to work early the next morning, they were quick and so nice. Even helped me put my head light in. I couldn t thank the guy enough for helping me.

I called AutoZone in Pomeroy to see if they had a battery in stock for my car. I bought one there a few years ago and it was dead this morning. The employee checked inventory and said they had one in stock and gave me a price. I mentioned I bought my last battery there. He pulled it up and advised me they battery I bought had a 3 year free replacement warranty and it will be replaced at no charge.
