Northwest performance has been my go-to shop for all auto services for years. 100% satisfaction every single time!! Brent always explains the car issues in perfect details and provides all possible options for the work. Pricing are very reasonable and transparent. He has never sold me anything more than needed (in fact, he told me many time not to spend money on fixing something minor or unnecessary). Appointments are easy to schedule and flexible. Very responsive in calls or text. Brent is also generous of giving advices on all auto relative topics. This guy is a true expert. Anyone that I know who needs auto services - I will send them there. Everyone seems to be happy with my recommendation.

Brent's shop is great place to go when you have an auto issue. He spent time with you to explain your problem, and looking for the best parts and cheaper priced. Sometimes he is very busy, and it would be hard to get hold of him over the phone, be sure leave your message, or keep calling :). I knew that many friends trust him and go to him for auto issues. For some of the works, you can bring your own parts for him to install.Same

Brent has been my go-to guy for the past several years. He has a superb understanding of cars. he works on my cars as if he is fixing/maintaining his own car. Brent is the MAN! Very honest and knowledgeable! Not only that, he is type of person/machnic who really wants to help you fixing your car and make you happy more than making money! Definitely earn my trust! I am having him to do maintenance, repairs for all my cars in my family . Selling tires, doing balancing and alignment too, oil change , engine rebuild ... pretty much everything ! Glad to have him in neighborhood! Definitely recommend

Brent's mission is to take great care of your vehicle, educate his customer as to why their car is needing this or that, whether it is needed or not, now or maybe wait till later, if it's not a safety issue. His work ethic and integrity are first rate. Everyone needs a mechanic like Brent.

This is the Spot. Brent is the GOAT. Seriously. Very fair prices and he is a wizard full of knowledge. Unreal this guy. ANYTHING you need mechanically from a simple oil change to rebuilding your engine from the ground up. They can do it. Truly exceptional service.

I stumbled upon Northwest Performance when some sort of cover crumpled under my car. Brent explained the purpose of it and my options going forward and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. Ever since then I've been going to him for all services. He is very knowledge and explains things to me in a way I understand so I trust I am getting the best value!Services: Tires, Body & Trim, Oil change

Brent gave me a "No Hassle" repair quote. He made the entire process stress-free. As a woman, taking your car in for any type of maintenance is nerve-wrecking---you don't know if you're being taken advantage or if you truly need the recommended Svcs. I can say without any reservations that Brent provided an honest, upfront, and cost-efficient quote. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. Very professional. Women, if you're uneasy abt taking your car to a repair shop, I highly recommend you stop in to Norhwest Performance, Brent will take good care of you AND your car.

I've been going here since i had my first car 6 years ago. Brent is the only person I trust with my vehicles. Never sells you anything you don't need and always is straight forward about the best option for whatever you need. Always a better price than almost anywhere on top of everything.

The owner didn't keep his words. Set up the appointment for a brake work. Arrived on time, but told that the appointment was cancelled because they were short of technicians and there was an emergency associated with a car accident. People were in the hospital, he said. Never explained why car repairs must be bumped because people were in the hospital. Promised to reschdule but never did.Service: Brakes
