The man running the shop was professional and honest. Mechanics were quick, knowledgeable and clean. (Unlike other shops when they leave oily fingerprints all over.) Their pricing was the best I ve seen and also their work backed it up. I will definitely be coming back. To other drivers, don t hesitate to do business with them. Trust me, you will not be disappointed and over charged. Hats off to the men running the shop. Well done!!!

I had a great experience with this shop , I was stacked on the street near by with my Freightliner , I called this guys , they said that will be able to diagnose the issue and fixed . After all was the starter . The staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs parts or service for their trucks. shop also Works with dealership warranties including NTP. Thanks guys for the best and quality service

The place is so good, Service Amazing!! I came here with DEF system problem. Before coming here, all check engine lights were on. I entered 2 other shops which were close but non of them could fix but they took 4 hours each and took around $400 and speed also decreased to 5. Apparently they don t change clutch s here kinda weird for a truck repair shop but ohhhk. Guess we won t even get into changing the hood, adjusting the valves and jake, nor oil, grease, rear end yoke seal, and carrier bearing.

My name is Samuel, one of the owners of Prestige Transport Corp, FedEx contractors. I bought a truck from Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers in Ohio and took it to MS Truck and Trailer for several repairs and mandatory maintenance. James took our truck in right away. Our truck had to be towed, it wasn't drivable cause of the steering wheel column was damaged and they fixed it in a blink. They repaired the trailer sealing leakages and installing new plywood walls. They repaired and maintained the APU changing the fuel pump, changed all the fluids, did maintenance for the cab, installed LED lights on the front, repaired the door electronic window system, installed new speakers for the stereo, etc, etc. I want to say James and Pat were great, very, very professional and went the extra mile on checking for any problem our truck was in the need of fixing. These guys and their crew of mechanics are PHENOMENAL!!!. Their rates are fair priced and the job is totally guaranteed.

These guys are absolute beasts. They truly went above and beyond to help us super fast, reacted quickly in a situation where time was of the essence, fixed the issue, sent us pics/videos of something else they noticed and all that at a very fair rate. We are definitely using this shop next time around. Thank you!

I don't like that you come here with one issue, but the owner is trying to find more issues to sell their parts and services. The problem is how they do this. Don't be fooled.

They worked hard on everything and paid great attention to details and I think all shops should do but they never do. At MS Truck and Trailer they paid close attention to details and cleaning witch I think is important. These guys were truly professionals they were awesome
